The hotel people were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. My issue was the quality of the bedding. There were holes in the blanket and the sheets did not fit the mattress. There was not alot of space to set you bags on. The price was good,otherwise, was a good hotel

we were booked for 4 nights. after the 1st nite, we packed up. it was horrible. 1 i asked for a cot. he said not sure if any are left. would come to my room to let me know. never showed up at all. 2 headboard falls down. said they would fix it never did. 3 asked for xtra pillows. said none left. wow really? 4 little bugs on the bed , radiator, floor, […] table, shower.should i go on. 5 cigarette burns on all blankets. bed very uncomfortable. we were ichy all nite. we go away a lot for business and pleasure. i have never experienced such a horrible room. 더 보기

Asked for room for three adults .I was told there was a couch, pull out and there was not.There was a soccer tournament so the Hotel was swamped with Young High School Boys.The sink was clogged and the did take care of that.

This hotel was in a convenient location but I would not recommend. While the room was clean, the chairs were broken, the wallpaper, walls and ceiling needed repairs. We had two rooms on two different floors and they were both the same. Limited breakfast and you need to get there early because they close it down at 9:30. Staff was not friendly. The hotel was not one of the better places I have stayed but I have stayed at worse. The beds were not very comfortable at all. I developed a back ache after the first night. The rooms were old but pretty good condition considering. We were supposed to have one of the rooms as a smoking room and there was supposed to be a refrigerator in the other room. […] We did not have either and they were not able to accommodate us even after we got there. It was an enjoyable stay, and it was right across the interstate from miller lane and all the good food and bars. We loved it

It was quite some time since I stayed here but the room on NYE was clean and comfortable. The only problem was that it was New Year's Eve and the people across the hall were having a loud argument at 3AM.

This hotel offers good value for price of the room. The complementary breakfast was not disappointing. If you're looking for a decent place to spend the night and then enjoy a good breakfast before heading out then this is the place.

After reading some of the reviews we were concerned about the neighborhood this hotel might be in. But it was located among all the other hotels in the area. Restaurants were close and easy to get to. We would stay here again

The hotel was OK for the price. Most ice machines did not work. The beds were terrible. Gave me a severe back ache. Someone messed up the reservations and we did not get one of the rooms as a smoking room. (mother-in-law unhappy about this) We also were supposed to have a refrigerator that we did not get. I stay here once a year for a long weekend. The staff and the hotel are great, especially for the price. Easy access to the expressway, continental breakfast in the morning, hard to beat.

you get what you pay for

Great for the price. Breakfast was great. We asked for extra pillows and they said no. Everything is basic but that was all we needed. Staff was not very friendly.

just stayed one night but as clean and well kept as hotels charging 2x. breakfast in lounge was stocked and someone was on hand to refill as needed.

The hotel was quite nice. We were welcomed and the room was clean and inviting. My husband went to sleep while I worked on some paperwork. When I went to bed I discovered the sheets on the bed were put on "cockeyed." I had the choice of waking my husband so I could remake my side of the bed or sleeping with the sheets off 1/4 of the mattress. The next […] morning when we went to get the continental breakfast, hotel guests were shouting from one side of the place to the other, running around, and putting on quite a performance. A man from a different group cleared his throat loudly and spit into the trash can several times. Another man made three waffles and made everyone else wait. The counter was a mess. Guests were spilling food all over the counter, touching the peeled eggs and dropping cereal and napkins on the floor. I didn't expect the staff to "police" the guests but I did want to eat in a clean place. The staff refilled food containers out but didn't clean up the mess made by the people. The place was only 1/2 full. We didn't complain about the bed or the noisy mess at breakfast because the room was a good value for the money. We will be probably will not be staying there again. We arrived at the hotel around midnight and it was very busy. The guy behind the reservation desk seemed overwhelmed. The room was clean on the surface but our toilet was clogged, no ice machine on our floor, part of the wall in our room was coming away from the ceiling and the beds were very uncomfortable. We searched every floor for ice and all machines […] were empty. We choose this hotel based on the price, location, and the pictures posted on the website. The price wasn't worth the discomfort. We will not stay here again I couldn't believe this was a Baymont Inn and Suites. We decided next time we come to town we will spend the extra money to stay somewhere nicer 더 보기

Great place for family to come from out of state for a weeding.

The room looked like a "short term" guest had stayed before my arrival....towel had been used and garbage in can. Late night partiers arrived at 4am and front desk couldn't do anything to control the noise.

The ratings on here for this location were a little deceptive. Based on the reviews I expected a much better experience. The hotel was OK.. but I probably wouldn't stay here again. TV did not work very well.. Ice machines were out of order on my floor...neighborhood was a little scary and just had a "dirty" feel to it. Overall.. if I was looking for […] a last minute place to crash I would stay here for one night... but anything past that I would not want to stay here again. Staff was very friendly and courteous.. but the hotel had an old grimey feel to it. Elevator buttons and floor were constantly sticky.. just not a clean feeling to the building as a whole. I stayed one night with my two small children on our way through to Tennessee. The staff was friendly and the hotel clean. There was a nice breakfast that satisfied my two picky eaters. I will stay there again on my way back.

I really like Baymont hotels. They are usually very well maintained, clean and priced very well. This one was not up to par with other Baymonts I have stayed at in the past. Really disappointing experience.

For the price point this is a wonderful hotel. I must admit I was a little concerned about the location.If I had my family with me I would not stay in that part of Columbus. But for the cost and being by myself it was a great fit. Thank you

Front desk staff could have been friendlier. Sheets did not fit the bed. Other than that it was a good value.

We were here to see the hockey game and just needed a place to sleep. The hotel is in a rough area of a nice suburb of Columbus. The carpets were awful. I put my shoes back on because the floor was sticky. The bathroom counter was very small and that was where the coffee pot was located. My biggest gripe was the air conditioning unit did not work. It […] seemed to be frozen over. It turned out OK, because it was a mild day and though the room was stuffy, it was bearable. One last thing- the pillows are thin and flat and the bed was rock hard. Pictures make it look much better than it is. Very dissapointed. We reserved the room with a private jacuzzi, did not receive it. Parts of the bathroom very dirty, lots of stains

the hotel staff were friendly. the rooms need updated but the room we had was clean. the hotel is off the highway and very quiet. would recommend this to others. close to zoo and other activities. will stay again, breakfast was good.

My stay was very enjoyable. Beds were very comfortable. The shower was great. Employees were very helpful. I was very satisfied!

was a decent hotel for the cheap price we paid

I was initially placed in a room in which the air conditioner - it was 90 plus degrees out side - did not work. Small room, no work area. Asked to be moved to another. I was moved down one floor directly below original room. No work area, no chair at all. No coffee pot!

Carpet was filthy in the entire hotel! old and outdated, beds were very uncomfortable. Toilet was plugged up, we didn't want to set any of our belongings on the floor. VERY DISAPPOINTING, we have stayed at other BAYMONTS that were very nice and clean. This place was a dump! NEXT door is a very nice COUNTRY INN & SUITES!
