We were only there for one night, but will definitely stay there again the next time we visit the Grand Rapids area. Our rate was very reasonable and included the complimentary breakfast. With the hotel completely full, the breakfast was well stocked and was more than just bagels, donuts, juice. The waffle maker is a big hit!

Nice staff but hotel need to be renovated.

Great room for a quick weekend, nice hot tub and pool. Excellent quick breakfast. Solid choice for basic room.

Pretty standard as far as hotels go. Room was very clean, had 2 Queens, desk, TV, coffeemaker, standard bathroom. Room had the typical heater and A/C mounted below the window, so it's hard to maintain consistent comfort when using both beds. The person close to the unit gets air and the far bed doesn't. The bed itself very nice, but pillows too firm […] and large. Hard to get comfortable. Grounds were well maintained and flowering trees in full bloom during our visit. Pool and hot tub area clean and stays open until midnight, which we appreciated. Continental breakfast was nice; again pretty standard fare. This hotel was further from downtown than others we have stayed at but it was quite a bit less expensive so we decided to give it a try for the weekend. Fairfield Inns need better signs. i could locate all other hotels easy from the main road.

I checked in late and was disappointed with the room. The beds looked as if the linens weren't fresh and the carpet and bathroom weren't very clean. Around 1:30AM, another man entered my hotel room who had just been assigned my room. I called the clerk, she just blamed the situation on the day staff... Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool and spa. Nice clean room and quiet neighborhood. Very nice stay. The only slight problem is there was an obvious leak problem in the shower ceiling with mold and leaked in the morning when I'm guessing my upstairs neighbors took a shower.

The room was very nice and looked just like the picture! The beds were so comfortable, we almost didn't want to leave. The location was very convenient, and there was a continental breakfast. The only minor detail was that the hairdryer in our bathroom didn't work. But, that wasn't a big deal. Overall, very nice place for the money.

I stayed at this hotel with my cheerleading team because we needed a place to stay for a couple nights for a National Cheerleading Competition. The rooms were very clean. The hotel staff was great because the day of the competition, I had girls and parents lounging in the breakfast area for a few hours while we did hair and makeup. With 16 girls and […] double the parents, there were a lot of us. The hotel has a policy that the pool closes for minors at 11:00, which gives adults an hour of quiet time in the pool.
