호텔위치가 안 좋네요. 차가 없으면 이동이 쉽지가 않구요. 택시도 잘 안 들어구요. 특히 호텔이 타 호텔에 비해 비쌉니다.

I have stayed at many 4 and 5 star hotels around the world and this was my best experience by far. The staff went out of their way to make you comfortable and to make arrangements at a moments notice. The property is absolutely beautiful and as a Designer I could appreciate the attention to detail in every section of the hotel. The room was comfortable […] and spacious. The wireless internet connection worked from our room (which is not always the case). Our experience with this hotel was so positive that it ended up being our favorite destination throughout Morocco. The Sofitel Jardin des Roses is the best hotel in Rabat, especially for business travelers. Although the rates change according to date, they are fairly reasonable for 5-star properties in general and are well worth the price. Sofitel completely gutted and reconditioned the former Rabat Hilton. However, many of the staff are the same and provide the […] same excellent quality of service. The current manager, Mohammed Mbarki, is especially good. Sometimes the registration desk staff can be officious and be careful to get a room on an upper floor, especially if it faces the entrance. However, if on the unlikely chance that something goes wrong, the manager will make it right. In my opinion, this is far and away the best hotel within the city limits of Rabat. The hotel is newly refurbished and under new management. Rooms are very good, with excellent bed and shower. Restaurants are excellent with excellent staff. But the front desk staff at the hotel is impolite and disrespectful of guests. The first impression tends to sour the rest of the experience. I would recommend the hotel with reservation. A la hauteur de nos attentes

Magnifique Séjour . Hotel superbe à l'intérieur mais d'une architecture extérieure de type soviétique

Wonderfully clean and state of the art hotel in Rabat, with a beautiful garden, next to a big forest where you can also walk. I stayed on the executive floor, the room was spacious and the executive lounge was very comfortable, their staff is also very professional, correct and friendly.

Un magnifique Hôtel implanté dans un bel écrin de verdure, un magnifique jardin, une très belle piscine, en résumé un hôtel somptueux. Personnel très accueillant et un service à la hauteur de nos attentes. La seule ombre dans le tableau peut être parfois l'entretien des chambres. L'hôtel affiche la mention "LUXURY Hôtel" et nos attentes risquent fort […] d'être en rapport avec ce titre. Lors de mes 2 séjours j'ai pu constater certains dysfonctionnement dans la chambre et malgré avoir soumis mon problème au service concerné, j'ai quitté l'établissement sans que le problème ait été solutionné. De même que la propreté qui n'est pas toujours au TOP. Malgré le constat précédent qui ne peut troubler qu'une personne maniaque comme moi, la qualité et le confort du lit, la décoration et le confort de la chambre font que je n'envisagerais même pas de séjourner dans un autre hôtel que celui-ci. ottimo il parco in cui si trova l'hotel, però per muoversi bisogna sempre prendere il taxi e non è detto che arrivino subito: ci vuole più di 15 minuti. le camere sono ampie e comode, la piscina e tutto il giardino sono fantastici, molto piacevoli e rilassanti. si mangia bene nei vari ristoranti dell'hotel ma i prezzi sono decisamente cari. la colazione […] a buffet è ottima però costa 250 Mad, ossia circa 25 €, che è decisamente troppo. lo staff è gentile e professionale. 더 보기

Excellent hôtel

Nous avons séjourné 5 nuits dans cet hotel ma fille 18 ans et moi 50 ans. l'hotel a été entièrement refait depuis le rachat au sheraton. hotel de grand standing voir luxe. Service et personnel très disponible et très courtois et souriant. Jardin et cadre extérieur tres beau. un tres bon souvenir. Situation à 3km500 environ du centre.

Personnel parfait a l écoute du client. Service irréprochable aussi bien a la réception qu au restaurant concierge , voiturier etc. ... Le confort des sanitaires laisse a désirer ( 1 lavabo et une baignoire exigue ) mais la gentillesse du personnel nous fait oublier ces inconvénients

Excellent service, tres bonnes conditions d'hebergement

The hotel is nice but don't travel there with a toddler unless you are prepared to hold onto him the hold time. The lobby and downstairs (outside) bar have reflecting pools that seem nearly invisible and a child (or even adult) could walk right into it very easily. I had to spend the entire time I was downstairs holding or chasing after my child, which […] isn't relaxing. Also, I understand this hotel is in wonderful Morocco and the cuisine certainly reflected all that Morocco can offer (Moroccan food, seafood, Mediterranean buffet) but why couldn't the hotel put a few regular items that Westerners (Americans) are used to like a good ol' hamburger or a few more basic dishes. My husband is French but didn't like any of the other restaurant offerings so he only at beef from one of the 3 restaurants. Even just for room service at least! 더 보기

Un veritable must aux abords de Rabat, incluant tous ce qui fait le charme et le luxe d'hotel de cette catégorie la. Le service est irréprochable et rend le départ douloureux. Je vous le recommande.

Hotellet er helt nydelig i seg selv, og du trenger i hovedsak ikke bevege deg utenfor hotellområdet. Rabat er derimot en fantastisk by, så utforsk byen og ta turen til Casablanca (ca. 1 time med bil). Hotellet har stive priser, og lokale restauranter serverer ofte bedre mat.
