Convenient to all all airports serving Northern California. Easy access from freeway. Nice rooms. Superb front desk service. Nice gift bag upon arrival. No Bell Captain so be prepared to haul your luggage yourself up to your room. They do have many luggage carts available. Don't ask for hot water to go in a cup from restaurant staff. They will offer […] a styrofoam cup and collect a dollar plus tax for the hot water. They were very nice to give me two styrofoam cups when I asked to make sure I could carry the hot cup. The hotel was very close to where we needed to go. I only wish that the room would of had a refridgerator and microwave. Thanks again! see you soon!

Greeted nicely with a welcome gift bag when checking in. The rooms were clean. Seemed a little dark.

The room look OK! then we got comfortable and notice that room was not clean, also the batheroom was very filthy, we was leaving the next day and we cheking make sure we dont forget, anything and we found a pair a sandals under the AC that they not belong to as, we found that very disgusting. The hotel is centrally located and is easily accessible off the 880 freeway for easy access to other Bay cities. The room was spacious and clean. The welcome gift was a nice touch. Although it was a quick weekend trip to the Bay, we enjoyed our stay and plan on returning. The front desk staff were friendly and professional. Excellent value!

"The devil is in the details", room show some signs of lack of maintenance. The security bolt on the door was missing, the faucets needed replacement. Overall is good.

Dirty bathtub and curtains. Parking lot was littered with broken beer bottles and fast food wrappers. Noisy at night. There was a wedding there and there were drunks going in and out most of the night. My room was by the exit.

There were two parties going on at hotel. When I pulled up to check-in, there were about 7-8 guys with beer or cocktail in hand standing outside. There were people everywhere from these parties including kids running around. It was the loudest ever or when I checked into a hotel let along the most hectic. I asked for room away from the party activities […] and the hotel did that, but, later in the evening, two large buses come with groups of people. The buses park right out in front of my room location and stay on for a long period of time which was noisy. Hotel needs to get better grip in these type situations. My room did not have a bible, pen and writing material, no clock, limited towels in bathroom. It was a nice hotel and the rooms were okay, but, this experience left me feeling I would not come back to this hotel. 더 보기

great staff, 0ny 2 (SMALL) towels, put me on the 3rd floor which they sad was smoking but it was horrible

Very well maintained, price was great as i got it on a discount, and convenient to SF,Oakland, fremont. If you get it on the sale prices, its definitely worth it.

This hotel has horrible Staff who do not follow up with Thier customers including management. Had a horrible experience - complete nightmare from a 3 star hotel

I would recommend this hotel for those who love a bargain with good accomodations but not very picky. As for me, I was disappointed with the room. Our iron did not work. The shower was clogged. I asked for a quiet room, there were no people noises heard, but we could hear the shower and flushes from other bathrooms and a constant grinding sound outside […] the window. 더 보기

The hotel was very nice upon arrival but when I got to the room the hallways were full of smoker smell it was like I was in Reno or Vegas. The room had mold on the wall in the bathroom to top things off. It is to bad this used to be a nice hotel

Good but not great.... Wonderful lounge & great food reasonbly priced. Room lock was promised to be fixed and was not... No coffee my first day and the front desk did not have the authoity to comp... me a cup... Mold under the vinal wall coverings in the bathroom.... Would not open spa pool in the morning

The hotel is amazing i've had a few past stays here its comfy big and area is decent. The only thing i hate about this place for this stay was that the surrounding rooms had a few young bucks and they kept going in and out of their rooms slamming the doors which kept waking my fiance and myself up all through out the night. My car got keyed and there […] are no cameras in the parking areas which sucked because now i have to pay 300 bucks to get it fixed and can't make a police report or anything!!! over all the rooms are nice BUT the extra money i have to come out of pocket for is making me angry!!! 더 보기

Very comfortable hotel with great service. Rooms all have free "wired Internet" which is a "deal maker" for me. The rooms are large, clean and very comfortable.

The bathroom tub was rusty around the drain and tub mat. We only stayed one night. The parking was not very convienient. For the price I expected a little more. The staff was nice.

sheets were scratchy, ice machine broken on our floor no one fixed spa was out of order entire stay

the hotel room was very comfortable and quiet, but I was very upset that they came to clean my room when the "do not disturb" sign was up. I felt that my privacy was violated, as I had various sensitive work files in the room, and didn't think to hide them - as I had not expected anyone to enter the room!

Excellent front desk service and hospitality

Nice Hotel, Room clean, Near my final destination, (getting together with friends) Coffee pot in room for coffee next morning. All the amenities and comfort of home. Restaurant and lounge on grounds available. Good rate for room.

My wife and I had a wonderful time at Crowne. Of the three-star, four-star and five-star hotels we had stayed in recent times, this was our favorite in terms of the services, cost and location. The location was well suited for our vacation as we had activities planned in Bermont and San Francisco. Let me not forget to mention the free internet service. […] I know almost hotels are equipped with wi-fi services but are not usually free.This one was free for us. pillows need to be upgraded they were too spongy and hard replace with goose down pillows also the beds wern't the high quality of other crowne plaza's i have stayed in

Loved my stay here. Can't wait to stay there again.

The place is perfect if you are visiting SFO and you dont want to stay insidr the noisiness of the big city. Very surreal. Convenient to all nice restaurants. The bathtub is a lil bit not that white, spotless clean but good enough for a shower. Lots of pillows! Enough blankets, comfy beds! 4/5!!!

I chose this hotel due to its location between Oakland and Fremont. Because this was a business trip, I did not partake in any of the amenities that the Crowne had to offeer but they seemed nice. This report is straight up room and enviroment; check-in was smooth, looby was inviting, lounge seemed like a nice place to enjoy a beer. First thing I noticed […] was the smell present in the room corridor, slightly musty. Reminded me of the old lodge during my boyscout days... the other thing I noticed was that sounds travels through the doors, let's say that I knew what the guy next to me was watching on the tube. It's an older hotel but I figure all I really need is a clean bed (got it) and a good powerful shower that gives me nice hot water (got that), so I'm good. although would I recommend this place....maybe. 더 보기

Fix the broken door so I don't waste half a night of sleep hearing people banging on it cause it was broken. Extremely dissatisfied about that issue. Other than that, the hotel was very nice and will stay there again if I get the chance.

Front desk staff very courteous, and I was pleasantly surprised I was gift with a bag of snacks and a bottled water - just what I needed after driving through traffic and arriving in the evening. Room was spacious, but hotel was a bit old, and has some kind of old carpet kind of smell infiltrated in elevator, hallway and room.

We arrived at the hotel & although we paid for a room with 2 beds, we were given a king bed. When I called the front desk to tell them the room was wrong, they told me that this was the room hotels.com said I paid for & they couldn't do anything for me. I took my hotel reservation down to the registration desk, while holding on the phone with customer […] service with hotels.com. I showed my confirmation that listed I had paid for 2 beds but they still said they couldn't do anything for me as the hotel was completely booked. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told they only worked monday-Friday 10am-4pm. That's when another employee said something under her breath that reminded the first employee of a "just cancelled" room with 2 beds. So, I took it. We walked into this room that seemed as though it hadn't been opened in months. The stench was over powering. I quickly opened the window, and eventually, the odor cleared(or so I thought). We turned the a/c on - and after a while when the room didn't cool down, we called the front desk to be told the maintenance person would be right up to look at it. When he finally arrived about 15 minutes later, he said "the air conditioner is broken". I then called the front desk to find out what could be done, I was asked if I was sure that is what the maintenance person said, I responded yes. I was then told that I would be called right back. After waiting another 15 minutes, my husband went down & spoke to another employee(Conrad) who was most helpful. At 11pm that night, we were moved to yet another room & they brought in a roll-a-way bed. All of this could have been avoided if the hotel worker would have suggested a roll-a-way bed to begin with. great hotel, the snack goody bag came in handy in the middle of the night. very confortable bed.

when we got inside the room, the bedding was not clean, the toilet won't flush, not all the lights would turn on. They exchange the rooms, and one of the room don't have an iron. so we shared the one iron from the other room. on our last day at the hotel, my mom's friends purses got stolen at the buffet inside the hotel. not much security to speak  […] of. 더 보기
