Front desk was staff was professional and helpful. The rooms are outdated and tired. The TV did not work. The bed was broken on one side, very uncomfortable. Loose tiles in the bathroom. This place needs a major update. I only stay there because its close to PHF airport.

Great location and very nice hotel. Only issue was the A/C was very loud and there were no other rooms available. Overall, all was good.

hotel was clean and the room was nicely arranged. However, the in room fan was so loud it made getting a solid nights sleep nearly impossible!

Generally adequate, but beginning to show wear. Will need to be updated (carpet, upholstery) to keep its appeal.

Everyone was very nice and attentive. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The commentary breakfast was one of the best we have been provided. Also, having a glassed fireplace in the middle of the great room made the whole setting very cozy feeling.

This is an older hotel but it was very reasonably priced for the area. The people were very nice at the front desk and the housekeeping was very accommodating. I missed not having a real closet (there was an armoire) but the space was still good. I really liked that they gave free wi-fi when many other hotels charge for it. We typically make it a habit to stay at only Hampton Inn hotels as it has the complimentary breakfast which we love, along with the free WI-FI and nice clean rooms. This was our first time at this particular hotel and I was mildly disappointed that the beds were rather on the small side. We are used to the queen size beds and this hotel had only double […] beds, which are pseudo full-size beds. So if you have kids, I suggest booking the suite. Yuck! Somehow, I was assigned a smoking room rather than my prefered NON-SMOKING. I called Hotels.com to change it and she said there would be an additional charge. I asked upon check-in to change and she said they did not ahve any non-smoking rooms left. I was told to check on day two to change it. The 2nd day front desk person refussed to move my […] room because i booked online with hotels.com. It is not like I was asking for a king rather than two doubles or asking for a suite upgrade. I just wanted a room that did not smell like an ashtray. When you have issues with smoke, it is really hard to be in a room that stinks. And everything stinks. The pillows, conforter, towels. I have a child starting 4 years at a local university near this hotel, but I will NEVER stay in the Hampton Inn again. 더 보기
