Amazing stay great service!

I love this hotel stay in it at least 2 times a month! Excellent service great clean rooms! I recommend it to everyone!

The hotel is located in an industrial/strip mall/residential area, kind of odd. The hotel itself is dated, but they offer free parking and breakfast which is nice. Roman the front desk man was very nice and accomodating. Hotel sheets were rough and have been washed too many time. I stayed at the room with my hubby and brother and his wife and it was raining when we got there. The staff let us check in 6 hours early, found fun things in the area for us to do indoors since our outdoor plans were ruined and gave us recommendations and discount cards for local restaurants to try. Everything was fine until the last day. We left our room to go get breakfast. The room was not cleaned when we got back.. We changed our clothes and went to a wedding at 1:00 and didn't get home till late. The room was not made up. We told the front desk and they said we didn't leave till late. the room was nice and clean. Plenty of towels. the beds were comfortable. The TV had a few little problems, but nothing bad. The hallways and elevator were clean, and smelled fresh.

Best hotel I always stay here

Nice hotel, friendly staff, free computer access, free breakfast. My family has stayed there previously, and we'll be back.

This hotel was the perfect location for meeting our bus at the Metrolink. Only 2 blocks away. Plenty of parking. Helpful staff. Decent cold breakfast. Comfortable beds. Nice location of bathroom so that you don't wake up others in the room with lights and noise. Bar & restaurant inside the hotel. The check in guy was very nice.... When we got to the room we were very tired from travelling (eve) all of a sudden guest came next to us on both sides (they were together) their kids were screaming and yelling and jumping up and down, trying to get into our room....somehow we had a connecting room....I complained to desk...so we stepped out...came […] back adults were in one room with door slightly open and kids were in other room carrying on....finally I went to sleep about 2 a.m. 5 a.m. they were up again.... The carpet in our room was filthy, not only needed vacuum, but shampooed or something....very disgusting....the shower and sink didn't drain until after done using it! 더 보기

Ramada front staff desk were professional and pleasant to deal with. We had a nice quiet room in the back building. The cleaning staff did a very good job. Sometimes, we had difficulty finding a convenient parking spot at night.

Not a bad hotel. Continental breakfast is heavy on the carbs, but so are they all, really. I would have liked juice, but the machine was out. It's not the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby, it's clean, and has all the basics. I'd stay there again. I travel on business, so I'm not spending a lot of time in […] the room. My biggest caveat is that they didn't replace the paper cups on the second day. Everyone was pleasant and they are quick to bring you what you lack. And I can recommend LA's Best Pizza for pasta deliveries. 더 보기

Ok! For one night stay.

This hotel is in a great location; close to the freeways and major streets.

It's a decent place, breakfast is decent and fresh; rooms are a good size but not the newest, most fashionable decor, just an average place. But quite comfortable. I think they just painted or maybe just my room, and the bed was decent.

This was an extremely noisy hotel. I had gone for some rest after a full day in Los Angeles. It was extremely noisy, and people were fighting in the hall. I was woken up 3x, and then when I asked to speak to the manager 2x in the morning, they never called or followed up with me on my terrible nights sleep. A reasonably priced, clean, and comfortable place. Good value with the understanding the pool is small and the breakfast is typical faire with cereal, breads, waffles, and hard boiled eggs. Location is convenient to CSUN and reasonable for heading south into LA and other areas.

Room was clean as was the hotel. Was quiet and no out of the ordinary events. Decent continental breakfast. Close by all. Elevator could be faster. I would stay there again.

The hotel service was aweful they were very unorganized and extrememly rude. The rooms were not kept up and the entire building had a horrible aroma. the service was the worst part of the stay very unfriendly and rude. I would not reccommend any one stay at this hotel due to the service.

staff was nice, room was clean it was clear this was an older hotel but the rates are good. only issue was the parking. area was a little run down but seemed to be safe. would stay again.

A comfortable stay. Parking was a bit tight and scarce, but manageable. Neighborhood was ok, but no incidents. Local stores are very convenient. Pleasant staff.

We had to call down to the front desk several times as the people above us were stomping on their floor which was our ceiling. Started calling the front desk at 8 pm and it did not stop until 1:30. The room was dirty the pool is very small and there is little room to sit when you go down to breakfast which was not very good

The hotel is fine - the units along the road are a bit older and more run down. Don't get the room above the restaurant because they blast music until 2am. We had to change rooms.

Not a bad place for the price. Service was good. Location not conducive to business in main city locations (drive time, rush hour, etc). Surrounding areas not the greatest, but not horrible either. Parking, though free, was difficult near the rooms given the small parking lots and small parking spaces (suggestion: dont even try to find a spot for a […] non-compact vehicle on the main lot at night esp on a weekend, as there is an bar next door and many patrons from there I saw were using the hotel parking even signs were prominent prohibiting such conduct). Worth noting there is free additional parking in an adjacent lot but it seems sketchy especially at night--it might be inconvenient with kids too. Overall, though, not bad if on a budget. Saw some negative comments on location. But, not a dangerous neighborhood. Plus, close to grocery stores, restaurants (An Irish Pub that serves food is next door), barber, laundry and dry cleaners.

Nice, simple hotel. Neighborhood is a bit run down, but this hotel is clean and in good condition. Room air conditioner was a bit noisy, but other than that, all good.

This hotel was great for the price. The only thing that would have made it perfect would have been a microwave in the room. The continental breakfast was adequate. This year our family had the great joy of having 48 people gather from 5 states, 2 countries, and multiple ages at our New Year Celebration. However with so many people there is only so much room in the family inn. We made reservations at this location as it is close to the family home and reasonable in cost. However NEVER reserve a room for others […] without using each guests names for the rooms. We were not informed of the "check in" policies and made the reservation under one guest name for two rooms. When the other family that was going to stay in the room tried to check in they were met with onry staff that were not willing to work with the guests. This was after a day of traveling with children. Needless to say staff need to be willing to think about the entire circumstance and realize that a confirmation number received from your service is not arbitrarily contrived for their amusement. After both parties were able to join and check in the family members were able to relax and enjoy their time with the family. 더 보기

EXCELLENT HOTEL!! Loved this hotel great service, helpful employees! ive been looking for a hotel to stay in on my trips to LA and now i can safely say Ramada Inn wins my business! Highly reccomended!

Ramada - Chatsworth has 2 buildings. One on the street and another behind. Initially my original room was in the front building but it proved so noisy from neighbors inside and out that I was moved to the back building. They didn't charge for the "upgrade" (essentially the exact same room). Noise aside the rooms served their purpose.

Really close to the metrolink-amtrak stations Conveniently located. Good Tariff

I went to my nephews birthday in Porter Ranch, so I decided to stay at Ramada Inn. The check in was smooth. No hiccups. The room and bathroom were clean for the most part. Just some debree on the edge of the bed frame. The TV is a little outdated, but I never really watched the TV this trip. The continental breakfast was ok. Theres english muffins, […] bagels, assortment of danishes, eggs, cereals, juices, and coffee. My biggest issues were with the pillows and A/C, The pillows were too bulky and the A/C kept on making intermitent rattling noises. The location is ok... for my taste at least. Its in the middle of a traffic street by stores. I really like the dive bar Mc'Gs next to it. Its a mixed crowd with a lot of beer on tap! I also went to Universal Studios, which is 15 minutes away. Definately would stay there again because im comfortable there.... 더 보기

I was pleasantly surprised by the Ramada Inn. By the room rate, I was kinda scared what I would find. When I arrived, the parking area was well lit and I felt safe parking my car there although the parking spaces are a bit on the narrow side. I would recommend staying on the 'executive' floor. That is what I booked and upon check in, I asked the lady […] at the front desk what was special about it. The hotel is split into two seperate buildings a couple yards apart. The 'executive floor' is actually the newer building toward the back of the property which is non-smoking and no pets allowed. I believe these rooms also have a few HBO channels while the other rooms only have basic cable. When I entered my room, it was clean, and smelled fresh. No stale smoking smell. Awesome! The room had a huge comfy king sized bed, a desk with a spot for wired Internet connection. The hotel also offers wireless Internet but my iPod touch was not able to connect to it and I had no laptop. There was also a small personal fridge, ironing board and iron, alarm clock, hair dryer, comfy sitting chair, 32" or so TV with connections in front to hook up a DVD player or game system and pulsating shower head. If you're planning on taking a dip in the pool, don't bother. It is very clean, but it is tiny. About the size of two regular hot tubs. Good for the small kids, bad for adults. Also, the free continenal breakfast consists of cereal, milk, fruit, bagels, English muffins, pastries, coffee, juices, and oatmeal packets. Not gonna fill you up, but not going to let you starve either. Overall, I would stay here again if I was in the area. 더 보기

Weeekned visit to family party in So Cal. After many years of seaching for a decent and affordable hotel near our family, we have finally found the perfect hotel. Friendly staff, clean grounds and room, nice amenities. Parking very close and convenient and safe. We will be back.

This hotel is old and in need of updating. The rooms look dirty because of the wear. The bathroom floor was dirty in the corners. Even the carpet seemed to not be very clean. The lobby is very clean and you are very diappointed when you get to your room. We have stayed here multiple times now and will not be staying at this Ramada again.
