our bathtub had hair in the drain....and the room overall just looked dirty. I was very disappointed with this hotel!

breakfast was ok ..hot tub not really a hot tub but its hot with very little bubbles .could not swim in the pool always too cold . had to call the front desk 3 times in 2 days just to get pool towel to the pool or bring our own..computer room for mappping area was great .. and we loved the MULAN and the cockatieles..

No pack and plays and noise in the hallways felt like it was in your room. Also you could hear foot steps and people getting in and out of their beds so noise was a big issue ...this combined with no cribs made it a long night for us. The pool area was also a mess when we went first thing in the morning. Our room was cold when we arrived, the window was open. There were not enough towels in the pool area. The pool and hot tub area was nice. The breakfast was good.

Nice and helpful staff. Rooms and swimming area needs updating(broken floor tile,wallpaper falling off wall) Pool and hottub very clean and kids had fun. Nice breakfast in morning. Will come again because the price is right.

The hotel did not inforce the no kids after 10 rules at 10:30 there was 8 kids in the pool area and no adults. Also the hot tub only had 3 jets working that was a let down. I do have to go the same area this weekend too and I am finding a diffrent hotel to stay at. The good thing was that the beds were clean and the price was right.

The only thing wrong with this hotel was the breakfast buffet. The coffee was super weak and the eggs were slimey every morning. Also, the hashbrowns were not good. Our room was clean and comfy, pool and hot tub were awesome!

The continental breakfast isn't bad (for the price of the room) and the pool is a nice feature. The room could have used better cleaning (hairs from prior guests in the drawer was gross). The hotel also isn't being maintained (broken equipment in the workout room, burnt out light bulbs, etc.). The main issue I had is that the hotel can be noisy on weekend […] nights. Lots of signs all over the hotel emphasizing the strict quiet requirements from 11pm to 7am. These rules are ignored by guests (loud TVs), talking in the halls, and especially teenagers & 20 somethings that rent the rooms to through loud parties. I experienced this during a stay in August, 2011 and again when I had the misfortune of staying in the hotel on New Year's Eve, 12/31/11 - 1/1/12. At 3:30am a large and very rowdy crowd of 20 teenagers stood in the hall near the elevator and my room making lots of noise. The hotel did nothing to quiet the crowd although this went on for some time. No security at the hotel, nobody from the hotel called the police. I was smart enough not to confront at least a dozen teenage men who had probably been using lots of alcohol and possibly drugs? If you want to sleep spend an extra $40-50 per night and stay at the nearby Marriott Residence Inn or Hilton. Clearly there's an ongoing problem at the hotel with noise as evidenced by the signs posted throughout the hotel. I would not recommend the hotel unless you were staying only during the week and not around/on any major holidays, when the rowdy crowds seem to show up. 더 보기

very nice stay. only stayed one night after attending a concert but was very pleased with courtesy of staff and condition of htel room was clean and spacious. pool and hot tubwere in good condition and breakfast was good.

For the price of the room this hotel deffinately met my high stanards. The inside of the hotel feels like your in a British parlor and maybe staying in Britian. But the room was more modern and relaxing.My favorite part was breakfast. They had scrambled eggs, hash browns and sausage the morning of our stay. Also with waffles and fruit toppings and ceral […] and fresh cut fruits and pasteries. The pool room was very nice and clean, we didnt go swimming but it looked great. For a business trip or quiet get away to relax this is a great hotel, they enforce a strict quiet policy from 11pm to 6am. This hotel was very clean very comfortable room. Great breakfast with a close room with two parakeets and a parrot.... great breakfast environment! Loved the hotel would suggest it for anyone, priced like a low end motel but furnished and cared for like a 5 star location!

Great value! The quality Inn room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was larger than most making it comfortable for dressing. This hotel wasn't dirty, per se, but it was not comparable to other hotels in the area. The hotel has a funny, musty smell throughout, stained carpet, peeling wallpaper, and loose tiles. The back door is supposed to be accessable only with a room key, but it is broken, so anyone can walk into the hotel unnoticed. Hotel person (yea one worker) every busy. Never had towels in pool area and when kids use room towels they were never replaced. Hot tub was low with water & no one was around to fill it. Breakfast was ok -

The room had an overall cigarette smell. I could see where someone ripped the window screen to discard cigarettes. This was not subtle - it smelled like a party of smokers was in there. Yuck. The staff there was very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable. The door to my room opened and closed ok, but it stuck a little. That was the only condition item I observed staying there. The location is close to the airport and they accepted my cat without problem. The room was spacious and not cramped like some motel rooms. […] I had plenty of room for my things out of the way. In the room had too low of a couch. Going in and out to the car we had to go through alot of smoke as people smoke right in front of the door. Smoking should be away from the entrance. Door 2.

We were there for a soccer tournament and were very happy with how easy it was to get to all the fields. Just what I was looking for.

I enjoyed my stay with my 2 yo daughter. We went as a kind of a girl's night out. The only problems I had was the fact that my room was right next door to the stairwell exit, so I heard people coming in and out all night. The pool area needed some attention as well. This hotel was very difficalt to find it was not marked as Quality Inn Tarrance Club it was just Qualily Inn, it sat off the road behind a quick lube resturant. Once we found it, it was very clean when walking in the hallway was very confusing to find the room and the elevator was not a treat either. Kids running up and down the hallway to the pool. […] Speaking of pool the kids was excited to use a pool that was so full of people jumping in from every direction there was NO signs saying NO JUMPING we did not stay in the pool area long. There was NO towels in the pool area had to walk to the room wet and cold.. The room wall had something stuck on it not cleaned as well as expected. But worth the money. The hotel was located at a great location kinda tucked away from the road traffic. For the price the place was great, and warm breakfast in the morning made it great. I would recommend it to everyone and plan on staying again

Price was good. Pool was nice. Hotel was clean. Had eggs, sausage, hash brown, pancakes, in a semi-buffet style. which i liked. close to the highway. I liked everything about this hotel stay. and given the price, it was better than expected.

My friend and i stayed at the Quality Inn Terrace Club and loved it! We were very satisfied with just about every aspect of our stay. Its a great hotel for such a reasonable price. Our recent experience had mixed emotions, as the hotel was far off of the road you did not have to deal with traffic, even when you sat in the courtyard. However, our room needed update, with some mold issues in the shower, and a very dirty office char. The company should be putting some of their profit into the upkeep of the business. The Hotel Quality Inn Terrace Club in Grand Rapids was excellent---especially the price. The accomadations were excellent, it was quiet, the pool was a nice size and the complimentary breakfast was very satisfying.

This was a very weird place, even for a budget motel. I am not to post negative reviews because I am probably the least-pickiest person you'll find regarding motels. But, there are a few things that can annoy me: 1. This is the noisiest motel I have ever stayed in. I got the vibe early on during the two-day stay that there were many people "living" […] at the place. Lots of families with doors open, roaming room-to-room. And in the middle of the night, it sounded like a stampede was running through the room above us. There is no soundproofing whatsoever. 2. There is one elevator. And, it is on the opposite side of the building from the lobby. And, there is only one luggage cart. Be prepared to do a lot of walking. 3. One working ice maker on the first floor. Stay for the price. But be prepared for a noisy experience among a somewhat residential clientele. 더 보기

A really nice place for the price. The breakfast was great. Nice selection of hot and cold items and a waffle maker. We stayed two nights with no problems. Room was clean. Nice that they posted all over the hallway that 1100 pm was quiet time or they would throw you out.

4th of July W/e. Very QUIET!! Pool was available and nice, Staff was Excellent! Nit a bad thing I can say. I would recommend to anyone that is looking for off road location, super nice rooms, and a very reasonable price stay. Parking is very accessible Nice area around Motel, Did not see or hear 1 loud car, or squalling of tires.
