The hotel was in a good location, only 20 minutes from downtown Seattle. The room was clean, and the staff were helpful. I would stay here again as they had a good rate and were close to all the places we were wanting to see. The continental breakfast was the standard fare, and the waffle machine was awesome.

Check in went smoothly, we were preregistered.We were shown to a non smoking room and it smelled of smoke. My husband went to the office and we were apologized to and emediately shown to a bigger and more expensive room. The hotel wasn't to busy fortunately. This hotel was clean but definitely shows it's age. Noise travels through the walls so noisy neighbors can be quite disturbing. I would recommend this hotel for a one night stay, but realize that it is old so don't expect up to date amenities.

My room was nicely furnished and truly non smoking....nice breakfast, too. Staff friendly. I'll stay here again when in town on business.

We were looking for a motel close to the University of Washington but not in the downtown area. Close to shopping and restaurants. Overall not a bad place to stay for a short visit.

Despite the fact that this motel is right on Hwy 99, it was surprisingly quiet, especially as far as the other guests. There were plenty of other cars in the lot but noise-wise I felt like I was the only one staying there. It was just what I needed: a clean quiet place to SLEEP. No frills. Fit my needs. The travelodge location is good , right on SR99, only 5min drive from exit 179 of I5. Restaurants and 7-11 is close by . Recommend the chinese restaurant on SR 99 - T & T, good food reasonable price tag, also recommending is the Harvey's pub good price for drinks too. little old but not too worn for the hotel. 3 levels, get the 2nd or 1st level if you […] are not convenient to walk stairs. The room was clean, small but suited my needs for the night. I never was able to get on the internet and did not get much help from staff there. Other then that for what I paid for the room it was well worth it. It was clean (except for having a nasty bedspread on the bed) Had a nice shower, fridge etc. I would stay again.

Convenient to the Interstate; had inroom conveniences, Internet, and good breakfast. Good (but expensive) seafood restaurant nearby on the Sound. Just right for aour trip, especially at the price.

The Travelodge on Hotels.com offered a good deal and I wanted something safe, clean and affordable. Travelodge scored well on all three. The hotel is on Hwy 99, which isn't a fantastic area, but I knew that and was fine with it not being in a walkable or tour-friendly neighborhood. The staff were very friendly. They were re-modeling (never told us this) there was furniture stacked inside our room! Outside, all areas of hotel. Excercise equiptment room had boxes and boxes of overflowing paperwork. I have never stayed in such a MESSY hotel in my life! Very unprofessional not to tell us this was going on, not offer any discount or a cleaner room!

The staff was very good. Continental breakfast was very nice. Room was comfortable and very clean. Would stay again.

Needed a night away from my crazy home life. Its just off I-5 so I was able to get to work with no problems. Hotel room was clean and comfterable, continental breakfast was great. Will definitly be back when I need another night out to myself.

I've never had the luxury of a smoking room. It was on the 3rd floor which was the top floor & it was great. Amenities were simple, but complete & effective, including continental breakfast. It was amazing to have everything without having to ask for it. It was also amazing to have the freedom to smoke in the room. This was a completely relaxing time […] over 2 days & we'll be back. This hotel is in the process of renovating its rooms - there was lots of furniture outside and there were extra things in our room, but overall the room was very clean and met our needs very well.

older hotel, but was clean. good front desk management. 10-15 mins into downtown seattle. Got what we paid for.

This hotel is currently remodeling. The room I had was more than I expected! Very clean. Everything in the room was new. Don't be afraid to book this one!

The people were very nice to work with at the motel. Good continental breakfast, quiet location that was wonderful. Really nice people running it.

I did not know the area, so I booked a hotel close to the freeway. I chose travellodge because hotels near freeways are usually clean and nice and I was lead to believe they served a free full breakfast each morning, which would save on cost for food each day. We asked for and were given a smoking room. The room looked like it was the party room as there were burn holes in the chair upholstery and furniture. The bathroom had a hole in the wall as the doorstopper had broken off and not been replaced. The place had not been kept up and was really quite disgusting. Our family was very satisfied with the comfort of our hotel room. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable fully furnished with air conditioner, tv, wireless internet and fridge. The kids loved the fresh waffles with the complimentary breakfast. For a 2 1/2 star hotel it was all that we could have asked for.

This hotel has to be one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Even though the hotel room was " clean" it was still filthy feeling. The walls looked like there was dried blood all over, the door wouldn't shut properly unless you slammed it close, the bed was so uncomfortable because it looked as if a very very heavy person sat in the same exact […] spot for a year without moving so I always felt like I was just going to roll right off the edge. This was supposed to be a non-smoking room but the room smelled of cigarette smoke. The smoke alarm was dangling from the ceiling where the smoker had removed the battery. The bathtub did not drain. This hotel had a 7.5 rating when we booked our room. However a May 24 review had us quite worried. Seems they had an ant infestation & a couple staying there got bitten in the middle of the night. Upon checking in I spoke to the Mgr about this concern. He assured me that the pest control company had been in & there were no further problems. The problem had been rectified so my advice is to stay there & enjoy the friendly atmosphere & nice rooms. My kids were bite by something in the bed.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable and reasonably priced.

Very friendly staff and really accommodating. We were on ground floor and noise from upstairs. Breakfast was so, so. We ate 2 tilmes and was the same each day. Lots of bread items - needed some fruit besides whole apples and bananas. The location was good with Pancake House adj. to motel also grocery store and other stores for shopping. The room was clean except for an empty bottle I found behind the night stand. I was assigned room 302, which had a defective TV. A call to the desk and I had help at my door in moments. Very convenient to neighborhood stores, not too far to downtown Edmonds, which is very nice to browse in and close to the ferries/water and I-5. Comfortable room. Staff nice.
