IT WAS TERRIBLE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. THE FIRST ROOM THE REMOTE FOR TV DIDNT WORK AND THE AIRCONDITIONING DIDNT WORK. I WENT TO A SECOND ROOM THE FACE OF THE BATHROOM SINK WHICH IS LIKE A GRANITE 6 FOOT BY 1 FOOT PIECE HAD SMASHED TO THE FLOOR BEFORE I EVEN GOT TO THE ROOM SO THEY DONT EVEN CHECK THE ROOMS. IF THAT FEEL ON MY GRANDCHILDREN BIG PROBLEM […] FOR THEM. THE THIRD ROOM I COULDNT OPEN THE DOOR. THE GIRL CAME AND OPENED IT SHE SAID YOU HAVE TO LIFT UP AND NOT PUSH DOWN LIKE THE OTHER. Breakfast was limited, but beds were cozy & comfortable.

this was my 3rd visit to this hotel. first 2 times were great, this time they stuck me in horrible location on first floor. the room smelled, was dirty, had mold in some places, bed had stains. I woke up very sick, and I dont think I will be returning to this hotel on my next orlando trip. it is definitely not worth paying alot for.

Fine for our one night stop over. The hotel does have a budget appearance and feel, but it was fine for the budget price and we had no complaints whatsoever. Room was clean and reasonably sized. Buffet breakfast was OK, if a little limited, and coffee was available 24/7.

The motel had recently been remolded but it was still dirty and in need of cleaning up. The pool area was seldom cleaned and towels were left on chairs for days. The wastepaper bins were seldom emptied.The side walks were yet stained and looked like they never been cleaned. PROS: The room was clean, and well kept. The hotel was in good overall condition. Conveniently located if your'e heading to the theme parks, and priced well if all you need is a place to sleep. The outside of the hotel gave the appearance that it was rundown. However, the room was fine especially for the price. My only complaint was that there was a blood spot on the sheets.

The hotel does not look as nice in person as the website. The decor is dated and the finish is minimalist. The price was reasonable and the location was very good but the quality of both the rooms and the breakfast left a lot to be desired. If you just want a place to crash this will do but if you want more look elsewhere.

Well compared to other hotels in this price range I would say it was over priced. It was okay for one night. Our room was clean and that was good.

Hotel is ok. For the price I had paid, I probably could stay in a better one.

The location is very convinent to Walt Disney. The staff if very curtuous and helpful. I would stay here again. The price is great. After all, you only need the room to sleep in and then go to Walt Disney or other attractions.

Booked hotel based on good reviews and wasn't disappointed. Was excellent value for money, room was very clean and well maintained. Nothing fancy but much better than you would expect for the price. We were there during a very quiet period when the hotel wouldn't have been full so generally didn't have any problems with noise, with the exception of […] two occasions 1) someone with a dog on one night, if they had stayed longer than one night i would have had a major issue with a dog barking and 2) the people that arrived the day before we left had two children that were worse behaved than the dog! If we hadn't been leaving I would have complained as they were extremely inconsiderate- however this isn't any reflection on the hotel just rude patrons, which i guess you can't help. Overall i guess what im trying to say is it might be noisier during busier periods. In terms of location this was 5*, only 5/10 minutes from all of the Disney parks as well as Downtown Disney and Disney Boardwalk (this is definitely worth a visit, very pretty) and about 15/20 minutes from Universal Parks and just less than an hour from Kennedy Space Centre. We didn't use the free breakfast so can't comment on that, we mostly went to Dunkin Donuts to the left of the hotel before going to the parks- very reasonable for breakfast. Parking is free, as is internet for online check in. For anyone flying with Virgin you can drop your bags off at Downtown Disney if you have a late flight and would rather get rid of them early. I was alone on a business trip but this place would have been great for a family too. Microwave, fridge and a decent shower. Plenty of room to move around. Breakfast was middle of the road but waffle maker and some other hot items worked out fine. Free wifi was pretty fast. The biggest upgrade they could use would be HDTV. Maybe it's coming? We turned heat in the room- few seconds later fire alarm went on and we smelled smoke for the rest of the night, called front desk, were told "no one uses heat in Florida", no hot water in the shower, phone was missing in the room when we checked in, no remote control for TV, burned iron that messed our white pants. Overall I enjoyed my stay, I booked 2 rooms and although my room did not have the LCD television, I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the rooms were. The beds were really comfy, bathroom a little small but nice and clean. Although the dining area needs a little upgrading, I really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, good choices and very tasty. […] Only downfall was that they held a charge on my card at check-in obviously for no particular reason because the rooms were paid for in advance so I was a little disappointed by that but the matter was resolved a few days after my stay at the hotel. 더 보기

We were very satisfied with this hotel and would return if we come to this area in the future. It was convenient, clean, and comfortable.

Hotel check in is quick and easy. Second time I have stayed here and just as pleased. Price was what was stated no additional fees or surprise charges. Room is so clean which is what we needed for a good nights rest. For the price and quiality cant believe it is not full all the time. We really enjoyed our stay. Our rooms were spacious and clean. The free breakfast was really good, gotta love belgian waffles. The only complaint was that there was a hole in the very top of the wall in the shower and it was "fixed" with toilet paper shoved into it.

hotel is very nice for the price. free breakfast. no extra fees other than what you pay on hotels.com would definitely stay here again. very close to disney parks.

We stayed here for one night before starting our stay in Disney. It was conveniently located about three miles from Disney property. It was also extremely clean and renovated. Perfect!!

I went on a 3 day business trip to Orlando. First, the personnel was very nice. The room was pretty clean and comfortable and an added bonus, it had free full breakfast for the whole stay! I would stay again.

We ended up staying at this Quality Inn quite by accident due to a mix-up with another non-hotels.com reservation. We loved it so much, we cancelled our other reservation and spent the remainder of the week here!!! The management was superb and the quality and care of the rooms (especially the beds and towel "swans & shells") felt like we were staying […] in a much upscaled (and certainly way beyond what we paid) hotel. The staff was super nice. Upgraded us to a suite with no extra charge. Walked us to our room. But... being nice and helpful doesn't cost anything. The rest was pretty bad. Room was dirty. Couch and chair cushions were stained. Mattress on sofa bed was stained. The sheets for the sofa bed were stained (they replaced those). Breakfast was pretty typical […] for a cheap, free breakfast at a place like this -- nothing I could put up with for more than a couple days. Location was great. Hoitel really cares about it's customers. A little older than many, but still a class operation.

For the price I expected a place that is adequate for an overnight stay. I got a place I could stay in comfortably for several days. The room has a microwave, coffee pot, frig, alarm clock, and a clean comfortable bed. Everything was well maintained. The A.C. worked well. The shower was hot and had a good shower head. My only issue was that they had just cleaned the carpet and it was damp, but they were booked up and someone had to get that room. Better to have a clean and damp carpet than one that is dirty. My family and i have been many times to this hotel. However the people outside, that pressures people to buy ticketes are overwhelming and has made my family and i not go back. I know we are not the only ones and he is not even part of the hotel.

Good location and hotel at least for Indians

Looks like this used to be a Knights inn- but has changed... can tell its been remodeled - looks good - new paint - bfast was good. Good service - no issues. Basic room (with fridge and microwave) Would stay here again. Pool was basic - nothing fancy. It was quiet and what we needed - price was good.

The hotel is extremely close to Disney; check in, and check out were awesomely easy and friendly. The bed was comfortable; the room and bathroom were clean. The shower had great water pressure (gasp) and lots of hot water. The refrigerator and microwave worked very well. We were there only 2 days but when we arrived we arrived early and were given a room that was already available. Room was clean and comfortable, no problems at all. Will come back again if we are in there area again at any time. Area has several different place to eat

Staff were super nice and accommodating. Room clean. Good variety of channels on TV. Denny's, Ihop and Walgreens across the street. Quite a drive to the malls (if going by taxi/shuttle). The free breakfast was OK quite a lot to choose from. Breakfast hours 6-9:30 a bit too early for me though, traveling with a toddler. Same for shuttle service to parks, […] drop offs and pick times limited and did not end up using the shuttles. Bear in mind if traveling with very young children as the breakfast times and shuttle service might not be accomomdating to people with very young children. I believe this is a family run hotel & it shows. Very friendly staff, very clean rooms, free breakfast, well priced and super convenient to Disney Parks.

The rooms are spacious and clean. I consider the price we paid was also good. The free breakfast was comparable to other hotel chains, but we paid less here for the stay.

We made the decision to stay at this hotel on PRICE, but the service was fabulous, the hotel was freshly remodeled and clean, the pool was great, the FREE buffet breakfast was a huge BONUS, and we had (3) Rooms with 4 finicky people at the Hotel (from 16 to 81 needing a handicapp room) and WE ALL WERE THRILLED with the Place, Another Bonus is it was […] a short drive to Disney if you do not decide to utilize their Shuttle Service to the park.
