동경대 근처에 있다는 장점외엔 특별히 기억에 남지 않습니다. 동경의 가격이 워낙 비싼데다가 아침도 포함되어 있지 않은점... 게다가 호텔 식당을 이용한 가격이 한명단 10만원이 넘고... 이 호텔을 이용하면서 동경에서 머물면 안되겠구나... 생각만 들었습니다. 편안하고 안락함은 좋은 것 같지만 워낙 동경물가가 비싸다보니 상대적으로 만족도가 떨어지는것 같아요 흔한 조식이라도 포함시켰다면 평가를 좋게 해주었을텐데요...

시로카네다이가 주택 부촌이라 그런지 주변에 혼자서 간단히 끼니를 해결하기가 수월하지 않네요. 게다가 역과 그렇게 멀진 않지만 오르막길이라 자동차를 이용하지 않으면 한여름에 머물기엔 비추입니다. 물론 서비스나 시설은 훌륭합니다.

호텔은 오래된 호텔인데 상태는 좋습니다. 객실은 계속 업데이트되어 왔고 전체 로비도 업데이트 되었습니다. 실제로 아주 좋은 호텔이고 가든뷰도 뛰어납니다. 직원은 아주 좋고 헌신적입니다. 호텔의 유일한 단점은 위치입니다. 편의점이 없고 비슷한 종류의 것도 호텔 가까이에 없습니다. 이와 관련해서 호텔은 매 15분 마다 Meguro 열차역으로 가는 무료 밴을 운행합니다. 전반적으로 좋은 호텔이고 아주 좋은 거래였습니다. 다시 머물 것입니다.

며칠을 호텔의 검토를 살펴보면서 보냈다. 이곳은 매우 도움이 되는 영어 구사 직원 및 기차 또는 지하철을 셔틀로 쉽게 가는점, 대부분보다 가격이 좋은 점이 띄었다. 오직 단점은 3번째 침대로, 광고에서는 실제 침대처럼 보였지만 단지 간이 침대로 20살의 작은 딸은 3번째 성인으로서 실제 침대를 좋아했다. 호텔의 모든 부분은 깨끗했다. 약간 구식이었으나 모두가 머물기에는 훌륭한 장소였다. 기차 또는 지하철에서 쉽게 셔틀 또는 저렴한 택시를 이용할 수 있고, 영어를 구사하는 직원은 매우 도움이 되었다.

멋진 호텔. 접대용 버스 서비스는 중앙 역에서 조금 걸어야 했다. 객실은 편안하면서 넓었다. 유일한 부정적인 측면은 내가 포함되어 있어야 한다고 느끼는 수영장 및 체육관 이용 시 지불을 해야 한다는 것이다.

Great service, excellent restaurants - very pleased with everything. The location is a bit remote, however the hotel runs frequent complimentary shuttles to the nearest stations.

the size of the room is very regular if in the US, however, since it's in Tokyo, i'll call it very big. what i don't like is the location. the hotel is about 8 min drive from Meguro station. hotel offers free shuttle bus to and back from the station every 15 mins. however, it's only between 10am -10pm. so that means if you're traveling for business, […] 10am definitely is too late. if you're having dinner outside, 10pm definitely is too early. so you'll end up paying lots of taxi fee. it's about 700-800 yen to the station one way. very easy to find taxi both at the hotel and at Meguro station. 더 보기

Not a great location but easy access to a shuttle bus. Hotel needs a bit of a makeover as it is showing its age but fabtastically big rooms for families and very helpful staff.

Very nice and close to Tokyo Metro subway stations. The room was much larger than we anticipated and the staff were very, very helpful. There were always multiple staff who spoke English and they helped us get around Tokyo with maps, advice and directions.

The shuttle buses to Meguro and the train station was really convenient for business travelers and being on the dot every 15 minutes made it so convenient. The staff are so polite. It is a good experience.

The hotel was a bit out of central Tokyo however they offered a free shuttle bus to the station which was helpful. The condition of the room was a bit disapointing and the bathroom needed a revamp. All in all not to bad considering we only stayed the one night, however i wouldnt go back.

I stayed two times in the Seratoin Miyako for businerss reasons.The hotel is clean, the rooms are very comfortableand the facilities are very good.The hotel is far from the Metro and train. It provodes a frequent shuttlew to the JR station but it is not walkind distance.The neighbourghood of the hotel offers no restaurants or caffes.

okay but as you requested no smoking room. we got smoking room-hiwever, after complaining it was changed to no smoking area to fourth floor.Japan HOTEL STINKS OF SMOKE as they do not have ordinance banning SMOKING. TOO BAD.

The hotel is very centrally located, very near Roppongi. The rooms are spaceaous. Access to the pool and workout area are an extra fee, which I was disappointed in. The room is not cheap, but definitely not expensive with regards to Tokyo.

The hotel is beautiful , understated with a lovely Japanese garden visable from many areas of the hotel even our room. The room was large and clean but in need of renovation it was very dated. Could not fault the Sheraton Miyako. All staff were extremely helpful and spoke very good english. There are not shops right next to the hotel but the shuttle bus service is terrific and leaves every 15mins to both Meguro and Shingawa stations. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was lovely - however the bathroom was a bit of a let down, as was breakfast which was not the standard I would have expected from this hotel. Overall a good experience but the above points could be improved.

We picked this hotel because it was one of the few that could accomodate 4 people, most hotels accomodate 2. The front desk and concierge spoke English, which was extremely helpful. The concierge helped us get around Tokyo by providing multiple maps and helpful hints. Great buffet breakfast and convenient to local shops. Book tours ahead of time as there is no such thing as spontanuity in Tokyo

The room was much larger than at other hotels we've stayed in in Tokyo and they were able to add 2 extra beds to the room without it being ridiculously overcrowded.
