하얏트 플레이스 덜루스/그위네트 몰 (Hyatt Place Duluth/Gwinnett Mall) - 덜루스

깨끗은 했지만, 지독한 냄새-아마도 전 손님이 데려온 강아지의 냄새(?)-가 기분을 잡치게 하더군요. 실내 디자인은 좋았지만, 그 전에 묶던 호텔보다 낫다는 생각은 지금도 들지 않습니다. 웬지 찜찜한느낌...

Very good.

Hotel was clean, services was great, b"fest was great, and location was convenience because we had easy access to the high way and shopping centers.

Great hotel! We loved the 24 hour Starbucks coffee in the lobby.

Nice hotel, great customer service and above all very affordable....the ladies at the front desk were lovely and always smile....I will go back anytime and i strongly recommend this place....

Room is quiet given so close to the highway. Had to switch room to get hot water for the shower

This Hotel was great, clean, and very comfortable and spacious. It was near to the mall and a slew of restaurants. The staff was very nice and extremely helpful. It also came with complimentary breakfast. I really enjoyed my stay!

Hyatt is one of my favorite hotel I’d like to stay. The location of this Hyatt Gwinnett Place is very convenient. It located right next to Gwinnett mall. It also can quickly get on Interstate I-85; Best of all, in this area has so many good Asian restaurants. Hotel staffs were all very friendly. What I love the most is that all rooms that I stayed previously; […] they all have a small business center, small kitchen and a small living room. I do not like the 25 dollar hold, that I was unaware of. Also the bathroom to small.

I had stayed at this location before, but the service has gone down. I had an issue with my membership that the staff promised to take care of, and I'm still waiting for their "guaranteed" email update, over a month later. Also, they have set the temperature of the bathroom water so low that you should think twice about washing your hair there: good […] luck rinsing out the shampoo! I kept waiting for the water to get hot, and barely got it to luckewarm. I also ordered a salad from their snack bar for dinner, and got wilted lettuce. Pathetic. I go to Atlanta on business, and won't bother staying there again. I will also pass the word to my colleagues. 더 보기

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I love this hotel. But this time I had no hot water for 2 days and luke warm water for 2 days. I may still stay ythere but that will have to comp me a meal or something to make up for it.

I have stayed at other hotels in the area. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Very friendly staff and super convenient location.

We were next to the elevator and did hear it, but it didn't bother anyone. Breakfast was very nice both mornings--and busy. The staff was easily available and helpful. Our room was a good size, with an excellent shower. The TV wasn't anything special...big, but poor picture and few free options. Also, the beds...nothing to be excited about. I'm not […] sure what the "Hyatt whatever" is, but the beds in our room were just a place to sleep, not super-comfortable mattresses to try. This hotel is a great choice for business, though. The Breakfast buffet was a little limited. No bagels. Muffins were a little stale and dry. Otherwise everything was great.

We stayed one night on 12/01/2011 on way to North Carolina. We checked in about 4:30 pm. The service at the front desk was very friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent for in/out of Interstate 85. We definitely will come back to this hotel during our next trip.

My family found this to be a quality hotel at a very reasonable price as a stopover during our travels. Easy access to I-85 and the shopping at Gwinnett Place Mall. The room was clean and newly furnished. The breakfast was nice continental, but cook-to-order was available. Would definately stay again.

The rooms are very nice for the amount that we paid. Enough room for 6 people with double beds and also a sofa bed.

The hotel is in a good location and the rooms are very nice. The price I purchased the room for was excellent. the room was clean and it was a very quiet stay. Location was excellent. Many resturants like Chili's and Panda Express are in walking distance also a mall and shopping centers.

I stay at this hotel often. It is always really clean and that is very important to me.

This hotel was clean and well-kept. Staff was very friendly and we didn't have any issues. There is a free breakfast, which was nice, but it wasn't the best continental breakfast I have ever had. Overall, we had a good experience and I would stay there again if we are in the area.

This hotel is not clean, It smell like its a drug house on the corner. Spider and bugs are crawling around the room. We stayed half the night and checked out the next day. The personnel working there is very helpful. But I will never book a room here again.

Fantastic location! Super nice place and a great rate!!

There were a lot of things to love about this hotel, but the noise was ridiculous! We kept hearing sounds in the evening before going to bed. We couldn't figure out what it was and finally realized it was the elevators. So EVERY TIME someone used the elevators we heard a pretty loud noise in the room. Once I realized what the noise was and that it was […] not something I could easily get to sleep with, it was late and we were all in bed. My friend's baby had just gotten to sleep and I didn't want to her up, as she can difficult to put back to sleep. I knew even if they offered another room what a big ordeal it would be to move. I just cannot believe somebody has not complained about this before when staying in that room! We were in 211. I turned on the fan and still had trouble sleeping. I told the receptionist the next day. She said sorry~ It's very disappointing when you pay a extra money for a nice hotel and it takes you two hours to get to sleep bc of noise. Sorry, but I just expect more out of a hotel than that. I cannot say that I would recommend this hotel bc of this. 더 보기

The hostess was very welcoming

This hotel was convenient off the interstate. I felt safe, the staff was friendly and ready to assist. The room was set up nicely allowing me a work area separate of the sleeping area.
