Most positive I can say is the beds were comfortable. I was not happy that we had to pay $15/night fee for parking. But I got over that. The breakfast wasn't good, when I went to eat at 8:00, the sausage and egg omelet were all dried out. Several items were out as well, and took a long time to get restocked, at a peak hour. I left my keys on the chest […] of drawers where the TV sat, and I realized when I drove 10 hours home, that they were there. (My daughter drove) I have tried with no results to see if housekeeping has found them. I called the day we checked out, and the manager couldn't help me, since housekeeping was already gone for the day. I have tried several more times to find something out and they keep telling me they will call. This is 3 days now and still they have not called me. I am very frustrated, because I know I left them there. This goes to the overall experience of my stay and I will not be going back to a Hampton Inn. 더 보기

We found out a week prior to checking in that the hotel was charging $15/night for parking. If we had known that, would have looked at other options. This is a great place for a family on a budget! The breakfast was warm and great and it lasts until 10:00 am. I only wish the rooms were a little more specious. You only pay about $15.00 for parking a night and you can come and go as you please and not get charged extra. We would definitely go back again.

This was definitely a 4-star+ motel. The room was large & clean. Bed was comfortable. Easy walk to the Riverwalk. The breakfast was quality.

My wife and I took a quick getaway to San Antonio for the weekend. The hotel was literally walking distance from the Rivercenter mall. The pictures of the river walk on the website were a little deceiving, but all in all we loved it!

We stayed at this hotel because reviews said parking was free. Once we got there we found out they just recently started charging per night. I arrived at about 2pm hoping to drop my baggage in my room and go to my conference which started at 4pm. However, they said the room wasn't ready yet. Great place to stay if you're checking out the Alamo and the Riverwalk. It costs to park in their lot but don't leave unless you're driving from the area to do something! The room was very well sized, it was very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was awesome and we loved the complimentary breakfast. It was close to the riverwalk wish was perfect for the activites we had planned.

The hotel is conveniently located in downtown San Antonio. The Rivercenter Mall and Riverwalk are only a couple of blocks walking distance from the hotel in one direction and the Alamo and Ripley's in another, so we were able to park our car at the hotel parking lot. Some customers have stated that parking is free at the hotel but it is not. There is […] a $15 overnight parking fee, but that's not too bad. The room was very clean and we slept well. The bathroom was also very clean and quite roomy. The only con we had was controlling the thermostat in the room. It was very cold in San Antonio on Feb. 12 th and we couldn't control the heat at night so we had to revert to air conditioning and then turn everything off in the morning. It was very accomdating

We had a great time. The room was clean and quiet, Wifi and breakfast were included. The staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast was amazing: we got to make our own fresh waffles! I will recommend this hotel to all my friends!

Found this hotel with a great last minute deal. Hesitant at first because I wasn't sure of location but once we got there, I realized it was not a bad at all. Free parking was a definite plus since all the other " higher end " hotels charge almost $30 a night. It wasn't but 3 blocks to the Tower of Americas or the Alamo. The room was very clean. We […] got double beds which seemed a little bit small for two people and the beds seemed very hard to both my husband and myself, but my son said he slept great. so I guess it's preference. Man, what can I say my friends. You can prepare yourself for whatever you may expect. You can believe that you are ready. But when the time comes to check in, are you really in? Its more than just a place to stay, its a space to play. The lady at the desk was lovely, and I still wait for my geranium kiss. The room was built for comfort, not for money. […] The pool was filled with bright blue water that gently capped in the cool breeze. The breakfast smelled like something out of a J.R. Tolken novel, but the bed held me captive till well past close. The streets of the mission city are enchanting, if you are in the right mind. My mind is mostly mindless, so I was all over the map that the inn supplied. Eat the food, drink the hops, walk the river, wave at cops... Check out the Alamo before you go. The beds were noisy (springs) whenever you rolled over and were the smallest double beds I've ever seen. Beds too hard. Pillows good and computer station good. Shower curtain hanging too low so it wouldn't stay in place and got water on the floor and shower head spray laughable. Carpet frayed. Temperature good. Very clean. The comforter was washed (which did make it lumpy, but that didn't effect how we slept - and I'd much rather have a clean comforter!), and the room felt very clean. The room had full size beds instead of queen and you can feel the coils. The sheets had multiple stains on it. And to top it off the night time staff member was not very friendly at all. One more thing, the blow dryer didn't work either.

This hotel is located two blocks from the Alamo which what drew me to make reservations at this hotel but I was surprised with the ondition of my room. The bed mattress was old and worn and the room AC unit rattled. If your looking for a quite room this is not the hotel for you as you can clearly hear the adjacent patrons talking etc.

This hotel is literally half the price of most of the upscale Marriott-type hotels in downtown San Antonio. And it has free breakfast and free wi-fi. Good service,free parking, safe location. I will definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel close enough to walk to mall and go down the riverwalk. Was very pleased at how hotel looked and it seemed that it just went thru a remodeling stage. My kids enjoyed the stay. Only complaint is that spool was dirty and not clean, I would also say AC was too noisy but in all the stay was great would stay here a second time.

Lobby, Halls and elevator were not very clean. Parking was a problem. There were vehicles parked in the exits of the parking lot the next morning. The desk clerks were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was O.K., the coffee was great. The beds were very comfortable. The location to the River Walk is a problem, (Long walk).

Didn't get a king like I asked. Got double beds. When checking out front desk never asked how my stay was. I would not stay here longer than one night.

This was walking distance to everything we wanted to do for the weekend and would stay here again.

Coming from Dallas we had no idea where to stay in San Antonio so we booked online and hoped for the best.
