They advertise themselves as a non-smoking hotel but the room we were in stunk from smoke. I had requested a ground floor room for my disabled daughter but was given a second floor room right in the middle as far away from the stairs as possible on both ends of the property. The hotel staff would not move us even thuogh I checked in fairly early at […] 5pm. I paid for and confirmed this hotel 3 months ago and called them to confirm the ground floor. We had an event we had to attend at 6:30pm the night of check in or I would have left to find another hotel. Awful service!!! The hotel was close to where I was going as well as places to eat. Over all I was very satisfied.

Not the Ritz, but close! Very nice staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Pool was small but was indoors so the kids could get a good workout before bed. Breakfast was nice. Overall outstanding value!!! Great for families, too. :)

The hotel was very clean. We reserved the room for 2 adults & 1 teenager. However after the first day games we had 2 more teenagers wanna stay with us and it was no problem. The hotel was great.

Immediately upon entering our room, we saw a large roach on the wall just under the light switch. After telling the night clerk, we were moved to another room but don't believe we will stay again.

Wendy was at the front desk on my arrival, I decided to extend my stay, she was very friendly and very helpful. More places should have staff like her, based on her alone, I would return to your hotel for another stay and recommend it. She was very friendly and pleasant to my entire family, we were all there for a family Wedding. HOWEVER..... On the […] day of the 29th, my room did not get cleaned and another gal was at front desk. I spoke to her regarding problem and she did not seem to care at all and never apoligize for the inconvenience, I had to ask to get clean towels and then she only gave me bath towels so I had to ask again for hand towels and wash rags...she seemed very disinterested in me as a customer and not friendly at all. I felt like I was bothering her...Not a good thing at all. 더 보기

Although the location was pretty good,3-5 miles to restaurants, it was like staying in an old musty dorm. The other disapointment was the breakfasct was sub-par. Definantly drive across the street to McDonalds or waffle House- the money you save on your room, could be well spent NOT eating the breakfast.

My stay was very nice-the rooms were clean and the receptionist was polite. I felt very comfortable and the location was great-which was accessible to all restaurants near by.

The room was good. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast had lots of options. Should have asked for more towels. They only put 2 in our room.

This was the hotel that we all want when traveling!! The lobby, the halls and the room were exceptionally clean and it smelled good. All toiletries were well stocked, the fridge and microwave worked and there was no outside noise to disturb one's sleep. My only complaint is the blatant discrimination against smokers. There were signs everywhere saying […] "No Smoking within 50 feet". Did I carry a tape measure???? I think smoking laws are way out of line. 더 보기

The pool was extremely small and the fitness center consisted of 2 pieces of equipment, but the staff was friendly and I felt safe. Breakfast was OK, bed was a little hard for what I like, but in all the stay was fine.

It had several amenities that onw would not expect at the price. It was clean and well maintained and I would definitely stay there again.

It was definitely the best place for us and our family for our family reunion.. Loved having adjoining rooms, service was awesome, hot breakfasts really good...Great having refrigerator and microwave... loved the pool as our grandchildren swam- it was just right for them ..3ft one end 4 ft other end.. Our stay was very nice. Rooms were clean and very affordable. I would recommend this one to others.

Large room w/lots of ammenities. Good continental breakfast.

The hotel was very comfortable and very reasonably priced. The continential breakfast was a plus as we were able to get on to the road to home sooner.

The hotel is a little older and could use some freshening up cosmetically. The pool was small but nice and warm. The beds were comfy.

Every thing was great except the lack of hot water on the last day of our stay. The service was great.

A good inexpensive hotel. It is not the Hilton or Marriott, but it is not that price. The neighborhood is a little iffy.

The price and location was good. However, do not stay here if you want a decent breakfast. Every morning the trash was overflowing, food was not replenished, and the area was a complete mess. Also the maid service was not very efficient - they never replaced the drinking cups the entire week.

We stayed here for four nights in a double queen bed room. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed the continental breakfast and made use of the pool and fitness room. Overall the hotel is a little bit older, and we found there was a bad smell (much like a cat had peed on the carpet) in the hallway near our room. The room itself was […] clean and comfortable. The hotel is nicely located near Tulsa and near 71st street which has many places to shop and eat. There were several other people staying at the hotel throughout our stay (Wed-Sun). We did recieve a discount through Hotels.com, and for the price we paid, we were quite happy with this hotel. Would definitely consider staying here again if we went back to Tulsa. 더 보기

The staff at the hotel was wonderful. They spoke to you every time you came in. They were helpful giving directions. The room and hallways seemed run down. Dents and paint scratches on the walls and doors. The walls seemed dirty in the room. It wasn't bad or dirty, just outdated and not keep up. Nothing to write home about here. Indoor pool was warm, at least. Adjoining rooms not suited for larger families. Breakfast adequate, but a Best Western we stayed at the night before in Edmond, OK was far better.

The room was actually pretty clean. Looked a little worn in some areas. But the smoky or musty smell in the hallway ruined everything good for me.

Other than the loud annoying girls that rented a room right next to mine I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

The hotel was simple, but clean. We did have a little water on the carpet near the air conditioner. Didn't bother us but one of the reasons I ranked where I did. I would recommend as a good, basic hotel.

Warm cookies greeted us... but the room was under construction.. so we were quickly given another room. The restaurant right across the road was great food. The rooms and hallways are rather older, but the bed was comfortable. Our stay was very pleasant. There is a resteraunt across the street that is just great. The food is very good, home style cooking, and very reasonable in price. The staff were friendly. Just off the highway.

Very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. The only complaint was the broken juice machine for the continental breakfast. Would stay again!
