생각보다 합리적인 가격에 크고 넓은방과 비교적 깨끗한 환경에 적극 추천합니다. 실제로 공항 픽업에다 아침의 간단한 식사에다 흡족한 하루를 보내고 왔습니다. 감사한다는 말 호텔측에 전하고 싶고 다음에도 다시 묵을 예정입니다.

공항과 아주 가까이 있습니다. 공항에서 무료러 픽업도 오고.. 하지만 주변에 아무것도 없습니다. 슈퍼도 찾기 힘듭니다. 그냥 새벽비행기 타야 할때 저녁늦게 호텔에 들어가서 쉬기엔 딱인듯.. 일찍호텔에 가면 할것도 없고 주변에 식당도 없어서 밥도 호텔 레스토랑에서만 먹어야 합니다. 24시간 무료 셔틀이 운행하니 그게 장점인듯 싶습니다.

This is real value for money. The rooms are dated but clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly and efficient. Airport transfers are quick and reliable. Would definitely recommend.

We arrived at 1am after a flight back from overseas so this was just a quick stopover for a few hours sleep before we drove 8 hours home. The check-in was lovely and efficient (considering what time it was) and the rooms were tidy and comfortable. We had a family unit as we had 6 people with us so we got two adjourning rooms with a door in between, […] which worked well for us. The showers were modern and really nice. The free continental breakfast the next day was just what we needed before a big day of travelling. Its not 5star but if you just want comfort and somewhere nice (and cheap) to stay close to the airport this is the place. Only downside is probably the neighborhood as we noticed we were being watched by some dodgy-looking kids when we were unpacking our car at 1am so we didnt feel safe leaving our car in the parking lot but nothing happened - just remember to take all your possessions inside with you! 더 보기

A tidy hotel, with good value for money for a family. Made it easy to have free basic breakfast (cornies & Toast) with juice / tea / coffee. Kids enjoyed their stay, apart from when the ants found their lollie bag!!! haha

My two day stay at the Kiwi Hotel exceeded all my expectations. Comfort, facilities and service provided by the staff was excellent and I would definitely stay there again.

Hotel was clean and modern looking. We tried to check in an hour early because we just got in from a 10 hour flight. The hotel said that we had to wait until 2 pm to check-in. Good value if you are only staying a night by the airport. But font expect a goin breakfast. Thirty "buffet" which is included free consists of a slice of toast or a bowl of cornflakes.

Because of the price and the location, near the airport avec a free shutlle, this hotel is fine for one night between two flights.

For the price this hotel is a good buy. Not the friendliest hotel staff but oh well.

Stay if all you need is a bed for the night before an early morning flight. Otherwise its too far away from the city, cost NZD40 one way to the city by a taxi or NZD18 pp on a bus!

It was quite good. Less than 10minutes away from Airport. But not convenient to get to downtown because there was no bus-stop nearby this hotel. The chief took me to downtown by his own car for NZD 80(return), I don't know whether it is expensive or not. Anyway the man who is from India was so kind. He said that his name is Hoshy. I left my iPhone charger in the room when checked out and came back after few days,, but was told that nothing was found in the room,,,,, gone,,,,to where??? housekeeping??? cheap and old motel.. You get what u pay for,,

Nice room, newly decorated and really friendly and quick service. Weren't expecting much for the very low rate we got - but this hotel is clean, transfers were quick and easy and restaurant, although basic, was perfectly nice. Breakfast hours weren't great for an airport hotel (7-10) which meant we missed breakfast...

If you want an airport location for your stay in Auckland, the Kiwi Hotel offers clean, comfortable rooms at an attractive price. You'll also enjoy friendly service and a nice continental breakfast. The restaurant also has a TV lounge and a good selection of affordable meals. A bargain price and for a basic bed and breakfast provided you are not too fussy about hygiene - fine! Our room generally was clean BUT the shower was disgusting - filthy grout and generally grimy. The windows in the rooms would be a health and safety nightmare if you had children with you - full length, opening outwards and easily big enough to fall […] out of! Lastly, it was a cold evening and the bed covers were thin - one sheet and one thin eiderdown. I looked for a spare and found another in the cupboard. It was filthy ... it looked as though someone had been sick all over it, dropped their dinner on it and other unmentionables ... and it stank! Needless to say, I didn't put it on the bed! The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the TV was good, and breakfast allright. Free shuttle service to airport. And the price very reasonable. What else do you want from an airport hotel? Overall very good.

Let's not kid ourselves..this isn't the Ritz, but it is exceptional value. If you have an early flight or need to stay by the airport, you can't go wrong with this hotel. Cheaper than some hostels in NZ.

We were happy for the price clean and pick up from airport. A bit far out off Auckland approx $40 taxi or bus across road $ 6 right into Auckland. Bed to soft for our likings. We would stay again.

The first room offered to us was good except that the door handle and lock was loose and once we were inside we could not open the door and had to ring reception for help. They tried to fix the door while we were in the room and only whey they failed to fix it that we were given another room. Not too bad, close to airport, free airport shuttle, cheap rates were why we stayed there, and they delivered on all that. Not as tidy and pretty as holiday inn, but is close and less than half the price. not much in the area, but hotel restaurant and bar are reasonably priced for decent food.

Not clean - vacuum cleaning only around furniture, not enough blankets, and hotel in need of maintenance. Restaurant said Fresh fish - freshly crumbed - it was quiet obvious that it was out of a box.

The location is good for those who have an early flight to catch, like us. It's only 10-min drive from the motel to the international airport. Nevertheless, the staff were not very friendly and helpful. We (the 2 weak ladies) had to carry our big luggage up to second floor ourselves. They only look at us struggle, no assistance offered. Room was alright. […] One good thing is the room rate is including breakfast, which is very rare in New Zealand. Anyways, with such low rate, you can't expect too much from them. 더 보기

A very convenient hotel to the Airport. Very helpful front desk Man. Car parking alongside Hotel. I would stay there again.

Great shuttle with luggage trailer, you will load your own bags, No elevator, will carry bags up large flight of stairs. Basic breakfast (toast) but decent room and great low price.

Was very filthy rooms were not cleaned at all found a bugs on first day which was still there the day after looked like the house maid did not clean the room just cleaned the bed and laid new towels. The bathroom was disgusting and when asked for another room we were shown an even worse room. Over all felt let down and wouldn't AT ALL recommend it to […] anyone, the place needs a upgrade and also the staff need to work on their customer service skills and also needs NEW maids! and not enough parking. hotel is ideally placed for a transit stop over and the free shuttle bus is the only redeeming quality!!!!! dirty, shoddy, tired, run down - needs a complete make over!!!!

Well im not a up market person by any mean but my room smell funny the hall way to the room need a good paint my room could have done some cutnen so no one could look in.so overall need a good paint up and some good on cleaning

The saying you get what you pay for is true, We got a bargain price and the room was clean and tidy. Although the bathroom was old and the hallway smelt. We wanted somewhere close to the airport and planned to spend most of the time in bed so it was fine.

I found that the reception desk on the day of arrival, weren't very clear with instructions to us.

It's cheap and convient for us catching up our flight. Good for buget travelers.

My experience at this hotel was not a fond one. After I checked in, a process that went quickly and smoothly, I proceeded to my room. I should have noticed by the paint peeling and cracks in the walls and the hallways that that I would have a special evening in store. Entering my room I found not only more paint peeling but there were cigarette burns […] on the counter (in this non-smoking room) and stains on the rugs. Knowing that I had prepaid for the night all I could do was resign my self to what fate had in store for me. First I sat down on the mattress and awarded it runner up to the “World’s Most Lumpiest Mattress”(First place went to a tea house on a track in Nepal with the nearest village 40 km away). I took off the mattress cover to see if there were actually springs sticking out to discover a dark stain that covered half of the mattress. I called the front desk to see if I could change rooms but was told there were no other rooms available. While they were on the phone I requested a ride to the airport in the morning, but was informed that the shuttle then was fully booked. One would think notifying the front desk 12 hours prior to my requiring transportation would be enough advance notice but it wasn't. My only option would be to go an hour earlier or an hour later. An extra hour at the airport - how quaint. I might have gotten more sleep except the guests in the adjacent room thought the best way to deal with their situation was to drink past midnight. Perfectly acceptable if the walls weren’t so thin and I could hear every soft, romantic nuance uttered. If you want something that makes flying for 10 hours in coach fun then try this. The room was comfortable and clean. There was no elevator, so getting the luggage up to the second level was tough. The parking was limited by the front of the hotel. We had to park at the other hotel that was part of this hotel complex, so it was very inconvenient to unload and load luggage. We ate dinner at the hotel and it was good. I spent a night there in this hotel. To my surprise, I got a free upgrade from 1 room to 2 room. Both rooms have a single and a double beds. The rooms are comfortable despite it being old as seen from the bathroom. We took some time to figure out how to off the room light by removing the key from the holder. But who cares when my travel mates were going to have an early lunch in airport prior to catching the flight. Car rental is just next door. So it is easy to make a decision for rental. There are also shuttle services to airport. Arrangement to city can be made at the counter. It was a regret to travel to city by car. The traffic condition in Auckland are really on par with major cities in Southeast Asia. Overall, it is good place to put on a night for airport transfer or traveling to surrounding region. 더 보기
