Bed hard as a rock. Didn't sleep well. But was best customer service I had anywhere.

Overall - an average Hampton Inn. I've been to better. The breakfast was the worst stocked of any Hampton I've been too. It was not crowded and they were out of muffins and sweet rolls by 9:30 a.m.

Excellent service on arrival, helpful staff. Near to shopping malls and just 20 minutes from Busch gardens

Stayed here for the Jimmy Buffett concert. Good close location. The bed didn't seem nearly as comfortable as other Hampton Inns we've stayed at, but was still comfortable enough. Nice front desk staff and good breakfast.

We stayed here one night after visiting friends and before heading our way next morning to Legoland which is about 45 minutes away and the traffic on a weekend was perfect to Legoland. Hotel was clean and had no problems whatsoever and the price was $60 less than the same hotel in Legoland.

Was very difficult to find. The signage for was not easily seen and we had a difficult time getting there. We ended up around the block a couple of times. Our rooms were located on the same hallway but not next to each other. My room was right next to the ice machine. And our upstairs neighbors were having a dispute about something. Very nice hotel at a very reasonable price. Room was newly remodeled with granite countertop in bathroom and flat screen TV. Room was very clean, and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Everything was great! The only thing that I could have done without was the smell of cigarettes throughout the whole floor I was staying on. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Very clean, comfortable room, similar to higher priced hotels. Excellent breakfast buffet, personnel super friendly and ready to help.

I know this is not a new hotel, but he rooms were nicely updated and felt like a more expensive hotel. The breakfast was fine and the staff were very nice. My only complaint was that the hallway (3rd floor) smelled like smoke, but inside our non-smoking room smelled fine.

Everything about this hotel is top notch, except the exit. Coming from I-75 was easy, but exiting (left) back toward I-75 can be very tricky during heavy traffic. Best to go right and find a turn-around or take a left turn to get turned around. I had a ground floor room near the entrance and never heard any noise. Nice hotel in a nice area with plenty of shopping and food nearby. Close to IKEA and and the sites.

Hotel is great for cleanliness, room decoration, breakfast buffet. However, beds are like bricks. Hampton Inns are supposed to have pillow top beds, but this one does not. If you hate to sleep on boards, then this is not the hotel you want to stay at.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. My fiance' and his parents' room was ready, but mine wasn't. I didn't get upset since we arrived about 7 hrs before checkin time but it only took them 30 mins to get my King room ready. The staff was very very friendly and greeted you everytime you walked by. The bathroom was huge and had an excellent shower. […] I had plenty of towels and it was very clean. Housekeeping came everyday unlike some hotels where they either don't come the whole time you're there or you have to call. The pillows were too soft but that is my only complaint. Every Hampton Inn we have stayed at is consistently well maintained and friendly. The girl who worked breakfast was fabulous! She filled my son's bottles with extra milk and was very friendly with my kids. The room was clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were nice. Coffee was delicious and always available! Big bonus in my mind!

Very quiet hotel. Nice variety for breakfast but I miss the bacon. The room was very nice and the extremely comfortable. A little hard to find, needs sign on main road.

felt like i was with family - the staff did an excellant job in making me feel at home

This Hampton was just as comfortable as any other, the bed, bedding and bathroom ammenities were the usual great quality. THe hotel itself was a little under par for most Hamptons. THe hallway outside the rooms smelled highly of cigarette smoke, even though we had a non-smoking room. Other rooms onthe floor were smoking and the people either smoked […] a lot or smoked in the hallway! Also, the carpet in our room felt damp and left our bare feet very dirty. The staff available after 4 pm was minimal, but still got us some extra clean towels. So, as we were looking for a comfortable nights sleep and knew we could count on Hampton beds for that, we were happy. Since our room ammenities were good too, we can only complain about the carpet and hallway. Still would stay there again for a short stay like this time. hotel was great only issue was the mini frig it did not keep beverage cold door did not shut very well but i think the mafor issues was that it was in a cabinet with no circulation.

One of the reasons I stay at Hampton Inn is because they have the most comfortable beds, they are like sleeping on a cloud. This location did not have these beds so I will not stay here again.

It was a good location. Close to shops and nice restaurants. The bathtub had a little mold around the edge but other than that, it was great.

this hotel was just remodeled, really nice. The only thing was we were on the third floor & it use to be the smoking floor, b/c it smells in the hall, but once your in your room it was fine. Really nice & hidden,quite.

GOOD LOCATION AND QUIET AND CLEAN.

We have stayed at this hotel more than once for business purposes. It is located around many nice places to eat, it is near several major roadways, and easy to get to.

As with all Hamptons the beds slept wonderful. The breakfasts were not up to par with the other Hamptons weve stayed at. Most of the staff was great but the help didnt speak english. Overall it as about a 6 when compared with the other Hamptons weve stayed at all over the U S which I would rate as 8-9s. Excellent hotel, tucked away (so it's quiet when you sleep) - but, it is close to many restaurants :-)

It was in a different location considering most other Hampton's. The hotel was having some work done on some of the rooms, so there was construction stuff around. The front desk clerk was not to attentive to our needs. We asked they replace a burnt out light in bathroom and it never got done. Floor we stayed on was being renovated and smelled old and moldy. Did not have to even use our door swipe card as the door just pushed open and could not be locked. Was given another room and all room doors we passed looked like they had been forced open with a crow bar. Vending/ice machines on our floor was off limits due to the rennovations - felt […] this should have been mentioned at check in. Only other vending/machines was on another floor and smelled like a 50 year old ash tray. Would never stay here again, and recommendations to others would not be favorable. 더 보기
