The hotel itself was great. My only problem was its location. On hotels.com it said it was close to Ft. Campbell, but it is actually about 30 to 40 minutes away. Other than that, it was a pleasant place to stay.

Overall it was a pretty good place to stay. The room was a little pricey though especially with how old the room looked. Another thing they could work on is better customer service. Asking a customer to take time to fill out a rewards card application when they're checking in at 12:00AM? That was basically my only major complaint. It was a decent place, we had no complaints at all. Really liked the jet tub a lot! Front desk was friendly!

The hotel was excellent; The closeness of restaurants left a lot to be desired. If hungry, you have to drive back to exit 4 to find a good restaurant . That's about the only thing I didn't care for.

We came down for the Christmas weekend and totally enjoyed our stay. Everyone on staff was courteous and always smiling. We ate breakfast every morning and everything tasted great. Hotel was great, but breakfast a big disappointment. Coffee and food ran out. Go out to eat but not there.

the hotel is top notch , a step above the rest, employees, are very courteous, thanks for the visit,

A/C unit was a little too small for the room, it never quite got the room cool enough. The elevator was around 150 degrees very uncomfortable. Internet was very slow and disconnected a lot. the crew was very friendly. It was a decent hotel

the unit along with general maintenance appear to be somewhat run-down people working there are friendly and helpful though

The Holiday Inn in Clarksville, TN was ready for us when we checked in. The room was clean and updated. The beds were very comfortable. We cannot find anything to complain about! Kudos to this hotel!

Enjoyed the ease of finding this hotel; just off the interstate and next to a McDonald's. Warm welcome and friendly staff here ~ cookies in the breakfast area when we arrived late that evening. Room adequate, large bathroom and granite walls around tub. Air-conditioner ran off and on...wish it would just RUN and keep cooling at the right temp instead. […] Oh well... I would recommend it to a friend overall. Loved the nice lady who was taking care of breakfast ~ she was so friendly and nice. Gave us extra bags to take fresh fruit and yogurt along for our travels. 더 보기

Clean, comfortable, very friendly staff, good selection at breakfast

Overall, the hotel was very clean, well kept, the staff was friendly and helpful, the complimentary breakfast was nice for early morning travelers. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom looked newly remodeled and was large enough for 2 people to get ready at the same time. The sink and mirror was inside the bathroom with the toilet and tub/shower. […] It was a very quiet hotel when we were there, and that was a Sunday night. The location is great--about 1/4 mile from I-24. I thought it was a little bit pricey for what we got, but the other hotels in the area were comparable in price.
