very clean and nice hotel. One of the best in the greensboro area and not too far from restaurants

I was in Room 506 on new years eve and the outlets behind the couch has loose wires on outlets both the lamps would not stay on, when moving power cords the lights would come on but wires are not connected properly and could led to shorts or start a fire

This was our first time visiting Greensboro, NC and our stay at the Embassy Suites really made our stay enjoyable.

The hotel was in a great area close to restaraunts and shopping, but it could use some work. Most of the outlets were not working and the bathroom/shower could use some updating of the tile and so on .............

Will definitely be staying again. The staff were all courteous, polite, and helpful. The room was magnificent. The happy hour and breakfast was extremely good. Absolutely no complaints. This hotel is model of the way a hotel experience should be.

room was fine, restaurant and bar and a work out room. near airport with a free shuttle, it was just what I needed.

The Embassy Suites was very convenient to the PTI airport and a decent distance away from downtown Greensboro. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff was very accommodating.

In many respects, hotel lived up to what is expected of an Embassy Suites. Only disappointing aspect was that the hotel cannot seem to find the kind of entertainment/TV service it wants. Available channels never matched the guide. Who ever heard of not being able to watch normal broadcast NBC, CBS, ABC, but had there weird digital channels as the equivalent […] that only gave you endless boring news (like CNN) or stock market analysis. If you ignore stocks and news, then there were at least 6 differnt sports channels, several cartoon channels. Some channels, like FOX (news only) broadcasted the same show over channels that were to be designated as NBC (I am certain that NBC liked having its programming pre-empted by FOX News all day long). If all your into is the stock market, news, sports and cartoons for your evening diversion after a long day, then this hotel can deliver. If you looking for something more "normal", I guess other hotel chains can deliver better evening entertainment/viewing options. 더 보기

There was no cable (out for the day) and you pay for Internet. The nightly cocktail hour was reduced to Gold fish and frozen veggies and after the Lacrosse team trashed the snack area there was nothing left to the adults. There is no water pressure and the pool was so filthy that they shut it down and drained it. Take a shower outside in the rain and […] you get better water pressure. Otherwise the Breakfast Bar was awesome. I stay at Embassy frequently and this one needs a tune up in management! We went next door to the Homewood Suites for the second night. Better value! 더 보기

The staff was polite and helpful throughout the stay. The bartender at the meet and greet was friendly. The restaurant manager introduced himself to everyone. The manager on duty at the desk was eager to assist with sending a package for me when we checked out. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great just need more free cocktail st happy hour and lower the prices at the bar

The hotel was great . Staff was very friendly and nice. The room was in excellent condition. The only bad thing was the water temperature in the swimming pool. It was not warm/hot enough plus the jacuzzi was out of service and the people at the front desk did not know when it would be ready to use. Awesome customer service, the room was more than I could ask for, spacious, with a separate living room, and the complimentary happy hour, made to order omelet bar, and the breakfast buffet were all phenomenal. Such a great value and hidden gem for the price!

I have stayed the Embassy Suites several times. It was my first time staying in Greensboro NC. It was the weekend before Valentines Day. It was great!! From the dinner that we had at the hotel... to the room. We did really enjoy our stay. I can't wait to go again!

There is one thing about Embassy Suites- you know what you are getting. The atrium of the hotel is filled with lush foliage and water features. The breakfasts are freshly prepared and excellent. The evening reception is pleasant. The restaurant is good quality. This time for the first time ever staying at Embassy Suites we did not get a suite which […] to me means a bedroom and separate adjoining lounge. It did not matter as we did not have any of our children with us. It is located near the airport and I 40. A pleasant hotel with those extra touches which make it a memorable stay. 더 보기

Stayed at the embassy suites for a wedding and got the corner king suite which was huge and perfectly equipped. Not too much in the immediate area, but it was near where we needed to be and right by the airport.

For the most part, staying at Embassy Suites was a pleasant experience. We managed to get a corner suite which was suitable for a family of 5, including an infant. The hotel also managed to have a crib available for our baby, which was a plus. The breakfast was delicious, particularly items from the grill. Perhaps my only gripe about Embassy Suites […] is what I consider their poor cable/satellite channel selections. There were probably only 30 channels to choose from (no premium movie stations or local channels...mainly news and sports...not a lot of variety). Maybe the idea is not to stay in your room all day flipping through channels. Nevertheless, still a decent hotel. 더 보기

My family continues to be impressed with our stay at the Embassy Suites. The hotel was very clean and the free breakfast was delicious. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

This is our second visit to this hotel and again we were pleased. The hotel is quiet, with a pool, good parking, and a great breakfast. It is right off of I-40 with several fast food places near by.

Even though the hotel is very near the airport, it is also very conveniently situated near major highways, such as I40 and SR68. We were able to attend a family wedding and visit friends, all within a 15 minute drive of the hotel.

My comments are not directed towards the quality of the hotel because they exceeded by expectations. However, my wife and I had to call the front desk at 1:00 a.m. because of the yelling and door slamming by a Christmas Party in their convention room or by young adults (sounded like they were drinking) staying at the hotel. The noise finally stopped […] at 1:30 a.m., but by that time it was difficult to go back to sleep. I reported the incident to the front desk when we departed, but that person (although nice)just said we are sorry. I was really surprised that a quality company like an Embassy Suites would allow this noise to distrub other guests. Anyway, the buffet breakfast was first class along with convenience of the location. I would like to potentially stay again, but would require a guarantee by management this would not occur again. 더 보기

While the room was nice and spacious, during the second night of our stay, a roach did crawl across the top of the television. My boyfriend called down and they sent someone to pick it up in a napkin. We asked to change rooms and there was only an apology. They did not go above and beyond to correct the situation. I was pretty disappointed.

Really annoyed to find that internet was $10 per day. Just feels like chain being greedy. At least offer free ethernet connections in the rooms. Considering so many other choices out there with free internet I wouldn't stay there again if I could help it. Breakfast is fabulous though. Omlets, eggs and waffles made to order. Tons of fresh fruit, potatoes, […] bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Missed cocktail hour maybe that would have taken edge off anger over internet. 더 보기

Everything about this hotel was first class. The staff, the condition of the hotel, the location, the room, the breakfast and the price. We will stay here again if in Greensboro without a doubt.

Have stayed there 7 or 8 times and have never been disappointed.

I loved the suite. The free drink on the evening of my arrival was an extra treat! Breakfast the next morning was also very good!
