The shower was absolutely a mess. There was hair and shampoo scattered throught it.

Located just off of I-90. Very little road noise. Staff here are friendly. Clean, spacious rooms. What I had really liked is that there was no bathtub, but a very nice walk in shower that isn't cramped. Have driven by some of the other hotels, and glad that I had chosen this one. The continental breakfast is typical. Will probably stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff was friendly and room was very clean and nice. Was easy to find off the interstate. There were food and shopping options available close by. I was comfortable with my stay and would gladly stay again when making my next trip through Billings!

My number one choice for hotels in Billings Montana. Rates,location, service are great.

Room was fine and clean. Breakfast was bad. We got there early so things were just getting going but I tried to make a waffle and the dispenser did not work. Coffee tasted bad. Donuts were hard. We gave up and ate somewhere else.

Clean, easy to access from the highway, but we didn't notice any road noise. Staff helpfully answered our questions about our tricky parking situation, and check-out was quick and easy. Exactly what we wanted from a hotel. We would gladly stay there again when passing through.

The hotel staff was very nice and friendly, but the quality of our stay was substandard. One member of our party changed rooms 3 times due to mechanical problems and our room was right next to the kitchen. We were awaken before 5 in the morning. I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel was just ok. The comforters on the beds defnitely need to be replaced. A very loud 15-30 second noise would accompany each toliet flush . . . very annoying when using the toilet in the middle of the night. Oh yeah, you could also hear this same noise when other adjoining rooms flushed their toilets. Mold was obviously noticeable along the […] base of the shower glass door frame and the shower on/off was not very efficient. I had to tug the off lever several times before getting the dripping water to completely shut off. I accidentally removed the sinck stopper and found it loaded with muck, dirt, and guck. Yuke! Really nasty. My stay was for 12 days and thus I end up having to use the washer and dryer. Hotel was not able to accomodate me with the required coins (change). Had to go out to get change and ask another worker to purchase clothes detergent from another hotel (Residence Inn) who sold the detergent in small quantities for $1.00. Instead of having to purchase detergent for 30 loads at $5-$6. I also end up having to use the in-house computer which was way outdated and most of the lettering on the key srikes had faded. Definitely would not recommend this hotel if you are in the Billings, Montana area. 더 보기

Our AC didnt work and we had MOLD in our bathroom.. The manager was not on duty and the next day was told sorry nothing we can do about it

pros.... bed comfortable, internet fast, tv good. cons... breakfast was meager, and when they say it ends at 9am. they mean 9am on the dot.. 24hr coffee was left over and never replenished. lukewarm. they charged $3.00 to fax 2 papers. staff was unconcerned and seemed bored most of the time. charged to print from the business center. Hotel staff was very helpful. Room was clean, comfortable and great for a 1 or 2 night stay. It is close to some fast food places and 5-10 minute drive you at all the major shopping or eating places. Breakfast was simple yet good, including waffles.

This place is the most overpriced motel in my stays. The motel was the only place in town with rooms available so I was forced to stay there. Never again.
