The hotel had a great breakfast that we paid extra from, worth the cost. Staff was very helpful and friendly, would stay again. Was a little disappointed that are room didn't have a refrigerator as advertised.

This hotel was very nice. The breakfast that was included with our upgraded purchase was amazing! The bed was super comfortable. After a long 13 hour day it was nice to sleep so well. It was very clean and you couldn't hear noise from the halls. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

unfortunately the hotel do not have water for a period of 4 hours for water conservation just the time of my arrival and leaving for the reason I came for visit. Can not use the bathroom and sure cannot freshen up. Do not forget that do not get a third party reservation because it is not workable for changed and the fine or fee is bad enough. Our trip was booked at the last minute and we were worried about getting what we had reserved due to a large event in the area and availability issues. Clean, VERY friendly. Perfect for our stay. Would stay there again. We didn't mind the small bathroom that others complained about.

I paid so much for two rooms for two nights... and they still charged me.

The room has an odor that smells like sweat. The bathroom sink is plugged; water drains extremely slow. You will need to wait a very long time for it to drain. The overflow valve didn't help. If the faucet is turned on and left unattended for whatever reason, the water will eventually flow over onto the counter and spill onto the floor. I have tested […] and took some pictures. 'had a great experience with this hotel for many reasons. But using Hotels.com required that my reservation go through Expedia and then to the hotel. So I could not make any changes after that - like the need to change the room charges from the credit card number used to make the reservation to the credit card numbers of my fellow business traveler […] s. 더 보기

The hotel was helpful in directions to the Rose Bowl Parade, we had a great time. Our room was clean and comfortable. We did not try the resturant but sat at the bar and had good conversation with other Badger fans.

Hotel near great restaurants to walk to. Farther from the Rose Bowl Parade than I would have liked. Everyone helpful at hotel and free parking with good breakfast buffet.

Bar closed at 11pm on New Year's Eve - Four people in our room and we had to ask twice the first night for more towels and didn't bother to ask the second night - just made do - expected more at the price we paid

We were very busy in the Pasadena area of LA. The hotel was a little drive (10 miles) away but we saved a lot of money and avoided a lot of traffic.The room was clean and quiet and everyone at the hotel was great. The food was good and not to expensive. We had a great trip.

Bed is not very comfortable, rooms and hotel are nice

Courtyard Marriott Baldwin Park is always a great place to stay. Its conveniently located just outside Los Angeles. I've stayed there many times. The room was big and comfortable and quiet. Bar downstairs is great and so is the mornin buffett.

The staff was excellant and very accomadating, the Hote lwas very clean. We needed directions to our event and directions were printed and waiting for us. We had an excellant stay.

Really good value for the money if you have a car. Beyond all expectations.

While this hotel was not in the best neighborhood it was convenient to the hwy. Room service food not great. Better places to eat close by.

I selected this hotel because it was easy to locate and the drive from the hotel to the work spot was not too long. For business is was a good spot. I would have no reason to ever go here again except for business.

When I reserved I paid for three people but when I was checking, they only offered breakfast for two, later I received a room for two people and when I came to the front desk, the person didn't give us the other ticket for breakfast and I needed to paid for additional person. Is crazy, if I paid for 3 !!!!!

Only 20 min away from down town LA

Seems very new and clean. Close to McDonald's, Panda Express, and Subway, as well as a handful of sit-down restaurants. Also very near the interstate. Overall, a pretty nice hotel for a few nights.

I think the breakfast was very expensive, I like a continental breakfast. The room was nice and the elevator was very fast. Price was good.

Staff (front desk, restaurant, house keeping etc.), very, very pleasant, polite and doing their job well. I had business meeting in the area which I could also have done closer to LAX airport. Only drawback, for me, is the distance to the airport with the corresponding high cab ride - close to $100. Otherwise: 100% recommended.

This hotel is a little tricky to get to from the freeway, due to the location behind a shopping/ dining center and Home Depot. We had 2 rooms, one was ok, the other had a mix-up with the reservation, we had to change rooms right off and the new room was correct, (handicap shower), but there was no water pressure at all, just a trickle at the sink and […] a little more at the shower. 더 보기

Hotel was very well kept, staff was friendly, although we had no special requests. The beds were a little hard for our tastes, over all, it was a very nice experience.

I travel quite often and always shoot for 3 stars or better. This hotel was clean, nice, and in walking distrance to a few resturants, etc. I would stay again.

The hotel was nice. Pleasant people at the check in desk. The pool and hot tub were great. Free coffee in the lobby in the morning and easy checkout.

I will never stay at this hotel again! I can not belive they would have rude people working at the front desk.
