Our room was a bit small but we were offered a bigger room on request.The pillows were very soft and extra ones did not help.the bathroom lacked spare toilet rolls and tissues.TV was old. Our room was clean and the staff that we had any contact with were helpful. Breakfast was quite a good buffet but coffee left on the table was cold it should be served […] fresh although it was replaced when requested. The Regina needs some TLC. We found the tariff we paid was a bit high for the level of amenities at the Regina.We stayed at the Regina 21 years ago and not a lot seems to have changed. 더 보기

This hotel has a very nice breakfast bar and is located close to the University district of Vienna, literally next door to the Votiv Church and nearby Freud's house. The rooms vary from rather small to suites, we happen to have a 3 person room with a nice bath and two chambers with high ceilings. I have never stayed in such a bad serviced Hotel, we were 3 and they put us in a small room which was a single room,, then changed the room and gave us a bit Bigger room but then we discovered that that's an Smoking room and the the window was looking into the Hotels Kitches and heating Facilities which we could hardly breathe... asked for a better […] room,, not available,., we are leaving OUT... i wonder how this Hotel Keeps the 4Start. !!! 더 보기

Excellent hospitality. Cordial staffs. Strategically located near Altes AKH. It is known to most of the Vienna residents as it is one of the oldest hotels there. Thanks to 'hotel.com' the hotel tariff was fitting with my budget. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay over there.

Its a wonderful old style hotel with a great surronding. The ambience and hospitality is good. Breakfast hall gives a nice view outside as you enjoy the delicacies. Its pleasure staying at the hotel.

The hotel is a bit past its prime. Although the building is nice and quite old, the furnishings are a bit shabby. However, the staff are quite helpful and even changed my room after I called down to say it was just too small for two people. The smoking floors are a bit overwhelming though, so if you are not a fan of cigarette smoke stay far away from […] those areas. The breakfast is quite good, with a few hot dishes as well as your standard bread, cheese and yoghurts. We were there for about 7 hours total and loved the hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect and the restuarant was delious.

without a doubt I would stay at this hotel again. is it a modern hotel? no, but who wants modern when you can stay in a hotel with character but have modern convienience. (i.e wireless internet , tv and refrigerator in your room). the rooms look to have been recently renovated and have appropriate period furniture that fits nicely into the overall atmosphere […] of the hotel. the rooms are a bit small but who needs a lot of size when you spend most of the day and night visiting the sights of the city. the room and bathroom were very clean and in great repair. the buffet breakfast was wonderful, a real bountiful hot and cold buffet. the location is not exaggerated as it is actually less than a five minute walk to the metro station, maybe even a 2 minute walk. it is actually in walking distance to the center of the inner city. it is right on the ring next to the most beatiful Votiv Church which I think may actually be my favorite in Vienna. we also were allowed to check in early as one of our rooms was available. the staff was very helpful and nice. planning on visiting Vienna in the spring again and will definitely check to see if the Hotel Regina has rooms available. 더 보기

Great location, germanic cleanliness. TVis quite small but large selection of channels. Breakfast included, amazing variety of austrian pastries, breads , prociuto , eggs & breakfast meats. A little old, but who cares, its a clean, very nice & ideally located in downtown Vienna, walking distance of historical landmarks such as the Imperial palace, right […] in front of the cathedral. The Hotel is placed vis-vis Votivkirche, I had a room with view to the church and the square, just wonderfull. But the rooms need to be renovated (old furnitures, no desk, small rooms), and every day there was a loud ventilator-sound frem the bathroom. The hotel is of the older variety but quite comfortable. The rooms are nice and kept pretty clean. The breakfast is outstanding and of high quality. The Regina Hotel has seen better days. Although the room was clean and the staff were very kind and helpful, the place is in dire need of redecoration. The lobby and hallways were very dated with old, old, old carpeting and furniture (and not in a classic way). This hotel really was a dream. From the moment we stepped in, we were immediately welcomed by the staff, even though they knew we were only staying for a night. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a non-smoking room. Since there is no air conditioning, we had to have the windows open. Unfortunately, we had to smell smoke all night long due to others smoking on the floors beneath us.

Excelent hotel,centrally located with acces to the most transportation means(tram,metro,bus etc.).Good restaurant and the breafast based on buffet is impecable.Good service and maintenance.Service of personal is vety good and friendly.Next time in Vienna, only at Regina HOTEL

We had a reservation for 2 nights for 3 adults and 1 child (18). When we arrived we had one small bed in a tiny, hot room and certainly not enough room for 4. They put two people up in another room. The bed was small and hard and the room was so tiny we could hardly move around. We moved to another hotel the next morning. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Zimmer in Ordnung, das Frühstücksbuffet ebenso. Leider merkt man dem Hotel an, dass es sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist und die eine oder andere Renovation dringend nötig hätte...

Gutes Hotel und Personal die Preise ein bischen überhöt für den zustand und Ausstatung...

どこに出かけるのにもとても便利なところにあります。 シュテファン寺院、ショッピングや有名なカフェ、国立歌劇場にのんびり歩いて15～20分で行かれるし地下鉄、路面電車、バスもすぐに乗れるのはすばらしい！ 朝食は一般的なウィーンのホテルのメニューですがたいへんおいしく満足でした。 部屋のドアにチェーンがなくなんとなく落ち着かなかったし、起こさないでください　の札がなく寝ていたい時にメイドさんが何度も訪ねて来て疲れてしまいました。　あと掛け布団が重かったのがなんとも・・・・

et hyggelig gammeldags hotell m god frokost og flink resepsjon. Synes at gulvtepper i hotellet virket litt urene og kunne vært mer støvsuget i området ved resepsjon og ved inngangsparti. Det første jeg la merke til. Litt trist med alle store "blomster"oppsatser i plast. Konklusjon: Vil likevel gjerne bo dere neste gang

Charme de la vieille Autriche: à proximité immédiate du centre historique, grand hall avec copies de tableaux de maître et décors 1900, chambre un peu démodée mais immense et avec plafond haut. Service professionnel et affable.

先日、母と4泊しましたが、隣には素敵な教会がありお部屋も天井が高く清潔でとても快適でした。 とにかくどこへ行くにも交通の便がよいのもお勧めです。 建物に歴史を感じますが、そこがまたレトロでよかったです。シャワーもよく出て、お湯もちゃんと温かかったです。 あえて言うなら、朝食にもうちょっとバリエーションがあってもよかったかもしれません。 手ごろな価格を考えると、全体的にとっても満足です！

Sehr gut! Einzelzimmer war sehr gross und sehr konfortabel, sauber. Netter Service, auch kostenloser Internetzugang. Hotel liegt gut zentral, mit Anschluss an Trams. Empfehlenswert und ausserdem preiswert!

Отель Regina в Вене очень понравился, находится недалеко от исторического центра, рядом остановка трамвая и метро, пешком можно дойти до большинства достопримечательностей, персонал отеля приветливый, завтраки отличные

L'ubicazione dell'hotel permette di visitare il centro a piedi,ogni luogo d'interesse è facilmente raggiungibile.Il quartiere in cui sorge è meraviglioso e ben servito dai mezzi pubblici.Posto appena accanto alla cattedrale gode della vista di un' immensa piazza verdeggiante che ne mantiene la riservatezza.Lo stabile ospitante l'hotel appartiene all'architettura […] dell'800' e ne detiene ancora il fascino e l'eleganza.L'interno dell'Hotel è decisamente da ristrutturare,l'usura del tempo è leggibile,anche le camere un tempo lussuose ne hanno risentito.Il letto e i cuscini sono particolarmente scomodi.Il servizio è da 5 stelle come la cortesia e il rispetto per il cliente.Per chi dovesse giungere a Vienna con l'automobile come noi,ha la possibilità di parcheggiare a pochi passi dall'hotel alle tariffe locali.La colazione è abbondante.Consigliabile. 더 보기
