The room was in the middle of an active remodeling area and had just been completed so it had a strong chemical smell. Both the beds in the room were in good condition...new flat screen TV...no refrigerator in the room. Also, the room was located where the vending machine were "supposed" to be, but had been relocated due to the aforementioned renovation...no […] ice in the ice machine. The breakfast option was definitely not worth the extra money. Not only was the amount and quality of the food not worth the price, the service was inadequate. They appeared to be overstaffed for the situation but still allowed coffee and creamer to run out, did not have lists for breakfasts purchased updated and even after they confirmed we had purchased our breakfast with our reservation, we were charged for the meal a second time. This was corrected when brought to their attention, however had we not checked, we would have been over charged. Too many other available options in the area to warrant a return. 더 보기

Secluded and comfortable. Tough being on first floor due to noise of sliding glass doors and people walking by. Impressed that lifeguards were on staff even at night. the Bistro and its staff were wonderful. Front desk staff accomodating, but amazed that they couldn't give a receipt to me. Great place for families or couples though.

I had a great time at the hotel - I liked the fact there was a balcony

I stayed at the Marriott Courtyard the evenings of May 26 and 27. I was presenting at a conference in Inner Harbor the first 3 evenings of my trip, and when that ended, booked a room at the Marriott Courtyard. I found the hotel to be very nice--comfortable room, attractive espresso bar, and very friendly and helpful staff. I don't mind taking the light […] rail into Baltimore or the Mark train to DC ($6.00 one way, can't beat that), and the hotel provides shuttle to/from BWI airport where you catch the trains. I do recommend this reasonably priced hotel, and will likely stay again when I return to the Baltimore area. 더 보기

Outdated room, way over priced. Town place suites is 1/2 the cost and brand new.

My business travel takes me worldwide so business hotels rarely standout as different from one another. Yours is different! Because I could not get a reservation at my usual Hotel in Baltimore, I decdied to stay at the Marriot. Well, I am very glad I did as the complete staff was really world class. Whoever is leading them from a customer service perspective […] is one top leader. The service is just great. PS: some of the larger, more expensive hotels down the street should take lessons from the courtyard staff. Next time I am in Baltimore - I will be back. 더 보기

we checked in fairly late and was greated with an obviously unhappy clerk who's attitude was exactly what we didnt need after driving 12 hours. Our room was clean and bed was very comfortable and the accessability to the parking lot was GREAT!! We had hoped to relax in the pool but it was closed, so that was disappointing. The facilities to eat were […] clean and comfortable although the croisants were obviously a few days old, the other breakfast foods seemed fine. All in all we would probably look at a different hotel next time we are in the area. 더 보기
