The elevator closed on my husband - very dangerous! The sensor wasnt working. And then the next day there were 4 or 5 kids in the pool unsupervised by parents or hotel staff and they were playing dangerously. I took my kids out of the pool,

I liked the hotel, but for the money they should include breakfast.

Most expensive hamburger I've bought in years!

It was an exciting place to stay. Minutes off the turnpike. Plenty of shopping and restaurants close by. Great in~hotel meals. Not impressed with temperature control in room. Overall a good experience

The lobby is under construction and therefore closed. This was early December 2011. You have to walk through an outdoor courtyard to get to some of the rooms. Very inconvenient and I missed not having a nice lobby. We wouldn't have stayed there had we known.

Hotel in renovation process. Room was new, nicely appointed except for bath. Tub was clogged. Staff courteous. Pool could use upgrading, but kids enjoyed it.

Half the hotel is under renovation, other half is completed. The finished rooms are very nice & comfortable, spacious, pretty courtyard. Desk was very nice & gym is small but serviceable. It's in the middle of suburbia ... nothing around unless you have business nearby.

Dirty Linens and bathroom was not clean. Pool was not cleaned well.

For the money, it seemed a little outdated. The room was fine, but the air conditioning was not adequate for the entire room. It doesn't seem as though the hotel has been renovated for a while, so it's fine, not fabulous. For the money, I thought it could have been a bit nicer. On the other hand, they did everything the way we expected, the pool was […] fine, the staff was pleasant and the beds were comfortable. So, it's not luxurious but it does the job. My husband and I had a really enjoyable time at this hotel. It was quite, clean and very comfortable!

We visited Willow Grove for a wedding and it was suggested to stay at this Courtyard. The hotel was clean enough and the lobby looked fine. We choose not to stay at the hotel for a second night and left the area. The price was a standard Marriott price for a hotel, but not worth what we paid.

This hotel has the expected ambiance of a Marriott Courtyard. Checkin was quick, the room was comfortable and well equipped (except no frig). There were 5 pillows of various textures on each double bed. The only quibble was the towels weren't wonderful. The location for me was one of necessity. The hotel is one of only a few in a suburb of Philadelphia […] that has few. It's on a very busy highway, and although the grounds are nice, it's near gas stations, the highway and big box stores. I would recommend it highly to those who need to stay in the neighborhood, but not for a vacation. There's a pretty gazebo near the pool for those who want to hang around the hotel. 더 보기
