Hotel cost more than it was worth. Not impressive at all

Friendly personnel. Clean facilities. Plush towels, more than we would ever need.

warm water / no hot water ceiling in need of repair in room

The maintenance, cleanliness was marginal. Took 4 different rooms on check in to get a working in-room safe. Staff friendly but obviously very limited by poor staff. They did give a credit on my room for so many screw ups but only after persistent asking on my part. This location is not consistent with usual comfort inn standards. Shameless!

We stayed at this hotel to do some visiting in the Akron area. The hotel is right off the highway so getting into "the old section" of Akron took only 10 - 15 minutes. Plenty of restuarants are within walking distance. Along with the "regular" continetal breakfast, eggs, sausage and waffles were served. There was a line of about eight people waiting to check in. During that wait, they hotel ran out of key cards, which I am still baffled by. The cards brought in didn't work on my room door...until the third card was issued to me. The girl at the desk handled it well, but still three key cards and a 30 minute wait to check in?

was a very nice get a away the staff was great the room was clean and the hot tub worked great

The beds were very uncomfortable. I awoke with a major back ache. The shower water turned cold twice during the time I was in the shower. I mean ice cold for about 1o-15 seconds. The carpeting was tattered thru out the facility. I would think it is past time to renevate the facility. The Best Western up the road was even worse. The stay was nice. I wish that I was able to stay in a room with at least a queen bed but for booking the day before it was good. The pillows are very comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was a nice treat.

The hotel room smelled musty and the shower had hair all over the wall.

Although the air was not working in the hallways on the floor of our assigned room, the front desk ,upon request apologized and immediately gave us a room on another floor with an upgrade at no additional cost.

Hotel was nice. indoor pool, continental breakfast was good and maintained. Area was kept clean. Pillows were great!

The room was mostly clean - there were spider webs on the window sill. It was better than I had expected after reading all of the other reviews.

omfortable, clean hotel with good location near shopping and restaurants.

Very Friendly and helpful staff. We arrived 2 hours early and they gave us our room so we could rest. We had drove over 400 miles so we where glad.
