Ask for a room that is NOT near the pool. It was very loud.

Very friendly staff and room was clean. Beds were extremely uncomfortable and you can hear everything from the room above (people walking around and talking). Not sure we would stay again.

Although my ratings were not high nor low. The experience was jsut what was needed. Although they do need new beds, that would be my biggest complaint. The ladies working while our stay there were absolutely AWESOME!!!!! The pool was great, it was convenient for us. Clean, close to everything, staff was very helpful and would stay there again

My husband and I enjoyed the very nice pool and hot tub, and the good breakfast. I found the mattress a little hard, but the room was very nice, clean, quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it was conveniently located across from Menard's and Culver's. Good value for the cost. Would stay there again, and recommend it to friends.

We would highly recommend the Lakeview Inn and Suites in Grand Forks, The staff there were very pleasant and accomadating. The hotel was clean and well maintained.

The stay was pleasant but we could not get checked in as soon as we arrived because the internet was down and this was frustrating since we had no where else to go and we did not get compensated for this in any way. The room was great but the pool was very outdated and not very clean.

This is a very clean hotel but needs to be updated soon. There seemed to be a smell of an older hotel. We did have problems with kids conversing outside our room but management did a good job of cleaning it up.

I was immediately turned off by this hotel when I stepped onto the elevator and the stink of it nearly made me gag. Had to hold my breath everytime we rode it. It smelled like old vomit. The room was clean, no bed bugs, but needs updating badly. Paint is peeling, very old furniture, and rusting fixtures in the bathroom. Bed was not at all comfortable. The Lakeview is a very nice hotel with a comforatable room. The hotel includes FREE DVD rentals, a lovely breakfast and a large pool/hot tub area. In addition to the facility - the location (just across from Menard's and Target, etcetera) is outstanding for the shopping-minded. it was ok but the bath tub had cracks in it so I could bathe our kids, the pool area isn't kid friendly. It was really close to shopping centres which was great, and non smoking. would be fine for couple or family with older kids.

Older hotel, price was way to high for what you get.

we were travelling with 2 children under the age of 11, they enjoyed the pool also the breakfast items are nice , plenty of towels in the room and the close proximity to the shopping centre , , we will definitly stay at your motel again .

Greeting at the front desk was abrut, Don't think she liked her job to much! Room was so -so very outdated. The bathroom has rust all around the door, Shower was okay if you are under 5 feet tall! Bathroom fan was really noisy. In the morning we had no hot water for a shower. Would not stay here again.

The hotel staff was amazing with giving great directions to places that I needed to be. They were polite and helped with anything and everything that I needed. The room was much larger than I expected and was very cozy. My only complaint was that my coffee supply wasn't restocked, but that wasn't that important to me. Room was small and in an inconvenient part of the Hotel to access parking or the pool. We have stayed a number of times and have not been disappointed with previous stays. This most recent will definitely have us considering other hotels next time we visit Grand Forks

very dissappointed in rooms well as golf package offer was not allowed,even though it was advertized in front lobby as well as paper ..cost was different on phone then at hotel ..7 dollars more a night not enough toasters too many guests to all eat in breakfast area,not enough food...very dissappointed

Our room had a very foul odor, and we determined it was coming from the bar sink. The management offered to move us, but we declined as we were checking out in the morning. They did immediately come and bring some spray to mask the smell. They were unable to get their maintenance person at that point. They offered us a 20% discount on the room for […] the night. 더 보기

Hi, We have stayed at the Lakeview Suites before and it has always been very good. The first two nights were very good, but the last day we were disappointed with the cleaning of our room We had to call down to the desk to get shampoo and cream rinse and our coffee pot was left dirty, we had no shower mat and we had to call down to the front to get […] coffee as well. Nice hotel in an excellent location close to restaurants and shopping. Easily a 3 star hotel.

Great location and a great hotel overall. Beds are super comfy and the continental breakfast is added value and a nice way to start the day.

Great Location located within walking distance of the mall and right across the street from Menards, Target & Kohls.. Hotel deffinelty needs some upgrades and maintance.. Hot tub did not work properly but great pool area.. Old fashion rooms needs paint and some modernization. Bathroom needed work. Hotel is in a great location but needs a bit of work. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We were in a room with a king size bed which was very uncomfortable and were in need of new pillows. The second night I had to go out to get one at Walmart. I thought the price was very fair for the location of the hotel. We would stay here again.

Front staff extremely accommodating. Upon checkin there seemed to be a problem with our reservation so they gave us a poolside room. Great you would think, NOT. Pools hours are over at 10:00 pm, too early. At night, they don't turn off the lights in the pool area, therefore, even with the blinds closed, the light was bright, had to put a chair against […] the blind to help diffuse the light. Definately notice this hotel has been converted from smoking to non. Our room was one of them. Beds were extremely uncomfortable, hard, definate sag in the middle. Our coffee maker was not emptied, no new condiments of coffee, creamer, etc left for us. They took our bath mat and never replaced with a new one. Bathrooms were very clean, lots of pressure in the shower. For breakfast, would have been nice to have an assortment of fresh fruit as opposed to a fruit cup. 더 보기

Clean, quiet and well located to major shopping areas in Grand Forks. Rooms are a little on the small side, but clean and comfortable. The free breakfast provides just enough to start your day.

The hotel was clean and the staff very nice. Especially the lady who cleaned our room. The breakfast room was well stocked with a nice variety of breakfast choices. The room rate was a bit too expensive for an older hotel that was not fancy and in need of some repairs. Hot tub was terrible. No jet power and luke warm.

The hotel was awesome! We had a pool side room which was perfect. It's not to deep so it's perfect for children. We stayed there over New Years and they had the pool open until 12:00 am, it was so much fun! They kitchen was also open 24/7 and they had juice and milk and coffe and a microwave. We stayed at The Lakeview Inn & Suites on Aug. 17/10 for one night. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, the breakfast was average as expected and the hotel location is great for shoppers or for travellers with close proximity to I-29. It would be nice if the rooms had newer T.V.'s I would recommend this hotel

(sigh) I used to really like this hotel but it's gone downhill very quickly. Our room was "old" and dirty. There were either really old gum stains on the carpet or cigarette burns. Who knows. They were black and the carpet needed a good steam clean. The bathtub was...... spongy?? Yes, spongy. I don't know what was under it but it kind of weirded me […] out. As for the sink in the bathroom, there was an outline from a cigarette that had obviously been left to but there. It was supposedly a non-smoking room. It just had a look and feel of old and outdated. When we walked into the room, one of the two double beds was much lower at the head than the foot which was really noticeable. Like I said... just a sad stay because I didn't feel comfortable in the dirty atmosphere. The staff were friendly but the pillows were old and hard. I went and asked for another pillow and the girl brought me into the room where they keep all that stuff. There was ONE pillow left for the entire hotel AND it was even worse than the ones on our beds. So, suffice it to say, I went out and bought pillows and pillow cases. I should have just stayed at the hotel we always stay at because by the time I paid for the "extras" it would have still been cheaper to stay at the newer, nicer, CLEANER hotel. My daughter and I also went to go swimming at the pool. It was filthy and the water in the hot tub was a mold-green color. I won't be staying here again. 더 보기

Found staff to be most courteous upon arrival. Person we dealt with was Wyatt at the desk. Room had been precooled with air conditioning on when we arrived. Spacious room, with amenities. Would recommend this facility to all our family and friends. Bill-Winnipeg
