First of all i have to state how utterley disappointed i am with everything about my trip with this hotel.. It starts off when we booked our room we upgraded to the king suite with jaccuzi. I never book a hotel without getting this suite as its comfort and relaxing. Travelling from Manitoba when we got there exhausted and wiped, we expected to be able […] to relax and just be able to go to bed. Not the case. We got there received our key and after being pointed to where we were to go the door to the lobby was locked behind us. Not understanding but too tired to care, we went to our room to find out it was not the jacuzzi room we were guaranteed. Phoned down to the main desk but couldn't get through, tried a few times, so decided to go down there to talk to the girl that let us in but the inside door handle fell off the door. Couldn't believe it so now we are stuck in this room that we didn't pay for. Could n't get through to the front desk . Worked at the door to get out so finally managed to work the door open but couldn't get back to the front desk because the lobby door was locked behind us. So we had to find our way outside to go back to the front doors to get back in to find the worker was sitting in the pool room with friends texting on the phone. Ask me if i am impressed yet. Than we finally get it out of her that the room we had wanted was already booked. We have never been so disappointed and we only stay at the Travellodge. I guess there are other hotels out there, so sad. Then the topper was we had to get a cheaper room because of the faulty door but couldnt get reimbursed because it was booked online. Something isn't right with this whole thing. NOT HAPPY. 더 보기

The problem was that my room, a non-smoking room, smelled of a thousand ash trays. However I was moved the following day, if I had have been less busy I could have moved rooms that same day. The staff were friendly and the rooms were comfortable and clean. It was great to pay in aud and save the currency conversion fee

Too expensive, halls were dirty, appearance of hotel outdated. Room was clean but outdated. Pool provided a good laugh as it was not leveled properly and was obvious poor craftsmanship.

In Kenora, ON on business ... I was well satisfied with the accommodations and service, although somewhat challenging to first locate.

The Travelodge is a nice, affordable hotel. We were very happy with our clean room, comfortable beds and the friendly staff. Our family also enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. Hot coffee was always available in the lobby. We were there for five days and the housekeeping staff kept our room looking great! Thank you Travelodge for an enjoyable stay […] ! 더 보기
