공항에서 가깝다는 것이 최고 장점. 그외에는 주변환경이나 외관을 보고 깜짝 놀랄만큼 좋지 않지만, 들어가는 입구에서 일일이 확인하고 문을 열어주고, 객실도 꽤 넓고 깨끗한편. 가격대비 잠깐 쉬어가는 경우에는 최고이지만, 방음이 안되기 때문에 이곳을 기점으로 휴가나 출장의 base camp로 할 경우에는 문제가 있음

가격 대비 대만족.. 다음부터는 계속 이곳에 머물러야 겠다는 생각이 날 정도..먼저 호텔 직원들의 배려와 상냥함이 마음에 들었어요. 체크인할때 직원이 1:1 붙어서 무엇이 어떻게 있는지 카드키로 엘리베이터 사용하기, 직원이 객실 까지와서 체크인을 할때 대우받는다는 느낌. 약간의 마들렌과 물은 공짜 기본, 목욕탕과 샤워실이 각기 되어 있고 아늑한 분위기가 마음에 들었어요.

포 포인츠 바이 쉐라톤에서는 1 마일 떨어져 있는 LA 국제 공항(Los Angeles International Airport)까지 무료 셔틀 버스 서비스를 운영합니다. 해변가가 호텔에서 4-6마일 떨어져 있고, LA 다운타운이 13마일 북쪽에 있습니다.

파나마로 들어가기 위해 LAX 근처에서 1박을 했는데요, 전형적인 미국 호텔입니다. 방에 냉장고는 없지만, 아이스 박스를 이용할 수 있도록 해 놓았구요, 작은 물 2개는 서비스로 줍니다. 셔틀버스 이용과 호텔이 모여있는 곳이기 떄문에 조용하고요, 주변에는 버거킹이 있습니다. :D

"Very pleasant staff"
I was pleased. Attended a conference next door. The price was good and came with internet access. The staff and restaurant staff were very nice. I will repeat.

"LAX Adjacent"
We stayed in one of the recently renovated rooms and it was wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful particularly at the front desk. I would certainly stay here again and encourage others to do so as well.

"Never Again"
First of all I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The room they gave us was more like a motel not a hotel. The room was very small the bathroom was even smaller, I did ask the front desk a few questions and it seem like she did not even care. You walk in the lobby and its nice and clean, but when you get to your room, WOW there is a wall in front […] of your room about five feet high and the rest is glass I guess, you over see the pool if you are tall enough. you walk thur the vending area to get to your room. I guess they give you a discount but it shows in the rooms they give you. I wonder what the rest of the hotel looks like. I was very disappointed and would never stay again. They charge you $19.00 a day to park your car, and I had never but problems getting in and out. The front desk did tell me about the charge and I had in and out entry but never gave me the card to have access I had to wait for someone to come out and help me. It happen twice. They have one bar and restaurant on premises which is the same very crowded. I would not stay again. 더 보기
"Cleaner than most places"
Didnt like that there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Room was clean except for the dirty used bandaid on the floor from the guest before us. Housekeeping came but failed to leave fresh washclothes and take out the bathroom trash.

Free shuttle to hotel was quick (waited about 15 mins from airport), but shuttle was waiting to take us to airport. Also booked a tour of LA, Hollywood, Beverly Hills and tour bus picked up directly from this hotel. Room was nice. A little small for 2 double beds, but beds were extremely comfortable. We stayed for a nearby baseball tourney in Ladera Heights. Easy access...Burger King across the street. Felt safe and secure travelling with my son. Small room...would be tight if you had 4 people. Beds were comfortable. Nice work station.Only complaint...slow elevator. We took the stairs a couple of times to avoid the wait. We were in a room with 2queens. "there must be better hotels near the airport"
The room was not in the best of condition, with an awkward set-up to the bathroom, and obvious old stains on the tile and carpet. Also, I was right next to the elevator, which made for a bit of noise. I got this room as part of a hotel sale, but I think I would have been better off staying at another airport hotel. "You don't get what you pay for"
Parking is 17$ a day and you are mashed into a tight spot rooms are very small food is over priced and tv selection is limited nothing in walking distance and hotel service is slow.....I'll be staying elsewhere next time

"Close to the airport"
We stayed for one night because our flight was at 6am. Convenient shuttle that apparently runs every 15-20 minutes...we were waiting for 20 minutes -I guess we just missed the last one. We had a 2 doubled bed room (lowest priced room available). For being so close to the airport the room was pretty quiet. The only noise issue I had were that the doors […] to the rooms would slam shut so if another patron let it close on its own it would be pretty loud. Overall it was pretty clean but small. The Sheraton Four Points at LAX is very convenient to LAX! That is why I picked them. The bar was very nice and staff really friendly. The lobby, conference rooms and pool area is just beautiful. The room was very clean, although it was definitely showing some signs of age...

"Convenient to shopping and airport"
Family of 4 stayed in a renovated east tower room. Clean, comfortable and good value. Great service by Reception staff, Grill Bar for dinner and restaurant for breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful Had previously stayed in a room with window to hallway which was not as nice as the renovated room. Short 10 to 15 min taxi trip to Westfield Culver […] City costing around $15 each way. Plenty of great stores including Macy's, Guess and plenty more. The original room I stayed in was old in comparison to the room I stayed in a week prior. I ended up moving to a new upgraded room and was completely satisfied.

"Four points sheriton'"
Well the hotel offered one thing and that was a room to sleep, that's all. The bed was hard room was musky smelling, and the staff was rude, not a good place to stay if your on vacation. If I had a chance I woulda flipped the extra money to get a room with clean sheets'

Great Location and Quality for the Price. Only issue was it was really windy outside and the windows were whistling all night. Shuttle was very convenient and runs 24 hrs. I would stay there again.

Although there were some very negative comments about this hotel on YELP!, I felt as though the hotel was a comfortable, accessible, reasonably priced facility for our purposes--going to the Getty Museum and surrounding sights for an overnight stay.
Should not charge customers for parking (a car for $20 a night!?)

We stayed at the Four Points Sheraton for the first time this week. The main reason we chose the hotel was proximity to the airport for a flight out the next morning. But we were thrilled by the luxury of the well-appointed rooms and the services they had to offer. Dinner arrived in 20 minutes, even though it was after 9pm. "The hotel is old"
The hotel is old and the tub in the room we stayed in was backed up. We told the front desk and it was not fixed, the management apologized and moved us to another room which was much smaller than our original room. "Excellent for LAX"
We were traveling with a young infant and we were flying out at 6am, so we needed something close to LAX. Registration was fast. Room was clean and quiet. Pool looked nice as we walked bye. Shuttle was waiting for us outside the front door at 430am. Hotel was clean and a great bargain. This will remain on my list for great hotels near LAX. Great price, very clean, updated rooms. I was very impressed by the customer service, very helpful and friendly. We booked a double and when we saw that the window was facing into a hallway ( only thing I was not too impressed with), the front desk apologized, explained that certain doubles are in that section and immediatly changed and even upgraded […] our room. Several issues: The front desk did not completely check me in so my key card didn't work and I had to get a new card. The room was broiling hot (80+ degrees) when speaking to the front desk they disconnected the line several times and would call back to a different phone. (Two phones in room one by bed other on desk across the room.) So I had to run […] between phones to answer. The didn't seem to know how to operate the line. The couple next door had children screaming and knocking into the wall until after 11pm. Lastly the hotel didn't turn on the air conditioning until 1:30am. My flight was at 5am.
