Great Location, friendly service. Very good breakfast. A great stay.

Amazing hotel in a great location! We were given a free upgrade to a junior suite and our room had an enormous bed, a separate sitting room, large bathroom and it's own private terrace. The front desk was very helpful and the hotel was within walking distance to the piazza barberini, the Spanish steps and the Trevi fountain. Would definitely stay here […] again!!! 더 보기

We loved the hotel and the staff was wonderful. Very charming and well located.

We have stayed here several times. The hotel staff is wonderful which adds to the warm ambience of the hotel. The breakfasts are great - a lot of variety. The location cant be beat. Just off the Via Veneto, it is close to everything, but as it is on a side street it is quiet.

I had the room on the top floor, room for 4 and we had our own terrace, the room was big and very spacious. Breakfast was great and had everything. On friday night they have a coocktail for guests with music and some food. The location is excellent, close to everything. The American Embassy is one block away and the Hard Rock Cafe also. Trevi Fountian […] and Spanish Steps are within walking distance and very close. Would stay here again. Front desk was very helpfull and they arrange transporation for us to the airport at a very reasonable price. 더 보기

Quiet, nice area (even with the 2 lapdancing clubs right across the street), clean and comfortable room, and good breakfast. However, we found some of the staff to be a little pretentious and snotty. Why pay money to stay somewhere where the people who's income you're helping to support can't be anything but gracious and nice? There are lots of other […] places to stay where the staff knows how to be polite or heaven forbid...friendly. So while it was a nice hotel, we'll give our money to another nice hotel next time where the staff doesn't feel that basic questions like how to get to the airport other than paying 55 euros for a private car is an imposition. 더 보기

We were thrilled with the charming lobby and sitting rooms of the hotel. It was immaculate, with a helpful and professional staff. Our room, on the 5th floor, had too many steps. wE BOOKED THIS HOTEL ONLINE AS WE LIKED THE LOCATION. wE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE CLEANLINESS AND AMENITIES, SUCH AS BATHROBES, AND OF COURSE A DELICIOUS BREAKFAST BUFFET. tHE hOTEL STAFF WAS GRACIOUS AND HELPFUL AND WE WOULD CERTAINLY NOT ONLY RECOMMEND THIS hOTEL BUT WE WOULD BOOK AGAIN WHEN WE NEXT RETURN TO ROME.

My husband, my sister and I had a triple room at La Residenza. It was a fantastic size hotel room. There was a small anteroom that had a couch that converted into a bed (not one of our pull out, fold down beds). She said it was extremely confortable. Hi, the hotel is lovely, large breakfast buffet is included in the price. We had a Jr. Suite, very large with large bathroom and thick towels. Staff helpful and friendly. Great location. Very quiet. Great hotel, friendly, terrific location, wonderful breakfasts. The staff was very accommodating. My only complaint is that the hotel does not have WiFi. I certainly shall return on my next visit to Rome.

Hotel La Residenza is located in a very nice area just a block off Via Veneto on the edge of the Borghese Gardens. The area is quiet and safe but not too far away from excellent restaurants and perhaps 10 minutes from the Termini by foot. Our hotel room was very nice with a large bathroom, and internet access free of charge in the room. Turn down service with robes and slippers for each guest is also a nice touch. Breakfast was good. Excellent location in central Rome. Located in quiet side street, good value for money restaurant across the road. My only complaint would be that the room was far too hot and was unable to lower the temperature. Breakfast was good. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

Hotel La Residenza is ideally located close to Via Veneto and the Villa Borghese. The hotel is a former townhouse with elegant lobby rooms. Our room was comfortable although the overcrowding of furniture, notably a sleeper couch, made it hard to get to an armoire and night table, and to use side chairs. The hotel is very well located one block away from Via Venetto and two blocks from the subway station. Great restaurants nearby. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was great. On friday evenings they have a cocktail party for the guests and live arp music. Kids friendly.

The junior "suite" was big by European standards, but the furniture was old, the bathroom was not very clean and the room had an odor which forced us to keep windows open throughout our November stay. The location was great, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was substantial. Moderate value for the price.

It is very well situated for most things. The hotel itself is clean, friendly staff, helpful. the conti breakfast is above avg. The room included a nice outdoor patio, but was so overly furnished - king bed, 90" sofa bed, desk, 2 chairs, table, 2 nitestands, refrig, large wardrobe - it was nearly impossible to move about. The bathroom was extremely […] small. All told, it is a decent place; however, the bed is horrible! If the carpet had been slightly less soiled, we'd've slept there. The pillows were possibly stuffed with concrete. It seems obvious that the main need of a traveler isa bed in which he/she can sleep, yet far too many fail to grasp this basic concept of hostelry. We were tired and sore from walking and actually felt more sore the next morning! We visit Rome frequently and travel int'lly 8-10x per year. We remain amazed at the discomfort we continually encounter at 4 star hotels that won't invest in decent quality beds. 더 보기

The room was beautiful, as was also the lobby area. Free Wi-fi in our room (with our own computer) was a real joy to have! The breakfast was the best we had in Italy. The hotel staff was so courteous and helpful. From helping arrange our shuttle from the airport to scheduling our taxi for the journey home, they did nothing but help and answer questions. The street is a little busy at night so if possible get a room away from the street but other than that the location is great. Via Veneto is a great area to stay […] in. The hotel is very accomodating to families as well. Our family of 4 was put in a very large room and both boys (11, 13) had their own pull out beds. The room was so large we weren't tripping over each other as we normally are. It was a little stuffy in the room and we couldn't figure out how to turn the radiator off but we never really asked. This hotel is a great value. It has the charm of the old European look so its not a modern looking hotel. Hotel La Residenza offers great service and accommodation. The room was tastefully furnished, with a cable connection for wi-fi. They made a feast for breakfast, starting at 6:45, very convenient for early excursions. The staff, particularly at the desk, graciously helped in every way. We thought everything at Hotel was excellent. The staff was extremely helpful. The location was great and the rooms were big - we had 2 adults and 2 kids with plenty of room. We would definitely recommend to friends and stay again on our next trip back.

Our AC leaked and the carpet was wet. We reported it and they did nothing. The room also smelled (mold?). Across the street is a strip club and the staff was unfriendly compared to the other 4 hotels we stayed in during our trip in Italy.

central location, good breakfast - the optimal arrival time for breakfast is about 7:10am. to experience rome by night purchase un biglietto del'autobus del tutto giorno (all day ticket) for 4 euro and treat ti like a hop on hop off bus - the ticket is valid for 24hours from the time you validate it on the bus. we took the private car to the airport […] on our way home - definitely worth the investment. the hotel staff were very friendly, although be warned - if you ask for a recommendation for dinner you will get a reservation not a recommendation! we would happily return to the hotel in the future 더 보기

The concierge was extremely helpful, booking bus tours and recommending restaurants. Hotel was well placed for a visitor who liked to walk and the metro was quite close. Our room was comfortable and clean and the turn down service a nice touch.The only negative was that breakfast was rather busy and we were asked to wait in the bar by a rather harassed […] waitress. Hotel is located on a quiet street near but not on Via Veneto. Other reviews have mentioned "gentlemen's clubs" near the hotel but other than the street signs there was no evidence of such entertainment. Staff was ultra friendly and cooperative. Wired [not wireless] Internet in room worked very well. Buffet breakfast superb. Easy walk to Piazza di Spagna. […] The best of Rome for meals and walking is the triangle of Piazza di Spagna, Piazza del Popula and Piazza Navonna and Residenza is perfectly situated for that triangle. The hotel is located in a quiet but convenient area and the staff are very helpful. The public areas are excellent and the food good. The only small thing lacking was an internet computer for the use of guests. Internet access was available if you had your own computer but this is unlikely if you are an overseas guest on holiday

Great service, great location, excellent full american breakfast with freshly cooked eggs, cold cuts, cheese, etc. Room was big, king bed was huge (but hard), bathroom a bit worn but clean. Overall a good value and we would stay there again.

Komfortabelt og hyggeligt hotel med rigtig fin beliggenhed tæt på den Spanske Trappe. Vi havde et fint værelse med et godt badeværelse. Morgenmads buffeten var god med fint udvalg. Vi kan helt klart anbefale stedet.

frontの仕事は確実でマナーもとても良い。朝食も大変おいしい。なんと言っても感激したのは、いつも責任者らしき高齢の方が早朝よりチェックをして、若い担当者を指導している。食べもの内容や食器の配置などが日々検討されているようであった。 宿泊者向けの懇親会も開催されている。

8月10日から2泊しました。それ程大きくないホテルですがヨーロッパらしい雰囲気のあるホテルと感じました。スタッフの皆さんは非常にフレンドリーで心地よかったです。部屋はジュニアスイートでしたがベッドルームとは別にソファーセットのある部屋が付き広さは十分でした。ただ窓からはすぐ隣のビルが迫っており眺望は全くありませんでした。他の皆さんがおっしゃってるように朝食はすばらしかったです。ヨーロッパのホテルではパンと飲み物のみというところが多いですがこのホテルでは卵をその場で好みに調理してれますし、各種ハム、チーズ、フルーツが充実していました。朝から贅沢な生ハムメロンが食べ放題です。また、パンに加えて、おいしいケーキ類も揃っています。ロケーションもスペイン広場まで徒歩圏ですし、観光オープンバスの乗り場も […] 歩いて5分くらいのところにあり非常に便利でした。唯一つの難点はバスルームの使いがってが悪かったことくらいです。支払った宿泊料を考えるとベストなホテルと思います。オススメです。 더 보기

Et behagelig og rolig hotell med svært god service. Familerommet var stort og komfertabelt, og aircondition gjorde oppholdet optimalt. Frokostbuffeen var svært bra.
