I haved stayed in the Hotel 27 several times. Other than the occassional street and courtyard noise during the weekend late nites, the hotel provides a great location (10 minutes to Central Station or the Norreport bus stop and subway station), a good breakfast (always the case in Copenhagen) and a very modern decor at a reasonable price. Nice hotel, but rooms are really tiny, which is not exactly a problem if you are there just to spend the night.

just the kind of place I like: clean room, very comfy bed & great shower. Add a nice bar/lounge plus wine bar made it perfect. The location was also perfect.

The hotel was one of the best I have had in Europe, which is impressive considering how much I travel. First off, the room was very clean and had nice features. The shower was especially cool. Secondly, it had a great location and I was able to walk to the hot spots such as the shopping district. Fourth, the breakfast buffet was AWESOME! Seriously, a very nice variety of food and very well prepared. Additional notes: *I would recomment this hotel only for young couples and singles. While I would consider the hotel family friendly, the area is located around clubs. The hotel features a nice lounge, which had a DJ spinner while I was there and is located next to the ice bar (an actual bar made entirely of ice). The hotel also features an upscale restaurant with very nice wine. *As a side note, eat at PUK, which features local cuisine and is very close, but make sure you have a reservation. 더 보기

staff appeared aloof and not very helpful, room very basic, nil bar fridge, furnishing very limited, not hotel fault but town bells rang from 8am to 10pm every 15minutes, location very good always felt safe.

The hotel is located in close to Tivoli, and not far from the train station and the center of Copenhagen. The rooms are stylish but very small and the ones toward the street are very noisy. It's your hotel if you prefer design over comfort and you you like the stylish lounge/bar more than a good sleep.

Great location, clean rooms. Could use a touch up in paint jobs - all the red is very heavy and looks outdated, but restaurant is super fresh.

Great boutique hotel. Small rooms in general, but larger rooms are available. Very hip crowd, no in hotel workout facilities, but you can run to the Tivoli Gardens.

Too bad they don't have real comforters at 27, I would have slept much better. It seems though, to be a new bad standard in Danish hotels not to have real feather-comforters, but it's definitely the wrong place to make savings...

The location is great for shopping and cultural activities. Woken by churchbells every morning and the doors had absolutely no insulation in regards of sound! But still - a nice place to spend a weekend.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff - quite small but stylish rooms. If you like "designer hotel" for a resonable price you will most likely appreciate this.

Conveniently located, good breakfast, BUT the rooms could be cleaner. The bathroom shows a lot of wear and tear and you do not want to look at it too closely -- simply put, if you are expecting the cleanliness of a 4-star hotel comparable to those in the US, this is simply not your place...

This property looks little like what you see in photos. The room photos depict clean, white-laced and modern rooms. My deluxe room looked like a ghetto IKEA demo bedroom with awful lipstick red cabinetry. The bathroom was small, tattered in places and unkept. The shower is lined with a dark faux stone tile, which really showcased the copious amount […] of limescale deposit. And I mean copious, as in, about 1/3rd of the floor was covered in a thick and slippery-when-wet pancake of limescale. The restaurant is overpriced and gross. The ice bar is a joke. Looks good in the photos but in reality: 1. The room was tiny, just enough room for a single bed. No tea or coffee making facilities. 2. Only one plug 3. Bathroom had mold and was freezing cold. 4. This hotel was ideally located in the city center of Copenhagen for our needs. It was just a few minutes walk to central station and the Stroget shopping street, as well as almost all other city center attractions. We could not have been more pleased with the location. The room was very small and cold. There was moss on the window ledge and only one towel which was not very big. The room was near the elevator and noisy. Staff were firendly though and thre breakfast was good. I mainly booked it for the location.

Great Business Hotel!!! An awesome breakfast and an amazingly delicious dinner buffet was included in my room rate. They also had a sandwich and water waiting on me since I was a late arrival. I stayed at the London Nikko Montcalm hotel the night before for a lot more money ... I would choose Hotel 27 over a JAL property any day. our second stay at this hotel was not as favourable as our first 6 weeks earlier. this time our room was at courtyard level with evening bar drinkers noisy outside, and early morning laundry trolleys rolled down a metal ramp right outside our window very early in the morning. the room was also very cramped; all for the same rates as a very comfortable […] larger room on our earlier visit. 더 보기

Great location excellent value hotel. Breakfast & supper included a good plus. Only problem was that their Internet not working for the four days of our stay!

Hotel accomodation + services: Relation quality-prize = absolutely ok. That dinner buffet is not bad at all - and pratical... Breakfast convenient. Only ONE remark: BEWARE of their garage... VERY SMALL and VERY VERY tricky when you get out... it's not for nothing that they are fixing carpets on the wall to exit... I wonder how many cars have been scratched […] due to narrowness of the turn from garage to way out... This was a great hotel to stay in. The room was huge and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was busy, but still good. The front desk was helpful. The hotel was in a great location, central to everything! 7 minute walk to the central station. The hotel had bikes that were available to rent as well. I would stay in this hotel again.

Located near most areas of interest and two meals a day (breakfast buffet and dinner buffet included with price of room). The room was a bit small but comfortable and the bathroom had a shower but no tub. We would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Our recent stay at the Clarion 27 exceeded our expectations. It was very conveniently located within walking distance to both mass transportation areas, as well as many tourist attractions such as Tivoli Gardens, Christianborg Palace, and the National Museum. Excellent value, service, and location. Included excellent breakfast and dinner buffets. The only minus point was that the hotel courtyard is used by Ice Beer which is quite noisy until very late at night. The hotel provided ear plugs.

Great hotel but really noisy on the front end side of the hotel. The bars especially on the weekend are super noisy and if it's hot it worse as you need to keep windows open all night. It's like being on top of a club. Otherwise really good hotel - just don't expect to sleep if on the wrong side of the hotel!!!

The hotel is in a good location, within easy walking distance of the shopping areas and Tivoli. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming and the hotel's styling made it feel like we were staying somewhere a bit special rather than a run of the mill city hotel. The hotel is great in design and offers a complimentary breakfast and buffet dinner which are very good. We stayed there before our cruise and after. Both times we had to ask for the deluxe room we had booked. Both times we did not sleep because of street noise. Hotel staff very helpful and welcoming , meals were very good and plenty of variety, being able to have a cup of tea or coffee whenever you liked one was an unexpected bonus. only complaint size of bathrooms shower great but not much space in rest of bathroom.

If you are looking for a TOP Class hotel then this hotel is a MUST. The Staff are amazing right from the reception staff, food and beverage staff and the hotel Manager. The location is superb which is ideal for shopping, Tivoli Park and local transport links. The food is superb, this includes the breakfast buffet, evening buffet and the lovely cheeky […] cakes at about 3'ish (a wonderful touch) The courtyard has been recently refurbished and is kept to a high standard, very relaxing after a hard days shopping and sightseeing. The rooms are cleaned to a very high specification with clean towels and linen on request. To be honest I could sit here all day and tell you wonderful the hotel is but I am finding it really difficult to find fault. I have stayed at this hotel 4 times now and would not even consider anywhere else to spend my holiday. We really enjoyed this hotel. The room was comfortable, clean & great Danish design style. The breakfast and dinner buffets are excellent with plenty to eat. And the front desk staff couldn't be more knowledgable or helpful; they're terrific. Only warning has to do with noise. I travel slot and have rarely chosen full packages. This was my first time in Copenhagen and was surprised at the prices of just about everything except beer. Hotel 27 offers a full breakfast as most Europeans and what they call a "small supper" that is really a complete buffet with meat, fish, chicken, salads, and more. One night we even had a barbecue, which Was served in an outdoor plaza. Great location near tivoli gardens and much more. Wonderful staff...always helpful and knowledgeable. This hotel is definitely a 3 star. It is small with very little place to do anything besides sleeping. The bathroom is also very small as well. There wasn't much room to place things on. It is moderately clean. However, it is in one of the best locations in Copenhagen. It's next to Stroget (biggest open-roof shopping center in the world), Tivoli Square […] (oldest amusement park in the world), and close to Copenhagen Central Station. The hotel rents out bikes, provides pretty good breakfast but so-so dinner both complimentary. Some of the hotel staffs are very friendly but some aren't. It also has a lounge in the hotel which is great if the nights turn out rainy or too cold to go out. 더 보기
