Came up to enroll my son in college. Great price and nice room...

We've stayed at this hotel several times while visiting our daughter at FHSU. It's a bit old, but not bad and always clean. This time it was VERY clean, which we appreciate. Our only complaint this time was that the room was very hot and the room did not have an individual air conditioner. The hotel has switched to a system of heat in the winter and […] air in the summer and it's difficult to regulate the heat in each room. It was unseasonably warm and we slept with the window open at night, which was a bit disconcerting. It did cool down at night, but not enough for us. Needs to put in for pets......

Enjoyed our stay. Went for a college day. Would stay again. Great price and nice room...

OK for one night on the interstate, but past its prime. Clean but dated and worn out.

It was a very short visit but we enjoyed the hotel. We didn't get to the hotel until 2:00 a.m. and the hotel desk clerk was very friendly. We were so tired and having a friendly night clerk was extremely nice. Please make sure that she is commended for kindness.

Breakfast was available. Wish there had been even one fresh fruit available. I am gluten intolerant and there were donuts, muffins, toast, cereal, pancake mix. There were lots of choices,….just not for me.

Room was on smaller size but in good condtiion and close to highway. If I was staying at the hotel for multiple days I would probably book a little nicer hotel. Breakfast was standard.

Close to I-70, but so are nicer places. The room was very outdated- the bedding, furniture, mattress (very old and thin) the plumbing fixtures were old and strange, but everything worked and it was clean. I would just expect better for the price I paid. I would stay there again if they gave me a very discounted rate.

While the staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel is showing some wear and tear. The room was clean but sparse. The shower water temperature varied greatly the next morning. In all, what I expected for what I paid. Convenient to the interstate and the college.

Hays is not a location for resorts where much of your time will be spent at the lodging. People either are passing through or find themselves in Hays for weddings, reunions or other famility events. For a motel where you will just return in the evening after a busy day, Days Inn was ideal without spending too much. It was disconcerting on day 2 when […] we returned to the motel tired and ready to get the children into bed and found our keys no longer worked on the doors. The room was hot & no matter what we did to the air it stayed that way. Bed wasn't comfortable. Found someone else's dirty socks under the bed. Was ok, but definetly don't think it was worth the money we spent.

Outdoor pool was large and fairly clean--my children liked it. Room smelled like old smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. Air vents in room were very dusty. Voices from outside and next door were very audible. Beds were comfortable.

This hotel was fine and I would go back sometime. The beds weren't the most comfortable, but the room was clean and neat. Breakfast was fine. I am used to a little more available, but what they had was good. It was a good stay for what we wanted.

ants and insects in room bed sheets not completely white towels not too white seems like motel 6 quality

The only reason I wasn't totally dissatisfied is because I was only there for a few hours - just long enough to sleep. But in general, the room was dirty and not well maintained. In serious need of upgrades. However... the price was right, and the location was perfect. I was okay with sacrificing comfort for convenience & cost.
