In the hotel garage or parking lot there has been destroyed tyre of my car. No one take responsibility !! No one give me any information. No one offers any help!!

This hotel is in a perfect downtown Milano location, just next to the Duomo, shopping and some of the best restaurants in the world. The staff are wonderful. Very professional and helpful. The only concern we have is the room. The bed was very old and uncomfortable with worthless pillows. The room was also very very hot with the AC on high. The hotel had an intimate European flavor. The staff was nice and good humored. Our only problem was that the directions from the desk to go to the airport were not right. i would reccommend the hotel.

My sister and daughter checked in with a reservation made at Hotels.com. We have done this countless times before with no problem, except on this occasion. Front desk clerks were unaware of the booking, we even gave them the booking number and they still looked confused. 20 minutes later and after a insulting remark from one of the male lead clerks […] telling my sister that if she continued to mix her spanish with italian as she was a little rusty being her first day in Italy, we were told that we had to pay for the hotel rooms. They even went so far as to say i booked it on expedia, when in fact i had booked on Hotels.com. Very frustrating and even made my sister come to tears as she was rudely insulted that she should just use either Italian or English because Spanish is NOT a langauge. At this point if i had a phone to call customer service, i would have cancelled my stay but international calling is a task in itself. So we bore through it and stayed in an average room. Photos are misleading, pool is not even in the sun and price for internet access, even for 1 hour is highway robbery. I would not recommend staying here, many more options to choose from. 더 보기

very nice, centrally located to Duomo and La Scala, nice breakfast.

The best location hotel I definitively coming back!!!

Very well located, expensive for what it is, but this is Milan. Normal room size, clean. Real King bed.

Wonderful location, quiet and clean. Would recommend the hotel to others and I would stay again.

A perferct location 2 minuttes walk from Scala, the Dome, La Galleria - The stff especially the concerge is amaizing helpful - a classic old hotel

Not a superb hotel but very clean, nice breakfast and best location downtown. It said it had parking but it doesn't. We had to pay 30/day for parking.

Jeg er glad for faste og hårde madrasser og disse er i topkvalitet - efter min mening. Jeg var så heldig at få en altan til værelset, hvor jeg kunne sidde at nyde en cigaret og en dink - hvor fedt. Det er meget værd for mig - så super! Nu skulle jeg ikke bruge pool, men den var der da. Men der var liggestole og det er vel også de fleste bruger ved en […] pool. Beliggenheden er kanon. Hotel vřele doporučuji a to zejména pro jeho výbornou polohu v centru města, pár metrů od nákupní zony, blízko La Scally a Duomo. Velmi milý, pozorný a profesionální personál, kvalitní snídaně, příjemný , i když mělký, bazén, pokoje byly čisté , prostorné, pohodlné, hezké koupelny. Hotel ligger perfekt for en shoppe- og kultur rejse til Milano

Hotellet ligger meget centralt - tæt på dumo. Bruger helt klart hotellet igen hvis jeg skal til Milano. Lækkert med pool på terassen. Ikke særlig stor men den er der.

Kaikki palvelut kätevästi muutaman askeleen päässä keskustasta. Uima-allas, jolla ei tosin aina voinut ottaa aurinkoa (viileämmällä ilmalla pitävät kattoa uima-altaan päällä). Tilanteen korjasi kuitenkin parveke, jolla auringon otto onnistui loistavasti. Hotelliin saavuttaessa henkilökunta melko vähäsanaista, eikä kertonut mitään palveluista ym. 場所はミラノのDuomoまで徒歩2分、近所はいろいろお店もあり便利な場所ではあります。リナシャンテ（デパート）は徒歩1分、みなさん大好きブランド街モンテナポレオーネまでは10分以内ですね。 もっとも、このエリアはどの店も「観光客・おのぼりさん向け」のレストランとお店ばかりですが．．．本当に良心的でおいしいお店はこのエリアには無さそうです。 ホテルですが、まずはチェックインで、「予約がありません」といわれ驚きました。こちらからの予約番号を提示してもそれは違う番号だといわれ、10分ほどかかった後ようやく予約が判明しましいた。うまく連携が取れていないようで不安です。 全体的に古い印象のある内装の部屋で、バスルームの清掃は手抜きが感じられました。何より私がダメだと思ってしまったのはシャワーの水 […] 圧です。チョロチョロとしか出てこないシャワーでは気持ちよいバスタイムは過ごせません。ここはNG。備品のシャンプーも髪がガサガサになってしまう感じです。決して格安ではないこのお値段を出すのであればもう少し良いサービス、部屋、設備、備品を期待しておりました。 前述の通り、ロケーションは最高です。また朝食ビュッフェの内容も満足です。でも設備、備品、などちょっとした事ですがこういった部分は大事ではないでしょうか。 더 보기

Gammeldags fint hotel, med stof tapeter, en smule dunkelt, men ok. Kedelig morgenbuffet. Den mindste pool jeg har set, men beliggende på en hyggelig tagterrasse, med super udsigt
