2013년02월08일, Hotels.com 고객 이용 후기1. 달라스국제공항까지 15분만에 호텔셔틀이 나와서 픽업을 해주고, 호텔에서 5마일까지는 무료로 데려다주는 서비스가 최고입니다. 운전기사들도 모두 오랫동안 근무해와서 친절하고 정확합니다. 2. 호텔청소나 청결함은 비슷한 레벨의 호텔들과 비슷합니다. 1년 전에 호텔에 두고온 전기제품 커넥터를 찾아서 한국까지 보내주는 정성에 감동했습니다. 3. 아침식사와 저녁 manager receiption은 정말 최고입니다. 작년에 경험한 Thanksgiving Day 에도 정말 좋은 식사를 준비해 주더군요. 4. 출장을 가기 때문에 주위의 관광명소는 잘 모릅니다. 5. 주위에 여러 레스토랑이 걸어가서 이용할 수 있고 바로 앞에는 Hurst 경찰서, 뒤에는 병원이 있고, 가까운 주위가 대부분 거주지로 안전하고 조용합니다. 쇼핑몰도 가까운 곳에 있어서 좋습니다.

"Not a pleasant experiance"
Will not stay at super 8 again. Air conditioner was loud and noisy. Before kiking off it sounded like a helicopter taking off for flight. Woke me up several times during the night. "Terrible Hotel in a Terrible Neighborhood"
I have been staying at hotels for my medical school interviews. So it's just a one-night deal: I check in at night, sleep, wake up, and check out. Usually, I don't mind the quality of the place since I'm on a budget. I've always stayed at the lowest priced hotels like Super 8, La Quinta, etc. in other cities for a fairly decent place to sleep at night. This […] hotel, however, was terrible. It is old and smelly. The surrounding neighborhood is very sketchy. The room looked terrible. Some parts of the sink were rusty. The furniture was visibly old and falling apart. The morning after, my door lock stopped working. Apparently the battery died so I could not use the key card to enter my room. This looked like it was a common problem because the guy at the front desk immediately knew what was up and used the normal key to manually open my door. On a slightly positive note, the staff was all right. They were not terrible like the rest of this hotel. The hotel was also 10 minutes from UT Southwestern which was convenient. "TERRIBLE HOTEL STAY AWAY!!!"
I will never stay at a Super 8 motel again. I asked for a double bed room and was given a queen size room. I asked several times to change me to what I had reserved or at least reimburse me the cost.
