Overall - very enjoyable stay. Staff very friendly. There was a group of boys (16) there for a basketball tournament. They took over the pool area so that other guests could not enjoy it!! Outside of that - nothing to complain about. Convenient to all the shopping malls and restaurants. It is all good!!

Yes the location is excellent and of course the rate per night as well.New carpet I noticed it and well maintain.This is my second time visit to this hotel has complimentary breakfast which is very good,also has free coffee,fridge and microwave.And that's enough for us . The hotel was right across from Menards, the Columbia Mall, Texas Steakhouse; Walmart and other major stores were within walking distance. I would definitely go back because of the this convenience. The hotel was clean, quite and the complimentary breakfast was good.

great weekday rates, very clean hotel ,can't beat the location. for shopping, dining and entertainment.highly recommend.

I stayed for four days and not once did the room get completely cleaned. Little things like needing to empty the coffee from the morning. The beds and sheets seemed old. The chair I used in the room was falling apart.

hotel is older and needs some updates. bathroom very small and the way the faucett was located it was very difficult to was your hands. TV was upgraded to flat panel but when lying in bed it was too low.

I was not happy with our room at all. First of all it was a smoking room and no matter what was sprayed the stink smell of smoke never went away we all left there feeling totally ill. Our room was never cleaned. So I can say I will not stay there again and we always go to Grand Forks a few times a year.

This hotel smells weird, feels like it is only cleaned enough so you dont see the dirt but not enough that it actually feels clean. pool and hot tub very small. Hot tub not hot enough and pool too hot. both felt a bit like bath water. lady at front desk nice but some guy just walked into our room when we ``did not hear him`` knock. My friend and I stayed at the DAys Inn hotel for the first time. We had no complaints. The indoor pool was warm and the hot tub very relaxing. Our room was clean and the FREE continental breakfast was absolutely delcious ! A great variety of food to choose from ( they even had my Hazelnut flavored cream ) for my coffee in the morning! The Location is […] great ( central ) waliking distance to Columbia mall and great restaurants :) I would definately recommend you to stay at the Days Inn Hotel. I know that we already have planned to come back for a shopping weekend in Grand Forks and we will stay at the Days Inn hotel. The hotel staff extremely helpful the bathroom cleanliness could have used a little more attention. The hairdrier mounted to the wall was filthy. The other draw back was that there is no elevator to access the second floor.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Days Inn in Grand Forks in a year. The Desk Reception is excellant. They are very kind and willing to help out any way possible. The room rates were affordable. The room was very clean, the only thing I would complain about is the odor of the cleaning chemicals they use. Not very pleasant. Have stayed here 2 times in last year and service and cleanliness have been first rate. Close to all the shopping and restaurants- a great location... Good continental breakfast and the lady who is in charge of the breakfast a great help preparing waffles,restocking food,etc. Could do with a few more tables and chairs in the eating area. This hotel has a great location to the main strip for shopping in Grand Forks. An older but well maintained hotel, with friendly staff and a good breakfast.. The only downside would be if you were travelling with children as the pool is very small. But after a hard days shopping the hot tub is very nice on your sore feet!

I thought it was a very good place to stay, not expensive very convenient to shopping, nice room for the price, clean and quiet.

Nice motel and would stay again. However the pool was very small. Further the continental breakfast ends at 9am in our opinion a liitle early especially when on holidays. They have an over abundance of "do not " signs in the lobby and rooms.

We have stayed at other Days Inn's and were very please with this hotel. Our room was very clean and house keeping was considerate when we needed them to return later to clean. The hotel was okay - dated, but okay. We had no problems but did not care fo the cigarette smoke smell. Though we were in a non-smoking room, you cannot get away from that smell in the hallways or especially upon entering the hotel itself. The front desk staff was courteous and helpful. The breaakfast was good. We stayed two nights - one at the beginning […] of our trip away and one at the end. They took good care of our car while we were away. Thanks! The stay was lovely. Breakfast was exceptional for for continental. Staff was friendly and best of all the room was very clean and the maid service kept it that way. I inspect the bedding as soon as I get into any hotel room and it was sparkling clean. No lipstick stains on any glassware because they use disposable and the complimentary soaps/shampoos […] were re-stocked each day. I would stay there again anytime. 더 보기

The only complaint I have is the ceiling fan cover fell off while my fiancee was in the washroom. Took it to the front desk and all they could say was well at least it didn't hit him.??

A good place to stay close to most of the shopping gordmans, menards even walmart is up the street.

Very disappointed in this hotel. But you get what you pay for. I picked a lower end price and got a lower end hotel. It smelled like smoke, there were dogs barking often, and a very poor breakfast. The people at the front desk were very nice, and made up for the lack of quality in the rest of the hotel.

The Days Inn at Grand Forks was a good deal for the price. The staff are very professional and helpful. The location worked great for my needs. They were very accommodating with the changes I had to make for with my itinerary.

It was OK nothing special.

Our band played a show and stayed there for one night. It was all fine enough. Dont bring a trailer as we were firmly warned that there was no room for it and we "better not take up more than one parking spot otherwise customers will be upset" which left our only option to risk parking in the hotel lot next door. THe overal stay at the hotel was good. We were pleased with the continental breakfast variety and cleanliness, as well as the breakfast host who kept things clean and filled. However, upon checking out, we were told we wouldn't receive any receipts. When we questionned the clerk about our long distance phone calls, she said that had been put on the […] visa, which she refused to give us a receipt. We had to ask 3 times and get upset before she would issue any kind of receipt. Legally, we should have access to a receipt where any charges have been made. She was very grumpy after that . 더 보기

Our room and the pool were very clean. We had a great time during our stay. The coffee was very weak(room coffee was better) and the breakfst selection was minimal. Bananas would have been a nice addition.

We had two nights of no sleep due to hockey teams partying all night. Also the bathrooms are so very small in this hotel. The office staff where pleasant but should have done something to keep the noise down at night. People were still yelling and making a noise at 3 in the morning.

I rented this hotel room for a speaker I brought into town. Through both of the nights the speaker and his wife were there there were constant noise issues. It left them exhausted.

Everything was great. The rooms were clean, the pool area was nice, breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. It was also very handy for shopping/restaurants. I would definitely stay there again
