Although the hotel was very close to our in'laws and the price was right- we won't be going back. The front desk service was mediocre at best and our room had a horrible musty smell- like someone left wet pool towels on the carpets for days. Then for most of the evening/night- the lobby was taken over by a church group playing and singing hymns- which […] is fine- but when we needed to get to the vending machines at 11:30pm for water for baby bottles- they were NOT pleasant and the staff made no effort to intervene. 더 보기

it was not what i expected for the money i paid.

The hotel itself wasn't all that bad, but the pool really needed to be cleaned. We had 2 rooms and neither of them had a microwave and only one of them had a fridge. Also, the side door leading to outside was never locked! We went outside around 1 am and didn't need our key to get back in. Not a very safe feeling.

Our room was non-smoking however there was always the constant smell of cigarette smoke lingering in the air, sometimes stronger than other times.

Where to start... Room did not have jacuzzi tub as pictures suggested. Front desk attendant was rude. There was no conditioner or lotion in the room. Thermostat to control room temperature was broke. Overall very displeased. I will never stay here again.

The price was right. It seemed like a descent place. It definately shows its age and lack of upkeep. The best part though was the creepy crawly visitors we had in the middle of the night. The place was infested with COCKROACHES. The people were nice but since we paid on Hotels.com they would give no credit for the experience. This was a very conveniently located hotel for our needs. The staff/managers were extremely helpful and friendly, and, in general, the hotel was in good shape. The only concern I had was that the floor in our room was really stained and slightly "icky" feeling -- I don't know if it was the general humidity in the room, or just a not-so-good cleaning. […] Otherwise, the beds were clean, the bathroom was clean, everything worked.... Clean. Friendly staff who changed our room from second floor to first when she saw my elderly mother-in-law and thought it would be easier for her on the first floor. That was much appreciated!

Outside of hotel looks clean and well kept.... inside needs work. Room had a VERY bad odor - like stale smoke, even though it is a non-smoking hotel. Bathrooms in need of updating. Linens/bedspreads desperately need replacement. A/C in hallways not working. No employee present to keep up with breakfast mess in 'free breakfast area'. The person checking me in was not too pleasant. He was kind of grumpy. Also, the pool area was totally lacking. The hot tub was way too hot, the pool was way to warm and cloudy. I have to admit that I don't usually stay at a Days Inn because my past experience with them has been no great shakes, bland with paper thin walls. Our stay in the Neenah Days Inn was quite the contrary. It was very inexpensive, very clean, very private and had all the amenities of a much more pricey hotel. It definitely has the Motel 6, Super 8, Red […] Roof Inn beat. Way to go! 더 보기

Basic, functional hotel with pool and breakfast included. Good economy location for Neenah hotel.

Customer Service at the hotel front desk was unsatisfactory. I had a terrible stay at the Days Inn and would highly reccomend others to stay eleswhere.

Staff was VERY friendly, convenient location. Hotel was a little rough around the edges but clean and at a good price.

The staff was easily the most unfriendly I have experienced. No offer of help was made. The pool was not heated but the hot tub was so hot we could not enter.

Very pleasant hotel, quiet, convenient; it suited our needs well. We appreciate breakfast to start our day and theirs had a nice selection of items to choose from. Breakfast was to be from 6am to 10am but we checked out at 5:30am and the lady at the counter insisted that we go in early to eat and have coffee. That was excellent service!!

We just needed a place to sleep to break up a long drive and picked the Days Inn, I have stayed at them before have have been satisfied. This one however was horrible. I had to initial a form stating the State smoking policy and when we went to our room it reaked of smoke, it was like they no longer allowed people to smoke but never cleaned the room. […] The sheets were dirty and there was hair in the shower. I have learned my lesson and will pay an extra $30 to stay at a nice clean place. 더 보기

We booked this hotel mainly because of the price and location. You get what you pay for. The daytime front desk clerk seemed annoyed whenever I requested anything from her, such as towels for the pool, as no towels are kept in there, or an extra bath towel for the room. The evening clerk, on the other hand, was very pleasant and helpful. We had booked […] the room for 4 people, but the bathroom was only supplied for three, even on the second day of our stay after the maid had taken out 4 towels, she only left three clean ones. We also put the little sign on the bed, stating that in order to help the environment, we did not require that our bed sheets be changed. I did not realize that that also indicated that we did not need the beds to be made! When we got back to the room at the end of the day the beds were just as we had left them in the morning. The free breakfast was just ok, but the room was so small and crowded it was hard to serve yourself or enjoy it. We went out for breakfast the second day. The biggest plus to this hotel is it's location - just off the freeway, about 5 miles from Appleton, and near lots of restaurants and shops in Neenah. If this were the ONLY hotel available for a weekend in the Fox I would stay there again, but since there are so many choices in the area, but otherwise next time we will look for something better. 더 보기

Very nice modern hotel. Staff was excellent. Went out of their way to make sure I had shaving cream for the next morning.

We stayed at the Days Inn after the Packer night game and it was very conenient. Even with game traffic we were to the hotel within an hour. The room was clean and smelled nice (even in a paper-mill town) and the breakfast was above average for the price with a waffle machine and the standard fare of cereal, danishes, and various other breads. Hotel staff pleasant, helpful and "down to earth". Bed is just too hard, but, soft pillows. Continental breakfast was handy. Recommended!!!

It was a smoking room which we knew - the odor wasn't that bad. We also knew it was a king bed and had planned on having our boys sleep on the floor - the hotel had no parking when we arrived - no extra bedding what so ever - so our boys used the spread off our bed and wore their sweat shirts. The only things that really disturbed me was the headboard […] had yuky gunk on it and the sheet had several stains - so let's just say we slept in full clothing. But for every other part of the hotel the breakfast was good - the area was pleasant the pool area was clean - and our bathroom was clean - so we kinda got what we paid for. 더 보기

Like the A/C unit, my sleep cycled on and off. Better to blast it before you retire, then leave it off so it does not wake you as it is loud. Noticed some ants on the floor of the bathroom. Notified front desk which took note. Pool was small, didn't bother since 1 other family meant it was at its limit. For the money, not too bad.
