Staff very friendly and helpful. Bathroom was clean, but room needed extra cleaning...beer bottle tops on floor under table. Beds were small, full not queen, and pillows were very uncomfortable. Overall good value for what we paid.

It was very convenient to the airport and downtown. It is right off the interstate, but not loud or much outside noise at all. Great hotel and not too pricey.

This is about the 3rd or 4th time we have stayed here. Nice hotel close to where we like to go.

Our flight from Atlanta to Nashville was very late - we were supposed to arrive at 10pm, but didn't get there until 3 am. We were still greeted by courteous staff and had prompt service. Our room was great, and we slept in, had a great breakfast, and left feeling much better than when we arrived! Thank you Hampton Inn!

The hotel was great. The breakfast was great. The only dissatisfaction we had was when we requested for another blanket, the clerk stated they did not have any. Yet he did not check.

Because my grandson has to use medication and it has to be stored in a refrigerator our room did not have one, I asked the desk if I could put the meds in their refrigerator and they decided to move us to a room that had a refrigerator and they did. However the refrigerator in the new room did not have a freezer compartment and they used the kitchen […] fridge and all worked out well. Many thanks for the help!!!!! Good supervisor that night and her helper!!!!!!! Now about the luggage transporters in the lobby. All three had VERY LARGE PROBLEMS!!!!! They need IMMEDIATE ATTENTIONS, TO THE WHEELS!!!!!!!! before someone gets HURT!!!!!! RATES WERE GREAT. KEEP THEM UP. Many Thanks Mr+Mrs Simcoe 더 보기

Great room. Quiet, clean, comfortable bed. Staff was excellent.

This is my hotel of choice when traveling. I was able to safely leave my vehicle at the hotel and take a shuttle to and from the airport. This service was very convenient and reliable. The rooms and hotel property is very well maintained. The location is very convenient for different eateries.

showed up at 6am was not allowed to check in. was told by staff very rude might i add that i had to wait 4hrs before i could get a room. nevermind the fact that i was working all night and just got off at 6am they didn't care about that at all. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THE HAMPTON INN AGAIN.....

The hotel was worn down, it smelled and our bed had a dip in the middle so we rolled into the middle all night. Very uncomfortable.

This hotel was very convenient to the Bridgestone Arena which is where we spent most of our weekend. It was a 5 - 10 minute drive. The hotel was very easy to find. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very courteous. We were not able to try the breakfast because we had to leave at 4:30 am and breakfast was not served until 6 am.
