햄프턴 인 보시에시티 (Hampton Inn Bossier City) - 보셔 시티

The AC in our room did not work. The noise from the night club next door was very disburbing. The coverlet on the bed was in very poor condition. The room was clean and the staff at the front desk was very friendly.

The Bed was comfortable and the rooms were clean. Lobby area was nice with coffee 24/7. The hot breakfast was ok. Location was convenient and centrally located. Only problem was some staff members were too caught up in their own. The back door locks and you have to use a key to open it. It was raining and I was scrambling to get my key out to open it […] while a room cleaning lady was sitting in the hallway next to the room about 10 feet away too busy texting on her phone to offer any help. I think she needs to leave her phone at home if she can't control herself. The constuction going on around the area became a little annoying but, all in all a pleasant stay. 더 보기

Great location. Clean and quiet!

We got there at the start of the Marti Gra season for Valentines and were concerned about staying somewhere besides the Horseshoe. We were very happy with the quality of the rooms and how nice the staff was. The location is also super convenient, if only they got a shuttle to the casinos! The only reason I will never use this hotel again is because they were rude at check in! they acted as if I was below they in the social ladder and they work at a hotel -THE NIGHT SHIFT! stay away, other places in Shreveport are just as nice and same price.

The staff was exceptionally nice and went out of their way to help you. The hotel was very clean and the room was very comfortable. Great location. Great free breakfast. I will definitely return on next visit to the area and highly recommend it. Also the price was right!!

Every member of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The street leading to the hotel was a little difficult to find after dark, but was worth the effort.

Had a wonderful time at this hotel. Everything was clean and nice and the hotel staff was very helpful and nice. This is my hotel from now on when visiting Bossier City.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. The staff were all very cheerful and attentive and willing to do whatever was needed to make our stay comfortable. The only negative thing was that the bathtub was very small and uncomfortable.

The hotel was very nice...and clean...The staff was so friendly..the bed was so confortable that I didn't want to leave the room..I will definitely be back..

The stay was great!!! However, the location is a little difficult. However, if you put in the Texas Roadhouse in your GPS (which is located directly in front of the hotel) it will get you directly there. Also, you get a discount if you show your hotel keycard at Texas Roadhouse.....the food was great and the stay was great!!!

Room was clean, very quite! Staff friendly & professional. Will definitely stay here again.

I use Hampton Inn's because the quality is always good.

Kind of hard to get to but once you figure it out no problems. Staff was great and rooms were nice.

The bed as well as the sleep sofa were very comfortable. Breakfast was good with a variety of breakfast items.

A good stay for a quick getaway!

This hotel may be at a convenient location, but it is not the BEST or even acceptable when it comes to any other aspect of hospitality. The check-in clerk the first evening was extremely rude to me. The guy didn't even want to see Identification for the room...which to ME presents a GREAT problem of security. On the day of check-out, the clerk (diffferent […] staff member) was VERY aggressive in asking for dates of another booking there. Anyway, this all seemed very odd and the people made me very uncomfortable. After traveling, you definitely do not expect for people to judge you upon arrival and then bother you about another stay. 더 보기

The hotel was a little hard to find however, once found I had no problem getting back & forth. Close to many attractions in Shreveport/Bossier Would staty again

The Hampton Inn Bossier City, has no microwave oven,in the rooms.the Hapton Inn ,in Shreveport, LA.,has every thing, and offer a better rate.to stay. Thanks

To find this hotel you will have to know where you are going. The Street or beaten path that leads to the Hotel is not broadcasted.. It was behind at least 4 other Hotel and a restaurant. It took less time getting to my destination then expected I arrived a little after noon and check is not until 3 but the desk clerk checked me in a hour early and […] the hotel was kept and very nice and quiet.. The staff was courteous and informed us of Mardi Gras celebrations that were occurring in the city with directions to get there. I will be staying here again. 더 보기

We stayed at the Hampton over Mardi Gras weekend and enjoyed the hotel very much.

Hotel was undergoing rennovations and the second floor where we stayed smelled like backed up sewer. They provided air freshener and once the A/C was started it went away. Other than that the stay was pleasant.

Traveling for a horse show.

the only thing they messed up on is they gave us smokin rm first but we called front desk and they meet us with new key to non smokin rm!!!!

This hotel sits off I-20 and is behind the Texas Roadhouse restaurant which gives you 10% off when you show your room key. They have a sidewalk for easy access to the restaurant from the hotel. The hotel is near the freeway access ramps, but away from the noise of the freeway as it sits back on Gould off Old Mindin Road.

Look for other options. This is not a hilton owned hotel and lacks pride of ownership. Old hotel.

the hallway smelled of recent and past cig smoke, and even the room had an ever-present smoke smell. Other than that the hotel was ok. I would not stay in this hotel again, because the smoke smell was too much to handle. The magnetic card that opened the door kept losing its ability to unlock the door. A minor inconvenience that was quickly fixed, but still annoying.

My husband and I needed to get away for a few days and Shreveport-Bossier is only an hour away. Our room was so comfortable that we took a nap after we got caught in a rainstorm and needed to return to our room to get dry. The staff is great. They will get you anything that you need. The hotel is close to the Lousiana Boarkwalk, Bass Pro, all the boats […] and casinos and many really good restaurants. Great stay! 더 보기

I booked a room with 2 beds 2 1/2 months ahead of time. When I checked in, I was told they over-booked that room type & they only had rooms with 1 bed and a sofa bed. They said I booked my room last so I got bumped. They said they would send up some extra pillows & a blanket. After a while, I called the front desk to ask when I could expect the pillows […] & blanket and they said there were none available & they must have given them all out. I'm still not sure how you over-book a room type...if you have 20 rooms, you can only book 20 rooms! Their mistake or lack of planning left me unable to make other arrangements due to cancellation fees. I was very dis-satisfied with the experience. 더 보기

The water pressure for the toilet where bad. Twice toilet over-flowed. I am hopeful that they will correct the problem. Customer service was outstanding.
