Everything was wonderful--loved the breakfasts, especially the fresh fruit salads! My only inconveience was that the ice machine on the 2nd floor was broken for my entire 5 night stay--I think they neded to order a part--should have kept some extras on hand!

Overall A+ We loved our vacation and this hotel made it extra special. We did have a problem with our AC but they fixed it ASAP and were great about everything. The breakfast is yummy too!

Bought a room with 1 king bed. Given a room with 2 queen beds and told if reservation was made by Expedia I did not have a choice, but then given the correct room.

lobby staff was very friendly and helpful with freshly baked chocolate chip cookies at check-in.

The amenities were an exceptional value. Staff was courteous, helpful, and friendly. My room, along with the entire hotel was clean and well maintained.

This hotel is great for a short stay -- but only if you request a room that doesn't front on the highway!! I have stayed here twice -- once in a room away from the highway, once on the highway -- and I do mean ON! We were kept away all night with the non-stop noise of passing trucks -- double-glazed windows would be a great investment in customer satisfaction […] ratings! This Hampton was pretty much par for a Hampton--clean, convenient, friendly. Two problems: the front desk staff was not very informed about the area. We asked for directions twice and once were told "I don't know, I'm from Oklahoma!" and "Yeah, you can see it (Target store) from the highway", which was NOT true. Second, the pool was filthy. In all fairness, […] there was a huge storm the night before, and I think their pool cleaner was off on Sunday, but it would have been nice to have that taken care of. Check-in was great but the first night was awful. There was a little league staying there and about 40 little boys running around at all hours. My room over looked the pool and could hear everything. The pool closed at 10pm and there was over 40 kids and their parents there yelling and screaming. After calling to the front desk to complain, the noise […] went on until past midnight. Both mornings the breakfast was a mess due to the kids running and touching everything. Also very cold. We needed up having to leave to go eat breakfast else where. The kids also played with the elevator so much that you were unable to get on one. So we ended up having to take the stairs everytime. Every time I told the front desk, nothing seemed to be handled. I also was suppose to have a gift left in my room so when I checked in it was to be there. It wasnt. So I had to go to the front desk to ask for my gift and they said they didnt have one for me. After a few minutes of me telling them I had one there, one lady finally went to the back to look. She finally found it and handed it to me. Then on our last morning there I noticed my toothbrush, toothpaste and brand new razor was missing out of my room. That was there the when I left at 11 the morning before and didnt return until that evening at midnight. It was to much of a hassle to stay and was not relaxing at all! 더 보기

As we checked in the staff was very accomodating about getting us a ground floor room that we needed. The breakfast each day was very good. We had a couple of minor problems that needed maintenance and they were on it right away.

Always a great stay at a Hampton. Usually like a desk in the room to continue my work while on the road and this room didn't have one. Not a big enough issue to negatively impact a decision to stay here.

Upon checking in I was informed that pool was closed for repairs and had to move to another Hotel. Very frustrating.
