호텔스닷컴 통해서 두번째 숙박. 객실은 오래된 느낌이지만 위치 좋고 규모 큰 전통있는 호텔. 3월 첫째주였는데 방에 히터가 작동하지 않아 첫날은 떨면서 잤고 둘째날은 히터 고쳐준대서 그나마 조금 나았음(그렇지만 공기가 훈훈한 정도는 아니었고 전날에 비교하면 좀 나아졌을뿐) 위치. 가격. 등을 따지면 별3.8 정도 주고싶은 호텔.

subway가 가깝고 객실이 안락하였다. wifi가 유료라 조금 불편했다. 위치도 좋고 newbury st이 가깝고 prudential center에 걸어 다닐수 있어 편했다.

지하철역과 공원이 바로 앞에 있고, 중심 번화가의 중간 지점에 위치하고 있어서 접근성이 좋은 듯 합니다. 다만 객실이 좀 건조하고, 미국이라 그런지 실내화 제공이 안되고, 호텔 조식 가격이 비싸서 아쉬운 점이 있지만, 전반적으로 분위기도 좋고 만족하는 편입니다.

지금까지 이용 호텔중 최악이였습니다. 지하철역과 공원에서 가깝기에 예약을 했습니다. 이게 유일한 장점입니다. 생각보다 일찍 호텔에 도착하여 짐을 맡겼으나 맡길때 팁달라고 하고 찾을때 팁달라고 하고... 방은 언제 청소를 끝냈는지 먼지 투성이였고 욕조는 물이 빠지지 않아서 잠갔다 꼈다를 반복했으며, TV조차 나오지 않아 사람을 불렀더니 문제가 있어서 그런거니 조치 취해주겠다고 하더니 감감 무소식..... 아침엔 8시 40분에 똑똑 2번 그러더니 청소하겠다고 들어오더군요........이것이 사실임을 알리기 위해 저는 8월 1일, 1201호 를 사용했음을 밝힙니다. 정말정말 낡고 서비스 개판이 그런 호텔입니다.

Arlington 역에서 나오면 바로 앞에 있습니다 지도에서 보는 것보다 가까워 절대 헤맬 수 없습니다 객실은 넓고 깨끗하고 쾌적합니다 ~~

방이 남으면 업그레이드도 시켜주고 로비의 직원의 서비스가 아주 좋습니다. 또한 방이 넓고 방 안에 여러 서비스들이 제공되어 있어서 (커피 프레스, 다리미, 여러 수납 등 ) 편합니다. 또 청소하는 아주머니가 오후에 방에 있으면 그냥 수건이나 쓰레기를 치워주시는 등 청결이 좋습니다.하지만 주위에 간단히 먹을 식당이 부족해서 그것이 조금 아쉽습니다만 전반적으로 아주 만족합니다.

The hotel is beautiful with a great bar and friendly staff but my room was HORRIBLE. it only had a full sized bed, the room was smaller than my office space and the heater did not work. They had maintenance come try to fix it, then in the middle of the night it broke again. Not worth the money, never staying their again.

The room was a bit small but the comfortable bed made up for it. Located next to Boston Common and the T green line, this place was perfect for our quick stay. There are several restaurants in the area, some a bit pricey but there is something for everyone. The staff was helpful and with express checkout we were on our way. I requested a 2 bedroom room and I was given a one bedroom room into which a second queen sized bed was squeezed. The position of the beds made it impossible to open the dresser except for the top drawer which could be opened by sitting on or lying on the bed. A long table that might have been a desk and a single chair just made the room more crowded. […] All time spent in the room found us sitting or sleeping on the beds. At first, I couldn't find the closet, but my son found it in the corner near the window. I did like the soap. I checked some other rooms on the floor and each contained a single, queen-sized bed. The hotel had charged my card for the full 4 night stay and there were many graduations (like ours) happening so I couldn't risk changing hotels. I don't believe I'll stay there again although we had stayed there before. Our accommodations on our first visit were very satisfactory. Our room number was 519. My son's first comment was "I don't think this was intended as a guest room. It must have been used for storage." I took photos showing the tight passage between the beds and furniture. The hotel has a great location, a block away from Boston Common. The lobby is beautiful, and the rooms, while small, are also very nice. The bedroom and shower were clean and worked great. The walls are paper thin, so you can hear other guest. Not the whole staff was rude, only every front desk attendant we spoke to. Room was small, cramped, old and run down. Toilet was so close to the wall that you had to sit on it sideways with your feet in the shower. Reminded me of a 3 star hotel in France.

Absolutely lovely hotel....truly beautiful in the structure and "old world" charm. This isn't a fancy room, its a beautiful room. The room was comfortable, but smaller than typical hotel rooms. Its just a testimony to the beautiful hotels of the past where the rooms were warm and inviting. I loved the hotel, would surely stay again.

Convenient location and pleasant staff. Room was TINY! The marble bathroom advertised only had a marble shelf. Coffee enough for two cups we had four in our party. Overall disappointed, especially for the money I paid. I would not stay again.

When booking on the internet, a person should not be able to book a double bed if there are two people. There is absolutely no place to put luggage. It should kick it out indicating that the room is smaller than a european room. Rooms are ok-very old and cleanliness just ok. The location is the best part about this hotel.

As someone said, the rooms are small and wifi internet is free only in the lobby, when internet is on, which only happened in the first morning. Computer system crashed when I got there and created a horrible customer service nightmare! Hotel management refused to accommodate customers for the extreme inconvenience. Also, the business center's Internet crashed as well, so I couldn't check in for my flight. Horrible experience for me, the location is great, though.

location was great, hotel is massive. we booked a room with a full size bed; our mistake. the whole room was teeny tiny. bathroom so small one person could barely turn around. Our shower wouldn't turn off.

The room I stayed was a petti double and hardly found any space to move around. The bathroom was too small, the shower room was about 3ft x 3ft! Service staff, other than the front desk was not polite. Other than being closer to the Metro green line Arlington st., nothing good about the hotel to report.
