Mattress could have been softer than a piece of plywood, otherwise, very satisfied

They checked us out from the room a day earlier, So when we came to the room around noon all our stuff was gone ,after involving the police we found most of our stuff in the dumpster !!!!, It was a heck of experience ,I won't go there again !!

Was a nice simple stay. Everyone was friendly and the room was clean.

I was in town for a work conference, and just needed a place to sleep and shower. The hotel itself seemed nice. However, the room was in need of some repair. The wall socket next to the bed was literally falling out of the wall. Once I plugged in my phone, I could not move it because the plug would not stay in. The faucet at the sink was also not really […] attached to the counter. And the thermostat could use a 2012 upgrade. Very 70's, and wasn't even sure if I was turning the heat on or not. Good price nice stay.

We had to lug our luggage up to the second floor - no elevator. There was a metal plate near the light switch with sharp points that I hurt my hand on. i hurt my hand on.

THe walls are very thin. You could hear other guest in the hallway and the room next to us being very loud.

Bed was clean. BUT it was stated to be a non-smoking room and the room smelled of stale smoke. Strangest thing is that it was strongest in the bathroom. The alarm clock was gross with ketchup on it so I cleaned it in order to use it. To me, no matter what you pay, the room MUST be clean!

There were burn marks on the bed, torn dust cover, shower head poorly located and barely attached to the wall. This hotel should be updated and better quality for your money.

Very nice room for the money. Only problem was the night manager when we arrived was allowing three people that looked homeless to sit in front of the entrance drinking beer. When I said something she shrugged it off by saying if gthey were staying at the hotel there was nothing she could do. Great location, near the highway and huge and bountiful shopping area as well as close to Grand Rapids. It takes only 15 minutes to get to downtown. The room was clean and very comfortable, with free wi-fi and breakfast. Great value for the price! The door wasn't very helpful in muffling the noise from the hallway, I could hear people walking and talking […] as they were passing by the room. But for the price you just can't beat this place. This hotel is positioned about 10 minutes from downtown GR. For the price, no major complaints. If you are passing thru and need a room for one night, not bad at all. Downtown GR is a really nice town too...

For the money it was a good buy.

Close to local major attractions. We had initial trouble with the room first given to us, but the hotel staff quickly reassigned us another room when they found out we had trouble with the air conditioner. One alert staff member also commented that that specific room should not have been given out, due to the trouble with the air conditioner, as per […] the note they had previously written. Our new room on the second floor was clean, comfortable and had a working a/c unit, very important in the summertime! Breakfast was satisfying...cereal, toast/bagels, coffee, juice..just like at home. The fitness room, though compact in size, offered enough equipment to meet our fitness needs. I'd recommend this hotel to others looking to keep the budget down, but have a clean place to stay! 더 보기

My plane was 3 hours late arriving in GR, I arrived at the motel after 1 a.m. I was very glad they had held my room and that it was so easy to find from the airport. It was very clean, quiet and mostly refurbished. No problems at all. The breakfast was a standard continental that I did not partake in.

The hotel staff wasn't overly pleasant, but for the price and location of this hotel, I was satisfied.

In most ways, the motel was everything we needed. Inexpensive and close to the campus for the graduation we were attending. The room was clean, but it smelled like old stale cigarettes. The room was freshly painted, I think, and although the carpet, etc. was in good shape, it retained the smells of "back when people smoked in motel rooms". Yuck!!!! […] We went to the store and bought some air freshener spray and doused the rooms (2). We were there for two days, so we just kept spraying. It wasn't the end of the world, but it was a shame because the staff really did keep the place clean - towel, bedding, etc. 더 보기

Came into town to see concert at Devos Performance Hall (Jeff Beck)! The Hotel was centrally located, front desk staff was extremely helpful and pleasant, allowing a late check out due to our circumstances. Room was well furnished. Close to airport. Offered nice breakfast. Bed was not very comfortable and there were only 2 small pillows.

This motel is JUST off the freeway (watch closely its off a side street), tons of stores & restaurants surrouding this location. Everything was clean, NO stench to the air. The rooms were clean & comfortable. It has vending & ice machine(s) all were working. The only negative comment I have is that the WALLS ARE THIN......was ENJOYING ourselves, laughing […] & talking loudly, another guest complained to the front desk. 더 보기

This was our second time staying at this location. You offer a very quiet and clean hotel at a great prices. It helps that it is on the main street close to everything - restaurants and shopping malls. Would stay there again!

Clean. Priced right.

This hotel is very old and needs a major overhaul. Carpet was filthy, heat was not turned on. We had to manually turn it on. Bed was very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs through the mattress.

The hotel room is set up very poorly! As soon as you walk in the hanging clothes rack is right there! My husband ran right into the clothes rack leaving a big knot on his head. When the front desk heard about it, their comment was "Our rooms do have a very poor set up". Then why are the rooms still set up that way?

They have gone non-smoking for the entire hotel -- GREAT! BUT!!!!! Until they remove all of the carpeting/drapes/bedspreads/etc. they're going to have a problem. My room STUNK terribly! Like stale cigarette smoke and "old man pants" Yuck! I went down to complain and ask for an ionizer -- the gal could only give me what was left in a can of Febreze -- […] not alot, but it did help a bit. I ended up keeping only what I needed for the night in the room, closing my clothes for the next day in the bathroom (oh, and the towel rack fell off the wall!) and removing my suitcase/contents to the car to avoid the smell infiltrating and ruining it for my trip! I left @ 4:30 am -- so of course no manager available. Asked for them to call on Wed, Sept 8th as I wasn't going to be in state -- have not heard from them yet :-{ 더 보기

Everything was excellent except the pant/skirt hangers were both broken.

At check in they where so very friendly. The room was quiet, clean,safe, like new. Close to everything. The Breakfast was outstanding. I travel the World on business and this hotel was First Class. Clean, Friendly, Safe, Family Friendly.
