No problems, although the grout around the tub was cracked and peeling. No biggie. Breakfast was great. Waffle maker, scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy, fruit, cold cereal pastries and expected drinks. Would have been nice if there had been a meat such as sausage or bacon, but no points deducted for lack of meat selection.

Overall stay was comfortable. The pool needed cleaning. Staff was friendly.

Super clean with a wonderful staff.

We had a great time, 5 nights myself, hubby and 2 kiddos - 4 and 1 yrs. The manager, front desk staff and housekeeping were all wonderful. Breakfast was the standard Hampton breakfast, very nice and the rooms were clean. Thanks !

Older Hampton Inn so rooms are small but neat with upgraded decor. The staff is especially friendly and helpful.

Without question, this was the most pleasant stay I've ever enjoyed in a hotel. The staff there (I met Ruth and Kyle) set the gold standard for friendliness and prompt, courteous service. You can actually smell the laundered cleanliness of the sheets and towels. The pillows are so comfortable I wanted to buy some to take home! From the cars in the parking […] lot, the hotel had several guests, but I never heard a sound in my room--slept like a baby! And the breakfast buffet is the nicest I've ever experienced. If you like oatmeal, try the fresh-made oatmeal with the selection of delicious, nutritious add-ins. Aaaaah! Normally my budget keeps me out of Hampton Inns--I had forgotten how nice they are. Everything is superior to the budget hotels I usually stay in. The facility is clean and new and nice. The pillows were AMAZING; I hit the snooze button just to experience the pillows for a few more minutes! Sheets were soft and smelled clean; ditto for the towels--soft […] and absorbent and clean-smelling. I've never been in a hotel which served fresh-made oatmeal instead of prepackaged microwaveable. And if that wasn't enough, there were fresh raisns and crushed nuts for seasoning. Conveneient location. I'd stay here any time, for any reason. The staff were most accomodating and cordial. We had no trouble finding the place and parking was ample. The only thing we wished we had in our room was a refrigerator. That would have been most helpfull. Other than that everything was great, close to the beach and resturaunts.

Some how my hair comb was misplaced in my room. I asked the front deck if they had one for purchase. She said no but she gave me a small new temporary comb. Later that night after returning from dinner, a full size comb was tucked under the door. Great customer service!

We were warmly welcome. Freshly baked cookies were delicious. Good location. Many restaurants nearby. Very good value for money.

Negatives - Shower was awful, rusty and dripped continuously. The "fresh-cooked cookies" weren't. They lost our booking change, and were not polite about it - until we showed our HHilton honors card! Finally the breakfast was hot but the omelette looked plastic and the waffle maker was not refilled. No berries or whipped cream, coffee was cold. Upon arriving late and getting a room with a fridge, we discovered the TV didn't work and the room had an unpleasant odor so the front desk moved us immediately. The next room had no issues and we were very pleased with our stay - especially the breakfast served. We were there 4 nights and every morning the hot items were different - nice variety! The staff went way out of their way to compensate for the condition of their hotel. If it wasn't for them, the hotel would get a horrible rating from me. The rooms smelled like poop. Literally. The carpets were damp and smelled like mold. There was no water for half of my stay. This hotel was so enjoyable! The manager and staff were wonderful and I felt so happy to be there after traveling and working for two days. friendly staff, comfortable bed.. affordable rates.

Hotel was in a very convenient area close to beachs, shopping & all type of dining areas. An extra trest was the complimentary breakfast bar to start the day, & not just cold items but eggs, bacon, waffles really very nice in every way from room to service to breakfast.

Hampton rooms always seem bright and cheery.

Better than expected. Breakfast, service and overall experience well above what price would indicate.

The hotel was conveniently located at US41 and Bonita Springs drive. There was lots of places for dinner near by. The weather was not warm enough to use the pool but where it was located was not very private. My wife and like to use the fitness center each morning and found the equipment easy to use and had a television to help the exercise go quicker. […] The room was nice but was disappointed that the heater/air conditioner did not have a constant on fan setting. It would turn off and on all night which made it hard to fall asleep. Also since the fan would not stay on all of the time the outside noise of the road could be heard. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choice from cold cereal and toast to waffles, eggs and sausage. This was included in the cost of the room. 더 보기

Our stay was quite satisfactory. We checked in late due to a late arrival and our room was ready with no hassles. The breakfast for more than satisfactory and quite filling. The staff were very friendly and the manager was always moving around at breakfast, cleaning up and greeting guests. We'll definitely stay here again. We particularly enjoyed watching […] the birds, turtles and fish out the window at breakfast each morning. My only suggestion would be for the hotel to provide two toasters or at least update their current toaster. It took so long to toast a slice of bread, there was often a line to use the toaster. 더 보기

Traveled to S Florida for November lacrosse tournament in Naples. Breakfast bar had wide selection. All staff greeted guests with a smile and welcome. Hotel was convenient to beaches, shopping and restraunts. Don't miss Iguana Mia Bonita. Great mexican fare across highway from hotel.

The lobby was very nice as was the breakfast area. We stayed for 6 nights and everyday we returned to our room the housekeeping always had it restocked and ready for us and our 2 small children. They also washed our daughters soiled blanket with no questions. Everyone was eager to help and make our stay comfortable.
