Hotels,com에서 예약하였음. 아침식사를 제공한다고 하였으나 제공되지 않았음. 호텔안 Pub에서 아침식사를 매식할 수 있으나 권하지 않음. 주위에 맥도날드, 버거킹, 던킨도너츠, 퀴즈노썹 등 아침식사를 할 수 있는 곳이 많음. 호텔이 크고 위치가 좋으나 오래되었음.

The hotel lobby was very clean and good staff. The room pictures on the website was not the same kind of room we had. There were stains all over the carpet, bathroom was so dark when you took a shower and the heater made a horrible knocking noise. Great hotel when you get a sale price but if you pay full price I would keep looking.

I was very pleased with the entire experience. From the front desk, to the room service, pool area, room, and shuttle service to and from the airport, each and every person was very friendly and helpful. I will stay again!!

A little down on its luck. Paper thin walls. Didn't seem up to what one expects from a Wyndham.

It was a nice stay. Not a super high end luxury hotel if thats what your looking for. But it was clean and comfortable.

The hotel had an awful odor especially in the halls!!! It smelled like a retirement home. Very outdated decor, wallpaper, carpet & TV in the rm dated & reception was poor. My husband said several times, "this hotel time has forgotten"!! How this hotel has a 3 star rating is a joke. We won't stay there again or recommend it. What can you expect? It's a hotel right next to the airport in MILWAUKEE. so, can't really get your hopes up. Then again, why does the air conditioning not work? And why does the room look like something from "No Country for Old Men"? Anyway, location is great, but CMON. oh well, it was only for one night.

Like Always Enjoyed Stay

Everything was just perfect. Abeautiful place. Good food, drinks. Cleanliness was exceptional. All staff was friendly, cheerful and helpful. A definate A++++++++++++

I enjoyed the hotel, a little out dated yet it was clean. Was disappointed there was no hot tub.

Check in was fine, Pub had terrible service.

The only con for this location was the bathroom; we had very poor water pressure in the shower.

Good and efficient front desk service

It's sad how the hotel has aged over the last couple decades. Renovation is needed, but they are pretty clean and comfortable. Older hotel, but for the cost, it's fair. Pleasant staff. Inconvenient entry ways. The parking lot needs some TLC too. The pool is old but fine, however a bathroom should be located much closer than it is!

Would definitely stay here again. Front desk staff was very helpful. Check in and check out were very, very fast. The hotel room was very clean. Some features were a bit dated (older shower head, sink faucet, closet doors), but all features were fully functional and worked well. The only issue I had was small and was fixed very quickly. I had left the […] "change our sheets" card on the bed one morning before leaving. They needed to be changed because there was a small stain on one of the pillowcases (looked like makeup). Upon returning, I noticed the sheets hadn't been changed because the stained pillowcase was still on the bed. I went to the front desk, explained the problem, and housekeeping came to the room and changed the sheets within minutes. Overall, my stay was excellent and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. 더 보기

We had just come in From CA for a college tour to MSOE. We arrived late so I just wanted a close hotel and a bed to sleep in. First of all they were having a convention for tavern owners. Need I say more. Drunk loud people everywhere. Once in our room average, nothing special. We heard a loud banging against the wall. Thinking it might be some headboard […] action from the room next door we waited. Well over an hour and a half went by we called the desk, it was the rattleing of pipes in the wall. Our room was changed to the bottom level next to the party people who did not want to call it quits. They lingered in the halway for over an hour. We finally went to sleet at 2:30 and had a very short night rest. The did give us breakfast vouchers to a nice buffett. When we checked in the desk man tried to charge us for parking our rental car for one night. Then when we checked out they tried to charge us again for roomservice for the last 3 days and the parking again. Nice man but he needs a new job. We stayed at the best Western on the way back and had a much nicer stay. Although the quality of the food was much better at the Wyndham. (It needs serious renovations. 더 보기

Staff was incredible. Hotel was clean in all aspects, could use some updating. The surrounding area is rough, make sure to lock your cars, take GPS/Satellite radios/ off dash, and leave no valuables in clear site. I would stay here again.

Everything wad great except we ordered a movie and it was 16.99 for one movie! NEVER AGAIN

Have stayed here before and had a great experience, but this time we were in building 5, in which our room was seriously outdated. Everything was clean and all...just felt a little motel-y, which I don't expect at a Westin. Also, there are no on-site beverage vending machines.

Wish I could have stayed longer; the pirce was excelent fo the quality of the hotel.

This hotel was great - close to airport with shuttle service. My only issue was the room temp was warmer than I wanted, had to shut fan off completely and open window. Other than that this was a great place!

Hotel was close to Highway, but not the most conveinent entrance to find. Parking lot rough and not well maintained. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. We were a couple hours early for check in and we were able to get in our room right away. The room was nice and beds comfy. Nice shower, but no fan in the bathroom( for helping with steam […] from shower or for smells of course). The TV was horrible, fuzzy picture and couldn't get to the menu to adjust the picture. Ended up watching movies and shows on my laptop, thanks to free Wi-Fi. They have a nice indoor pool, but make sure to wear some flip flops or sandals, very slippery floor and no grips or ridges on steps when entering pool almost slipped and fell in. So be precautious. Also no whirlpool/hot tub or sauna. All in all for one night stay, nice and would recommend. 더 보기

This is a perfectly adequate airport hotel for a short stay. I was upgraded to a larger room with a king bed but the heater didn't work. Unfortunately, I couldn't wait for the repairman to come because my flight was very early the next day so I tolerated it. I would have graded the place higher if the heater was working.

very friendly helpful staff....I only have 3 rules when traveling...1. remote works- 2. clean room- 3. remote works. Well, it didn't and the room was very musty smelling....in there defense, I didn't bother asking them to resolve these issues...sure they would have.
