The service, and the hotel was absolutely wonderful. the friendliness of the staff was superior. The room was spacious and inviting. the only tiny concern was the fact that we couldn't adjust the temperature of the room. I originally thought that coco key was only a mile away, however, It turned out to be about 6-7 miles away. Everything about this hotel was great. The one exception is with the design of the rooms. Having the bathroom area (sans shower and toilet) within the bedroom makes it extremely difficult for two people, who awake at different times, to freshen up without disturbing the late riser. Again, this is a 'design' issue, not at all related to the hotel management […] and staff. Also, Georgia (the parrot) is a terrific diversion. Nice Touch! 더 보기

Great stay for a Kings Island visit. Nice atmosphere, close to Kings Island and DoubleTree quality. Very happy with this choice.

We took two 8 year olds to King's Island and The Beach. We seemed to have a lot of issues with rowdy teenagers at the pool (whom we requested the hotel have removed due to acting like animals and swearing around our young children and others). We also noticed the side entry doors were not locked with key entry the first day/night. Both nights we had […] a loud partying crowd across the hall with screaming babies/kids and doors slamming. The hotel did address these things right away and I'm not sure if we just had bad luck or what, but maybe they should do more to patrol the areas (??) Otherwise nice and restaurant food was expensince but very good and nice to be able to just walk down the hall after a long day out and about. 더 보기

We arrived after a 2.5 hour drive in heavy, heavy rain and were tired and tense. We had stayed at this hotel previously and thought it nice but had never really realized there was a restaurant there. We just did not want to go back out into the rain so we chose to eat dinner there. We even received a coupon for 10% off a meal there. We were not expecting […] a great meal and when we returned to the lobby after leaving bags in our room there was no one in the restaurant and no one there to seat us. After a worrisome start, finding someone to seat us we ordered a margarita. The young woman who seated us went to make the margaritas and we were not hopefull. However, it turned out to be one of the best margaritas I have ever tasted. Then we ordered dinner. The house salad was delicious, large, with a lovely light dressing. It was a meal in itself. Then I had the combo lobster and crab cake appetizer, as a meal. The crab cake was good the lobster cake was simply divine. Best I have ever had. We had ordered sides of garlic mashed potatoes and creamed spinach. The potatoes were standard, they were real potatoes so were good but it is hard to mess us those. However, the creamed spinach was one of the best things I have ever tasted. It was very light, fresh, not heavy like most. I could live a lifetime eating that alone and be completely satisfied! We had some Graeter's ice cream for dessert and were just so pleased that after a harrowing trip we had such an expectedly wonderful dinner. Many thanks to the chef and the staff for everything. The room was FABULOUS. Very comfortable and spacious. Highly recommend this hotel. We had room service for dinner and the food was as good as the hotel itself. Thank YOu Hotels.com, it was the perfect weekend getaway!

Our stay in the hotel was wonderful. We only stayed 1 night, but it was excellent! The concierge greeting you at check-in were very friendly. We even received a couple of warm baked cookies....this is going above and beyond. I would highly recommend this hotel to others looking for high quality lodging.

The hotel itself was very nice. Fresh cookies were given at the time of check in! Room was in great shape, clean. We had a suite with a pull out couch, and 2 queen beds and got what we paid for. I would stay here again.

Everything was great as far as the room and comfort. The location was nice and the staff was verey friendly. I only have one complaint. I reserved three rooms Eight months in advance. The rooms were supposed to be smoking rooms but when we got there we were told they didn't have any smoking rooms available. They had given our rooms to somebody else […] and we were stuck on the third floor in non-smoking rooms. If they are going to just give away your room what is the point in the reservation? 더 보기

Nice kitchenette, but wished that it had a sink too. Otherwise, very confortable room. Having two TV's in the room was great. King beds and pull-out bed very confortable. Kids loved the room. Wished they had breakfast buffet.

Very helpful staff, responded to every need. Very convenient to Mason, Ohio area, including just a short drive to Kings Island. We stayed at the same time that 2 baseball teams were in the hotel (who were both talking/running in the hall late at night), but the staff quieted the teams in due time and even gave us additional cookies, a movie, and dessert/drink […] free to make amends for the noise. We were so impressed! Really comfortable beds and nice exercise room with a stationary bike, 2 treadmills, many dumbells, and an elliptical machine. 더 보기
