I really enjoyed my stay except for the first night the elevator alarm sounded and we could not use the elevator. Myself and my husband had to walk up five flights of stairs after eating dinner, and get dressed to walk back down five flights of stairs. Great location for an easy ride to clearwater and downtown tampa. My son loved to watch the dolphins jumping from our room.

The wireless internet plan sucks. You have to pay $10.00 per day. I was there for four days. My home internet service is way cheaper monthly.

had the best stay ever at this hotel,will stay a the double tree again thank's for a wonderfull three days.

Room was very clean and confortable. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Did not use any of the hotel amenities, but the pool was very nice and overlooked the bay; the fitness center was well kept and the restaurant looked fine.

Was easy to get to. Was located with in minutes of local attractions. Very well kept up and clean. Hotel personel were very friendly and helpful. The only negative aspect that we had was the fact that there wasn't free internet wi-fi service available. For the price that is paid for the rooms we felt free internet wi-fi could be included and not to […] have to pay a daily amount for each computer device. The staff was excellent, service was great. The Bartender was very nice and informative. I would return and highly recommend this hotel. The only thing that bother me was that I notice the bathtub caulking needs to be redone, someone should've pick up on that. You won't go wrong with these guys.

we had a lovely stay with nice views over bay, but considering there were four people in our large room there were only 2 teabags, 2 milks, 2 coffees, 2 cups and only enough toiletries for 2! very clean and comfortable though. Desk staff very friendly and helpful.

The aircondition in the the suite makes a lot of noise to the point it's hard to sleep at night. Called the front desk and report the condition of the air condition and they said they will send the maintenance man to fix it. we left after four night and the aircondintion still very noisy The food and the service in the resturant were excellent.

We were very satisfied, we will stay there again.

Very spacious rooms and helpful staff.

Cookies were good. Employees at the desk were making fun of a customer because he did not have enough money to pay for the night, and this was done in front of me before I even checked inn. Save your money on the bay view because it just wasn't even though I paid for one. A boat dock is hardly a bay view. And the overall quality.... Older motel fixed […] up to look like a new one but just done poorly. Rooms were nice but the fairfield to me was much much nicer especially for the price. Our stay was uneventful and allowed us to visit all the sites we planned but I would not stay here again. I think the people that worked there were great but the hotel is very old and has not had a major renovation in a while. The rooms were smaller that expected and the partition between the bedroom and the sleeper soft was a bifold screen type door. […] Left very little in terms of privacy. we had a late flight arrival so staying overnight before moving on to our final location for our vacation week was great. the hotel location was perfect...near the airport but no airport noise. Only drawback was when we arrived there was no where to get a late snack. Pizza delivery we were told was to late. We were given warm smashed melted cookies […] but it worked. My luggage didnt arrive with me..a small bag with toothbrush would have been nice but not offered. to wake up with a view of the bay was a delight to start the day. overall a nice leisure hotel to start...BTW the breakfast offered had healthy options which was a plus 더 보기

Nice hotel. Not in the downtown area of Tampa. Fine for me and two teenagers.

Even though this seemed like an older hotel it was clean and in good condition. Our room was nice even though we had a view of a parking lot of a commercial business next doorl We were on the first floor. It seemed wierd to me that there were no balconies in this hotel since the view of the bay from the other side was stunning. there was a wedding on […] saturday so it was very noisy that night. Some kind of spring so the doors wouldn't slam all night would have been nice. Good location and nice eats and drinks nearby. Wouldn't recommend the hotel bar....way overpriced! 더 보기

easy to get to all the ballparks plus its in a really nice area. Ricardo the front desk clerk very helpful

We came in for a wedding two days before the event. The entire hotel was unreasonably warm, which made it really uncomfortable for the bride and bridesmaids with own long gowns. We had the air turned as low as it would go, it just wouldn't cool down. The hallways as well. We had other family members staying at the Hampton Suites down the road and their […] room was just as nice and the little extras at that hotel, made us regret our decision to stay at the double tree. 더 보기

The staff here have no regard for customer service. The cleaning crew is lazy (there were dirty pantyhose left from the guest before me still in my room). The welcome card in the room had another guests name on it and they said "don't worry about the name" when I asked if I was in the right room - which wasn't the room I booked (queens vs. king). We were only in Tampa for one night but we enjoyed the hotel. We were greeted by a very nice staff and warm cookies! The beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet. Had a nice exercise room although we did not have time to use it. Several very nice restaurants are located nearby. Hotel is situated along the Tampa bay with very nice views. Great Hotel-Reception staff very accommodating,friendly and polite. It was no trouble for them to store our luggage when we arrived far too early for check in and also on day of departure we had 7 hours before our flight and again no trouble storing our luggage. The suites are spacious with sink, microwave, fridge and coffee machine and granite tops, […] large table with two chairs and an ergonomical chair for computer work. There is a sofa that doubles into a bed and TV. Seperate king size bedroom with T.V. and shuttered doors for privacy and also a bathroom. The views from the suite windows onto Tampa Bay with the dolphins swimming back and for was an awesome sight. There was a wedding on the Saturday night and our suite was above the wedding marque, the music and DJ were very loud and when we enquired when it would stop, reception told us 11.00pm and it stopped exactly on time. The hotel is convenient for Tampa International Airport which is a 5 minute drive and the International Plaza Mall is a 10 minute drive. The beaches at Clearwater take about half an hour and St.Petes Beach about 50 minutes.We will definitely be staying here again-A GREAT FIND. 더 보기

This hotel set up was wonderfully for families. The two rooms are spacious and set up perfectly. The kitchenette includes a mini fridge, microwave, and generous counter top area. The view of the bay was lovely and the staff was very helpful. The only negatives - many of the ice machines were broken and the music from a wedding on Saturday night played […] loudly until 11 pm. Everything went well. I didn't eat here so I can't comment on that but my room was very nice and good view too. Friendly service at front desk and I also liked the pool. Only complaint, and it's minor, is that changing the channels on both room TVs with the remote was slow and difficult. I told you it was minor. We took a quick overnight to celebrate our anniversary. When the hotel found out that is why we were there, they left us a beautiful plate of chocolate covered strawberries, a 2 glass bottle of champagne and a lovely note. I stayed overnight as I was going on a cruise the next day. The scenery was very nice, right on the Bay. I needed some stuff for my cruise so the shuttle service was free to the mall where I found everything I needed. Shuttle service from Airport to the hotel was easy and free also. The room was very spacious, the bathroom very clean, everything worked. […] The king bed was soft but not as soft as I prefer, but I'm used to a water bed. I had to pay for a shuttle to the cruise line but it was a reasonable rate and the hotel staff called and arranged it for me. I ate in the hotel restaurant for breakfast and the food was very good, the service was excellent...extremely attentive waiter! The pool was heated so you can swim year-round...very nice view there onto the Bay. I would stay here again. 더 보기
