Driving into Lille we saw tall office buildings, giving the ominous impression that Lille was exclusively a commercial hub. We then got to the hotel and our room wasn't the size I'd expected from the photos, so another let down. From there on out though our trip turned around and we had a great time. The hotel is close to most of the old town, so […] you can walk to the boutique shops, and the many restaurants and pubs, based in the old town, with its cobbled streets and pretty buildings. We didn't spend much time in our room, because of the attractions in town. There was enough to do, especially with the Christmas market on the go. In the mornings the breakfast was adequate, with a choice of continental and / or some slightly scorched scrambled egg and bacon. Happily the service was good and we felt looked after. I would recommend Lille and the hotel for a short stay. I think we timed it about perfectly at two days. 더 보기

For me what sets this hotel apart is the quality of the staff. They went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and were on hand everytime to see to it that I was comfortable throughout. The next time I go to LillE, I am definitely staying there.

Everybody was always smiling and very helpful. I would go back anytime. The hotel was close to everything, restaurants, cafés, train station. My room? I did not want to leave it. The day I left, they kept my luggage for 5 hours. A great experience for me.

We've stayed here before, and will again. Easy stroll from the central plazas, and a short walk from the rail station.

Bonnes impressions en générale . A notre arrivée vers 11h45 , réceptionniste très agréable en nous fournissant de bons conseils sur la vieille ville , chambre déjà prête . Bon emplacement avec parking de la ville à proximité .Bon petit-dejeuner . Restaurant non testé .

Goed ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel. De kamers zijn echter erg krap en sjofel maar alles zit er wel in (kk, waterkoker). Het hotel schreeuwt om een renovatie. De locatie is wel erg goed. Midden in het historische centrum van Rijsel.

Mercure Lille Centre Opera - doskonała lokalizacja, cisza pozwalająca na spokojny sen, sympatyczny wystrój retro.

Un personnel très agréable, et un excellent petit déjeuner (mais 15-16€, c'est le prix d'un vrai repas !). Par contre, la chambre était plutôt défraîchie : elle ne vaut pas les 3 étoiles de l'établissement, mais plutôt 2 étoiles. La climatisation est bruyante sauf au minimum, et ne remplit pas son office (impossible d'obtenir une chambre fraîche pour […] mieux dormir). 더 보기

Trés bien situé dans le centre de la ville, juste derriere l'Opera, mais flanqué sur deux cotés par les cafés qui restent ouverts trés tard en eté, avec les terraces plein du monde et beaucoup du bruit. L'insonorisation est bonne, mais pas parfait, donc difficile d'endormir avant 3h.

Idéalement situé. Très belle chambre, avec une magnifique vue sur le beffroi. A 2 minutes de la Grand Place, mais sans le bruit. Deux regrets : pas de parking dédié mais celui de l'opéra est parfait et un petit ascenseur.

Accueil et services impeccables mais chambre trop petite et ancienne, salle de bains qui se transforme rapidement en piscine. Très moyen pour un Mercure. L'emplacement en plein centre reste le point fort de l'hôtel.
