The room is rather small, but comfortable. The location of the Hotel is excellent, just some meters away from the underground. Breakfast was not included , but it is very good as well. Oxford St and many good restaurants are near by. The price is convenient as London Hotels are pretty expensive. I requested a twin room for myself and my sister and was given a King size room. The room was supposedly an "upgrade" in size to compensate us for not getting the two single beds we requested, yet It was the smallest room I have ever stayed in, in London. There was no plug near the mirror in the room which made drying our hair the next day very difficult. […] I would never stay here again, despite the convenience of its location. No room temperature controls meant climbing on a chair to open the windows in order to cool the stuffy room. Our windows were at roof level where work was being done and so open windows meant no security and no quiet from city noise. All of the electrical outlets were fixed on the desk, so no night stand devices like iPhones or travel alarms could be […] used. There were no lamps in the room other than the ceiling spot lamps which were very bright if a companion tried to sleep in. We had a set of 3 irregular steps between the bedroom and bath and no way to see them in the dark. We both tripped or fell on them. The hair dryer was fixed at the desk... no mirror there... useless. The slider lock on the door was broken off and the dead bolt was difficult to open, almost had to call for help... scary if a fire broke out. 더 보기

Hotel was in a good location, the restaurant food was great, the room was adequate although was noisy through the night, could hear bin collections and delieveries throughout the night.

I am very happy with my stay in this hotel. It is about 10 steps to warren station , and a bus stop is right outside the hotel. Across the hotel is a big supermarket that is open 24 hours. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in London at the Radisson. The included breakfast was from what I understand traditional for the UK but did include cereals as well. We ate in the restaurant and were not fans. There are two markets near by which are convenient for waters, sandwiches and snacks. There is a train stop next door to the hotel […] which is convenient. But we never used this location, we used one about a block and a half away which was a more central line (Euston). I would recommend eating in another less expensive location nearby the hotel but overall I highly recommend The Radisson Edwardian Grafton Hotel!! 더 보기

Overall great service and room conditions. Food from Hotel was poor quality.

Had a lovely weekend here recently,very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel in good location and close to tube station and bus stops.

I cannot say enough good things about the staff at the Radisson Edwardian Grafton. Our on line booking site made a major mistake in the reservation. The REG front desk staff worked through the problem, was able to fix the problem, upgraded us and treated us like royalty on a weekend they were swamped. We were so impressed because the mistake wasn't […] theirs but they owned it and made sure we were happy. Our room was beautiful and the hotel is so close to two Tube stops, a Pret a Manger, a Cafe Nero and lots of other great things. My daughters and I had a great experience and a little luxury weekend and I will stay there again. 더 보기

Friendly hotel with good location!

This is a fantastic hotel. I couldn't believe how beautiful my room was. It was in the second building of the hotel, so there was an interior bridge to cross, but the modern feel and space was a huge bonus for the price. One of the attractions when booking online was the proximity to Euston Rail station. Within 15 minutes of stepping off the train we were checking in. As infrequent visitors to London, we didn't know what to expect from the area but we were pleasantly surprised by Tottenham Court Rd - plenty of pubs, bars, cafes and restaurants within easy reach. It […] was also easy to reach other areas such as West End, Soho, Bloomsbury as well as Camden. The hotel was clean and tidy. The only negatives in the room were:- -window in on the hotel where workmen were tinkering with something. No problem but it lacked a little privacy. -fridge could have been a bit cooler -no biscuits! These are minor gripes and wouldn't prevent us staying here again and would recommend it to other couples who want a well-located base from which to explore London, even better if you use Euston as your entry point. 더 보기

Everything excellent except Wifi seemed to be rather intermittent. Fridge in room (not minibar) was a nice touch.

The hotel was lovely. Very clean and staff at reception were very pleasant and helpful. The bar staff were not so friendly though which was a pity as the prives are high. We didnt let this put us off though and we would go back.

we were very happy with the service and maintenance of the hotel. also the nearest underground was warren street which is on the northern line (black line) that took you to most of the major sights in London. if you are planning on booking a hotel in London definitely book this hotel!!

not much more to say really - a well maintained, clean, nicely decorated and appointed room and hotel but the bedroom was the size of a double bed plus about 75cm all round, and the bathroom was definitely only designed for single occupancy. fine for one night, but might be a struggle for longer stays.

This is a great hotel, clean great service and close to the west end. Only a short stay but will be returning. If I had to have a negative for this hotel it would be our room was a low floor at the front of the hotel, which was a little noisy with the traffic. Otherwise a great hotel

We had a very nice stay. The staff was very friendly. The rooms are not the biggest and after have read that the standard rooms are small we chose a delux room and that was a good choice. As some write the standard rooms are very small, the deluxe rooms are not much bigger but it gives you the extra space you need and it is worth it. We had a room to […] the street and yes you can hear the traffic but it is not so bad, they have double windows so i had no problem with it. I heared people walk outside the door more! The location is perfect, 10-15 min walk to oxford street. Underground is 15 meters away, the bus stops right outside the entreance. The deluxe room has a bathtub, refrigerator, robes, iron and they polish your shoes free. I recomend this hotel! 더 보기

A great hotel with excellent service, would highly reccomend short walk from oxford st.

Staff friendly and helpful, room of good size although our windows had been glazed and faced a brick wall - if the view matters to you it would probably be worth asking in advance. Excellent location right beside tube station. Breakfast a bit pricey but lots of nice cafes and bakeries in walking distance. Would recommend to others.

The Grafton is definitely 4 star in all facets from the decor to the chill out bar to the service at the front desk. The only let down for our stay is that the bed was too hard for our liking and the pay per view movie system was out of order but we were comped free drinks in the bar to make up for it. The locations is great, half block from a tube station with Camden Market or Oxford Street only a couple of stops away, and there are a couple of pubs and plenty of good places to eat on the cheap nearby. Radisson hotels never fail to deliver. High quality, decadent and consistent. If you like elegant surroundings and good service then youve come to the right place at the Grafton. The staff were outstanding and the service was swift and responsive. As a business women, my needs are very simple. Yes, there was an aircon system which raised the temperature, but generally it was not a cozy stay 2) Light pollution. The drapes at the window were very stylish but unfortunately let in lots of street lighting - Was very difficult to fall asleep 3) Ambience. Great room with added extras however the only ligting was full-beam ceiling spot lights. It could have really done with a table or bedside lamp. Perhaps Im being picky, but when youre awy from home all week, you dont want scatter cushions and trendy fittings.. you want to be warm, comfortable and relaxed. We stayed in this hotel just after Christmas to show our teenage boys a bit of London. Good location, Underground very close by. Hotel staff very helpful when we wanted to change one double into a twin room for the boys. Rooms very clean, could be a bit upgraded to go with the style of lobby and restaurant. Overall would stay here again.

Loved our stay at the Radisson Edwardian Grafton - customer service was excellent and we got an upgrade on our room for my husbands 40th birthday. The rooms were very clean and really very nice. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a hotel in London.

Better than average "4 star" London hotel, in that it has been recently redecorated. Room was comfortable albeit on the small side, and the bath room was tiny. I'm not very big but could barely get between the sink and toilet. My room faced Tottenham Court Road and despite being relatively high up was still rather noisy. Room was too warm without the […] a/c on, even in January, but the a/c was noisy. Despite all that, as these are fairly standard issues for hotels of this type in central London, it was a perfectly adequate place to stay for one night and very convenient being adjacent to Warren St Tube and close to the restaurants in Charlotte St. 더 보기

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I go to London often and stay at one or another of these 'type' of hotels. mostly, they are fine but small and a but dingy. This one had a very smart lobby and staff, nicely appointed rooms of a decent size. I would stay here again

Great service: easy check-in, breakfasts, helping with directions, cabs, luggage, etc. Breakfast food here was excellent. The employees go above and beyond and really care that you enjoy yourself. We had a package arrive before we checked in and they had it ready for us to pick up. Considering how small most London hotel rooms are, this one wasn't […] too bad. The bathrooms were very nice. The climate control in the room was easy to adjust to the perfect temperature. The bed was comfortable and rooms were quiet. The location was fantastic - near a couple different underground stops. Plenty of pubs and simple dining right nearby. We walked into Regent's Park one morning from the hotel which was beautiful. This place had a lot of business people and I think it would be perfect for a personal or business stay. Nice location and a classy hotel. But we had a rather small room and the beds were very hard. Well cleaned and only 30 meters to the tube.

I'm used to and expect a certain level of service from the hotel I'm staying at and the front desk staff at the Radisson Edwardian Grafton Hotel were horrible. They didn't have any knowledge on trains, schedules, restaurants, nothing. Beyond that, the hotel was very conveniently located next to the Tube. The surrounding area seemed to be more of a business […] area, so it was very quiet on the weekends, not much ambiance or personality around the hotel, but were only in the area when it was time to head back to the hotel, so that didn't seem to matter. I would give the room about a 2.5. It was very stuffy and hard to regulate the air or get fresh air in the room. The bed was comfortable but the pillows weren't great. If you're looking for something clean, nice, convenient, this isn't a bad option. 더 보기

The service at the hotel was very good. The receptionist was very friendly and exceptionally helpful. Our room, at the front of the hotel, was quiet. Location for theatre trips etc. is great.

Courteous staff, well maintained rooms. Food in the bar a bit of a mixed bag - excellent soup followed by the largest club sandwich I have ever encountered in which the chicken required sharp teeth to get through. Parking was a pain - ended up in the Euston station car park (400 yards + away) which appeared to be the closest - although I did not check […] this with hotel staff.
