before i made a reservation this hotel, i read the review. this hotel was very old and not very clean, but this hotel is cheap and the location of hotel was good. I pack the all of my stuffs like towel and shampoo. (Don't use the towel there were hair tangle) anyway i could stand for these.

The room wouldn't open, so I had to ride the ghetto elevator back downstairs to learn the "trick" of how to insert the key and jiggle the handle for so many seconds. Half our lights were burned out. The sheets have cigarette burn holes in them. The room smelled of smoke and other odors. The bathroom light stopped working sometime in the middle of the […] night. if you just want a place to stay. this is a good place to stay for the price.

There were people in the parking lot at 12:30am who were shouting and seemed like they were about to fight. I don't know how they were allowed in the parking lot at that hour.

Funny, we stayed there last year @ this time. I am glad my job did not give a drug test because the smell of something other than cigarette smoke was so strong. The young people never went to sleep and the Hotel must be ran by different people it was NASTY!!! I will not stay there next year when I go to the concert we go to every year!

Air-conditioning did not work, scarey neighborhood. There were pimps and hookers all over the place and I did not at all appreciate that someone had smoked in the elevator. I was there to see my doctors at the clinic. Yes the price was cheap but take the money you would have spent at this hotel and go some place else.

This place is gross. We checked in and immediately noticed an awful smell. While we were there the elevator broke and we took the stairs, but got trapped in the stairway as there was no way to exit it. We had to walk up to the 2nd floor to get to the other set of stairs, and we came across a bunch of shopping carts and nasty trash throughout the halls. […] After that we decided to just drive 3 hours home. This hotel wasn't the best or the worse. the hotel itself wasn't bad but the staff made it a bit irritating with their inattentiveness. When i first got there at the 4 o'clock check in they said the other people haven't checked out yet when check out was at 11. They seemed rushed so when i went to my room the guy was just straightening up the stuff […] in there so to my knowledge they did not thoroughly clean the room. I also got this vibe when within 10 minutes of being in my room two different cleaning ladies barged in as if they were just cleaning after the last guests and looked shocked to see guests in the room. The wireless did not work and when i informed the front lobby they pretty much said too bad. This is a place i would recommend staying if you are just going to party downtown and need a cheap hotel that's right up the street. for the price, a very adequate stay. good enough for sleep and bathroom. poor neighborhood in the back, nice out front. bus stop right in front of gates. dark and gloomy breakfast area. dirty parking.

I Booked 2 hotel rooms thru hotels.com and requested 2 adjoining rooms. I was assured that the rooms were adjoining and when we arrived one room was on the 5th floor and the other was on the 7th floor. The 5th floor room had BOOGERS on the wall above one of the beds and the mattresses were shot, lumpy and sagging in the middle. The 7th floor room the […] towel rack was hanging on the wall by only one arm, the tub had pieces of the plumbing laying on the edge of the tub. There were cigarette burns on the wall of the NON SMOKING ROOM, 2 small towels for a double adult occupancy and one washcloth. Upon entering the elevators at every occasion My 10 year old, my wife, my mother and I smelled marajuania as if it was constantly being used as a place to smoke it. The restaurant didn't serve coffee or tea, the selection was very limited, but the waiter was awesome and the food we had was great. I believe that the waiter was the only good experience at the hotel. But I would not recommend this hotel for a doggie hotel. 더 보기

Got this hotel last minute while on an impomptu trip to Cleveland. Great price, very clean, served its purpose well. We were in a car, so this location was convenient for that. Otherwise, it's no that close to anything walkable. Just a word to the wise. :)

Had to move room is it was not clean at all, then had to call at 3am to quiet down room next to me, I was there for a meeting with CC. You need to clean up your hotal, I feel I should be refunded as I was not at all happy, went to check out and am person said sorrry iam not sure why CC puts you on your list of hotals.

Excelent hotel for price and location

This is the most economical place to sleep while your loved one is in the Cleveland Clinic. Not in the best part of town but it does provide a place to sleep and a good pizza.

Impersonal policies that are not tenant-friendly and unfriendly staff. It felt like they didn't even want me to stay there when they saw my birthday cake! They had a bunch of signs warning tenants to register their cars because they weren't responsible if anything happened - so I felt very unsafe parking my car in the lot. Its convient and its in ur budget its 5 mins from downtown.....

This is a very basic hotal. Our room was adequate, although not thoroughly cleaned. Room was cold and took all night to warm up. Carpet was worn and stained. It was nice to have a refridgerator and microwave. Staff was nice.

Not the best neighborhood but a cafeteria in the hotel meant we did not have to leave until the next morning. The weather was rough and did not wish to be out and about. The beds were comfortable. Carpet needed cleaning. Personnel were helpful.

I would recommend this hotel to someone that was just looking for a clean place to stay in this area of town and not looking to spend a lot of $$. It's an older property, but it is clean and comfortable, but absolutely nothing fancy.

Close to the browns stadium

We were just there to crash after partying in Cleveland for New Years. For the price, it worked just fine. I wouldn't want to stay there sober, that's for sure!

This was the worst experience we've had in a motel/hotel stay. Thank god we only had to stay one night. We were told to park our car across the street because they thought it would be safer than leaving it in the hotel parking lot. There were no towels in the hotel room, or toilet paper. The main problem I encountered was the problems getting internet access. My laptop would not work in my room and the back up plan in the lobby was not only costly, there was one terminal and it was not working. Other people were getting wireless to work only by sitting in the lobby to do so. So, electronic communications were an issue until I got to […] another hotel where my conference was located. I didn't expect much based on what I've heard about Cleveland or the low low price (which along with proximity to downtown was why I booked) but this was even more barebones than expected. The front desk was rude when checking in, the building has all the curb appeal of a soviet bunker, and the bed just looked DIRTY. I made the mistake of not choosing a chain in an unfamiliar city... should have stayed at the Comfort Inn down the street. This is the worst-maintained hotel I have stayed in, which sounds harsh but I was truly shocked when I saw my room. It is a cross between a youth hostel and college dormitory-- everything in the room was broken or stained. The bathroom […] needed a serious upgrade, and the towels were clean but stained with what looked like blood. There was hot water and clean sheets, but everything else was in terrible condition. I would not reccomend this hotel to others at all i wish i had done more research on it because had i known more i would have not selected this hotel. The only thing i liked about my stay was the hotel was 2 blocks away from the destination i planned on attending. The sheets and towels were stained the furniture was chipped as well as a piece of gum […] being indented into the rug and i couldn't go outside without someone asking me for money or a ciggarette which i am not used to because i am from the country. The service wasn't very good because only 1 clean towel and 1 roll of toilet paper were available where i had to keep asking for items that should've already been in the room. i will never come back to cleveland, ohio again for a concert i will choose another state instead just so i don't have to expeirence that again. 더 보기

Our room had no running water out of the faucet!

close to everything, stayed here before when I was a DAYS INN... nice hotel, good service.

I booked a room there because it was the cheapest room I could find. That was the only good thing about it. The cab drivers in Cleveland informed my friend and I that he usually doesn't even take people to that hotel because of the people it attracts. Pay the extra money and stay somewhere else.

Gross hotel, terrible service, run on the most meager means possible. NOT WORTH IT.

The price was very reasonable and the location was close to downtown and not far from the University Circle area. The hotel has definitely seen better days and both the hair dryer and smoke alarm malfunctioned during my stay. Both were resolved within a few hours.
