Nice hotel but please get up to date with the televisions throw the tube tv's out get flat screens.

Room was clean and had sufficient room. Kids loved the pool, we loved the hot tub. We did not eat at restaurant, but looked nice.

Hotel service was substandard. Staff seemed uninspired. Never made up the room after the first night (we stayed two nights). Air conditioning didn't work properly in the room (either too cold or too hot). Quarters seemed rather cramped for a suite (there were three of us). Awkward layout of the vanity, bathroom and bedroom made moving around difficult. […] Some construction in the hallway had several ceiling panels missing, exposing the pipes and electrical conduits. I booked a suite here for a family trip at a low rate through H.com. The Wyndham where I stayed on my last visit was booked. The staff was relatively nice but the NJ saracasm didn't always work with me. (I called on the Wed. before to see if the pool was going to be open for the weekend. The response was "it's open now"...didn't really answer my question) […] That being said they were very nice in dealing with the sour coffee cream that was in the room. Unrefrigerated half andf half left near the coffee maker should be changed daily! The disappointment was in the hotels aging look. It was clearly a trendy decor back say in 1995, but the colors and furniture was tired and depressing. It appeared by the missing celing tiles and holes in the hallyway that they were doing renovations but the workmanship was awful. Messy caulking and tile work in the bathroom,. Big gaps around the tub and basebord...looked like a bad patch job. I really hate it when the tub plug doesn't work and is hanging out of the tub. The bathroom was reasonable in size but it had absolutely no decor. Just white walls, floor, ceiling and towels, with a dated birch whitewashed door. I felt like i was in a public bathroom at a train station. The bed was nice and comfortable, but you definitley want to wear shoes on the 20+ year old looking carpet( I'm sure its newer but it didn't look that way). and Finally, $9.95 PER DAY FOR INTERNET!????. $12 for toast and coffee??? It's clear that this hotel is lost in the 1990's. The decor, the condition and the pricing for things that other hotels give you for free. I must say this is typical of Hilton's. They price all of their hotels as though they are in exotic resorts. Cherry Hill New Jersey...I don't think so. Next time I'll pay $20-30 more per night and stay at a place that includes the simple things that cost the hotel relatively nothing, but make a big difference when it comes to guest comfort and appreciation. 더 보기

I just stayed at this hotel for three nights with my husband and two infant children. We arrived on a Friday afternoon, and I went to check in. The lady at the desk told me my room wasn't ready and when I (admittedly exasperated after a very long drive) remarked that was a bummer because I had two tired kids in the car she flatly told me "check in time […] is at three. You're early." She was right - it was 2:55. Got me there! And I definitely deserved the rude treatment for thinking I could show up to a hotel all early like that! So, I hoped that rudeness was just a problem with that member of the staff, so I waited to check in and headed to the room. When we arrived at the room (which, according to our reservation was a NON-SMOKING king) it REEKED of cigarettes. Not just smelled, but reeked. I called the front desk and the lady who answered the phone told me "well, I said you were in a smoking room when you checked in and you didn't complain then, so that's your room. And we're booked up, so we can't move you." What? I checked my reservation, it said non-smoking. I told her that, she reiterated that it was my fault for not telling her I didn't want a smoking room, and they couldn't move me. I asked her how she was going to fix the problem and she said a maintenance guy would come soon to help. He did - showed up and sprayed some air freshener. Awesome. Now it smelled like cigarettes and lavender. Kids crying needed naps so I gave up for the day. I'm not one to complain typically - even with bad service but this place really takes the cake. I asked again for help the next day when the room was still horrible smelling and the nice maintenance guy came again and made it smell like lavender for 10 minutes. The scent of cigarettes wasn't just subtle. And I may have forgiven the horrible smell if every encounter with the hotel staff was about the fact that I needed to deal with it because they were booked. Soo... our lovely trip to Mt. Booked my room the night before my scheduled reservation day through Hotels.com. Best thing I could of done. No check in delays. Good rate on the room. No delays while checking in. The clerk at the front desk became hostile very rude when she found out I had booked the reservations through Hotel.com. I was not happy with this type of greeting after driving all day.

We stayed Labor Day weekend at the Doubletree hotel in Mt. Laurel, NJ. After checking in, we were told to park at the right hand side of the hotel and enter through Door A. Well Door A is messed up. We put our pass card in the reader but the door still wouldn't open. We then released it wasn't latched. However, it took a Herculean effort to pull the […] door open. We informed the front desk who said they'd have Maintenance take a look at it. All of Friday through Sunday, nothing changed. My girlfriend pulled a rib muscle attempting to open the door. She went to the doctor upon our return to Richmond, VA. She had x-rays and was prescribed pain medication and heating pad. She was unable to continue at work on Tuesday the 6th. She informed the staff at the front desk upon our departure Sunday morning and she said they could have cared less. She said the door was fine. I will tell you this, the door never latched. This is a safety issue to your guests and the fact that you have to yank a muscle loose to open the door is terrible. Also, the fact that the staff takes no responsibility is reprehensible. We'll find another hotel in Mt. Laurel for our visit later this fall. 더 보기

This was in a great location, 10 mins from philadelphia 35 mins from Sesame place and a hour from Atlantic City. The hotel itself was not the greatest though. the room we had was nothing like what we were shown on te website. The front desk staff was rude and unpleasant. When I asked to speak to a manager about issues with breakfast I was supposed to […] receive, she went out back to talk to the manager and when I asked to speak to them she preceded to hand me the phone and say here you go. There was not a manager on the property and they said thenissue would have to wait til the morning when the manager was in around 10am. Definitley nit a was a customer should be treated. On top if that the pool was disgusting. So cloudy you couldn't see your hand 5 inches under the water. Pliable said the pool was not to be used when there was not a manager on the property. So that right there is a liability because there was not a manager present any night. Overall if was a terrible stay and we will nor be staying there again or recommending it to anyone else. 더 보기

We had a great trip , there were some noise issues each night but as soon as front desk was aware they did handle it. I would give this hotel another shot.

Great hotel with perfect ammenities when traveling with a baseball team...indoor pool was great!

Bed covering were soiled & stained. Bath tub was not clean, standing water while showering. Very Dis-satisfied with cleaness of room.

I'm a pretty good judge when it comes to me picking hotels, this one had me fooled. The room was too small, the bed to soft, the cleaning crew didn't clean our room the right way. trash was left on the floor, the sink in the bathroom wasn't cleaned, the people and workers were not friendly. I stayed her for two nights in May 2011. The furniture in the room was not comfortable and everything on the TV was available for a fee as was Internet for $10/day. There was a hole in the wall of both the living area as well as the bathroom. We ate breakfast at the hotel twice. For $16 on the buffet, you get dried out scrambled eggs, below average […] potatoes, and your choice of link sausage or bacon. My recommendation is to order the eggs fresh from the chef to salvage the meal. That being said, the hotel staff was friendly and our room was clean. One of the good advantage is the cookies this hotel offer is delicious. But one disavantage is the hotel facility is out of fashon and even have problem. The toliet in my room had problem when I was there.

We did receive great maid service but, the room we stayed in had peeling wall paper, broken sink plug and floor grouting needed replaced. The indoor pool was the only reason we stayed here and it was not cleaned well and had several door screens surrounding the the pool that were flapping in the wind and needing repaired. Double tree hotels are typically pretty good. The people were friendly and helpful. I had a problem with the controls in my room and they responded very quickly. The pool was warm, as an indoor pool should be and my husband and son loved it. The golfing in the area was quite reasonable as well. We even had a small balcony with patio chairs to use when […] we wanted. Thre fitness room has the most up to date equipment I have seen at a standard hotel, with individual screens on each piece of equipment (like in a regular gym). It was not far from Philadelphia, and a lot cheaper. They could use an upgrade in decorating, but the rooms are kept clean and the bed is amazingly comfortable with many different pillows (firmness variable) to choose from. We were given a coupon that entitled us to a free drink for every night of our stay here. It was a nice addition without any solicitation. 더 보기

Hotel was clean and great for the price. Needed extra towels, called the front desk and they were at my door in minutes. (now that is service) Lots of food place on the main road just up the block and very close to all major roads.

I found this hotel through Hotels.com at the last minute for the Army/Navy game and it was a great location, 15 minutes from stadium. The hotel was nice and I would stay there again. Counter people not friendly. Most people staying there on Saturday where hunters who were leaving by a least 5:30am or so.. They would not make an exception and have breakfast out earlier.

Don't waste your money- the extra $10 for the included breakfast is NOT worth it! The food is terrible and the service was non-existent. I actually had to go out to the lobby and refill my coffee from the complimentary carafe. The front desk staff wasn't very friendly. The cleaning staff was friendly and accommodating and the pool is nice.

We travel often to this area for business and fun. This property has lots to offer. Go for the breakfast deal. It's a buffet with made to order omelets. There's a small piano bar that is entertaining. There is a indoor pool and a small work out area. Plenty of shopping malls nearby. Philadelphia is a short drive away.

we really liked room king suite easily accomodates 4 people because there is a door seperating two rooms and there is a tv in each room bed was very comfortable only complaint was that we stayed at this hotel at recommmendation on a wedding invitation (price on hotels.com was better than "deal" for wedding guests) when we all got back to hotel after […] reception the bar was closed we personally didn't care that much but others were agitated because bride and groom had chosen hotel after being told that bar would be open anyway- i was glad we stayed there and definitely would again 더 보기

The outlet in the bathroom was so stretched out i couldn't use it for anything. The screen door fell off when we went to go out on the balcony. the bathroom could've been cleaner...all that I could've dealt with but the heat didn't work at all. We didn't want to change rooms so late at night and we were only staying for 1 night so it wouldn't have been […] worth it. there was no maintenance person on hand so the man at the desk just told me to turn it all the way on then all the way off...that didn't work so we froze. meanwhile we look out the window at the pool that was closed and it was steaming up the windows so...that was frustrating to say the least. When we took our showers the water was so nice and hot and steamy that it set off the fire alarm for the next few minute. when we called down to the front desk to make sure no fire trucks were coming they told us it happens all the time. Wonderful place to stay in the Philadelphia area. Clean, comfortable, pleasant friendly staff. Just wish there were nearby alternate places for dinner or a snack as hotel restaurant is quite expensive and it is a long drive to find somewhere else to eat.

This hotel is an outstanding value. Luxuriously spacious suites, indoor pool, beautiful surroundings, a duck pond -- this hotel is a wonderful place to relax. I stay in this hotel whenever I visit Philadelphia. My husband and I are room hermits so we'll be talking mostly about the room. Hotel seems to be located in an area with lots of hotels nearby. Arrived at lobby and was greeted by the receptionist. Booked a no smoking room, but she noted that my rooms reservation was for a smoking. She fixed that right away. I've noticed in other reviews, they also had […] the same problem. Someone should fix that computer glitch. Our room was pretty nice. There are 4 sections to our room/suite. First room was the seating area with a sofa, side chair, desk & office seat, coffee maker, kitchenette/cabinet which includes a microwave, mini fridge (empty-room for your own drinks), a sink and a section with an old boxy tv (not flat screen which was fine-there was cable). Window opens up to a balcony where you can get some fresh air. View is all right, not much to see. Second section you walk into is a sink area (normally would be in the bathroom but I guess they designed it this way so that a larger group would be more comfortable this way. Area was stocked with toiletries. Straight ahead is where the large bathroom was located. Shower & toilet. Normally the bathrooms in hotel rooms I've been to have been cramped. This was roomy! And the last room with bed has its own set of windows, tv & cabinet with space for your clothes and extra blankets. Bed was soft & cushiony with nice linens. All seems pretty basic right? I'm very easily pleased, but I need to mention the little details. Carpet was plush with 3D detailing. I know, who looks at carpet? I do. It was clean, no smells, no stains (that I could see). Sink area had towels folded into little seashells. Coffeemaker was a Wolfgang Puck brand and coffee tasted fresh in the take away paper cup with sip cover. Curtains were great at blocking out sunlight in the morning (for those late nighter). Oh, and there were lots of trashcans. About 1 in every room. I know, seems trivial, but it made my day. 더 보기
