There is a mix-up between the Hotel and this website about the inclusion of breakfast. The 'economy' room does not include breakfast, while the standard room includes it. Hotels.com shows breakfast is included with both. The hotel stood behind what we saw on the website, which was gracious of them. 20 minutes walking to downtown. Hotel is business 4-star type and probably deservedly so. Modern hotel. Breakfast is okey.

The hotel is contemporary and the room spacious. The restaurant, which serves elegant pasta and game dishes, is housed in a beautiful Renaissance villa. The hotel itself was difficult to find and about a twenty minute walk uphill to the center of town. One definitely needs a car to stay here, and good directions as to how to find the hotel.

We enjoyed the hotel, it was like a 20 minute walk to the center of town but enjoyed the walk after indulging in the great food the town has to offer. The room amenities were very modern and we were comfortable except the beds were too stiff and the TV had few satellite channels. for the price, we paid, really good value. lovely room; good breakfast. cons: 20 minutes walk into town but we knew that when we booked. pool more a very large tub. lovely rooftop lounge area for balmy summer evenings would definitely stay again

It's located kind of off the beaten path, but its not a bad walk to see the sights. The staff was very nice and the service was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going through Perugia.

The hotel was general nicely furnished but our room was in need of an update and the fixtures were a little worn. Also I was told the pool would be open and when we went up there were no towels for the sunbeds so we went to reception to ask for some but the lady said the pool was closed and there were no towels, even though we went in September and […] the weather was about 28 degrees outside! The other staff were helpful though when we ask for directions and gaves us a map. 더 보기

Hotel bom e um pouco antigo, com carpete, um pouco dificil de chegar ao centro da cidade. O unico incoeniente foi na hora do check out que um funcionario insistiu que eu não havia pago a diaria ( que foi paga na reserva) e foi um pouco grosseiro comigo dizendo que eu não ia sair enquanto não pagasse a diaria, depois o episodio foi resolvido!

O hotel é bem localizado, o quarto confortável e todas as nossas solicitações atendidas cordialmente. Ficamos especialmente impressionados com o restaurante que possui uma adega excelente a comida deliciosa e atendimento e um atendimento impecável. No restaurante, o simpático e educado Maitre Andrea merece ser citado como destaque.

Hotel położony w bardzo dobrym miejscu, niby trochę na uboczu, ale blisko bardzo do malowniczego centrum Perugii. Jeśli chodzi o pokój to brakowało mi np. kieliszków i otwieracza do wina, ale bez problemu mi dali w restauracji należącej do hotelu.

Ho scelto questo hotel come base per andare ad umbria jazz con la mia compagna. L'hotel dista esattamente 1.4 km da fontana maggiore, quindi con una passeggiata di 15-20 minuti si è in pieno centro. Abbiamo soggiornato sabato notte in una tripla che è davvero grande con tanto posto per mettere le proprie cose. La camera era pulita ma con moquette. Billedet af swimmingpoolen er misvisende, idet poolen kun er ca. 10 x 5 meter. Billedet må være taget med spec. teknik. Air condition var ikke ok - selv efter tekniker havde kigget på den. Ellers et rigtigt godt hotel med skøn beliggenhed.

Prestations d'un 4 étoiles. Chambre spacieuse & agréable. Personnel accueillant. Parking gratuit. Petit déjeuner buffet complet avec terrasse. Piscine sur toit petite mais détente assurée après longues balades aux alentours.

room was smelly and very loud. Never a 4 star or 3 star hotel. Room needs refreshing!!! Zimmer war miefig und abgebraucht. Eine Erneuerung wäre überfällig. Auf der Strassenseite ist es sehr laut. Niemals 4 Sterne Standard.

Qualité des chambres très convenable, salle de bain magnifique Piscine sur le toit vilaine et ridiculement petite par rapport au standing de l'hôtel Petit déjeuner copieux et de qualité sur terrasse très agréable

Hotellet ligger litt utenfor sentrum i den lille sjarmerende byen Perugia, ca. 10 euro i taxi. Bildet av hotellet gir bare litt av intrykket av hotellet da den nyere delen ligger bak hotellet, fra der hvor bildet er tatt. Parkering i kjelleren og utenfor kan til tider by på problemer, overfyllt.

Hotellet ligger i gå-afstand til centrum, en kort tur på ca. 10-15 min. Udsigten fra poolen helt i top. Poolen er lille, men OK. Eneste minus er, at der mangler liggestole, på det tidspunkt, hvor vi ville benytte området. Morgenmaden helt i top med alt hvad man kan tænke sig på en meget hyggelig udendørs terrasse.

This hotels rooms was a bit old and outdated, but the service was great. Very nice staff! The room was quite big and clean, but the aircon didn't work properly, So it got a bit warm during daytime. Breakfast was wonderful (exept the "uncooked" scrampled eggs...). The rooftop pool was great, with fantastic view! We spent a few days by the pool, there […] were sunbeds and a little bar. Le condizioni economiche e la posizione dell'hotel erano allettanti, ma c'era il trucco, la camera nonostante sia un 3 letti al prezzo di 2 non era sicuramente all'altezza del resto della struttura e delle 4 stelle dichiarate. La porta del bagno non si chiudeva, l'arredamento da pensione 2 stelle, le tende che non chiudevano tutte le finestre. E' un ottimo albergo! Il personale è giovane, molto professionale, disponibile e gentile. Le camere sono davvero confortevoli e pulitissime, mi è dispiaciuto non aver avuto occasione di provare il ristorante che però promette davvero bene. Ha un parcheggio scoperto ed un parcheggio coperto, così non si è costretti a girare per ore e la macchina è sempre […] lì a pochi metri dall'ingresso dell'hotel. E' vicinissimo ai parcheggi dotati di ascensori e scale mobili che portano al centro storico di Perugia. Insomma noi abbiamo viaggiato con nostra figlia di due anni eppure non abbiamo avuto nessuna difficoltà, siamo stati tutti e tre benissimo e comodissimi. Sicuramente se dovessimo tornare a Perugia, prenoteremo nuovamente al Perusia. 더 보기

our room was rather worn, and the door to our showercabin was brooken and it took them rather long to fix it. the bed could need replacement too. on the positive side though is the free wireless internet, but most of all the wonderfull breakfast served on the terrace with a stunning view. saying the hotel has a swimming pool is an exageration, they […] have an oversized bathtub on the roof, which is great for children to play in, but unsuited for swimming. overall a pleaseant stay, we will concider it again. 더 보기

top notch fresh hotel at a complete bargain price, as it is in italy. the views of the umbrian countryside from the roof terrace is beuatiful and the pool on the same terrace is fantastic on those hot summer days..

Dejligt hotel til en aldeles overkommelig pris. Skøn pool på tagterassen, hvor der også var den mest fantastiske udsigt. Ganske glimrende familieværelser! Lækker morgenmad med kæmpe udvalg af alt - både frugt, youghurt, "børne-morgenmad", brød, kager pålæg og drikkevarer. Alt i alt et fremragende hotel med 10 minutters rask gang til centrum :)
