They couldn't get my key card right. Took over 3 tries to find a key card that would open my door. But they were not too indifferent.

Terrible place I'm surprised they are still in business !

Came in around 11pm the desk clerk was rude. Just asked us what did we want. Gave us the key and quick directions. Got in the room, it's a room. The bed is awful like sleeping on the floor and the pillows were too soft. We couldn't find the air in the room, they were running the heat in the morning making the room smell like it was burning. We were quite satisfied with all aspects of the hotel and will choose them again,

enjoyed my stay, was close to my destination, surrounding area had plenty of stores, staff very helpful, morning continental breakfast was filling..

I feel the place has a tired look. The AC is too loud to have on while you sleep. The coffee pot in the room was a joke. It leaked all over, no matter how you poured it. For the cost a night, I would expect more.

Great stay. Very nice place.

Rooms were comfortable, clean, and the staff was accomodating and polite. We enjoyed utilizing the workout room, pool and jacuzzi and the continental breakfast was above par.

Hotel was clean and quiet. Convenient place to stay within Orland Park.

Heating was a problem...it was either on full or off. When I checked in they gave me the keys and # to the wrong room and I walked in on someone. Very, very awkward.

We needed a room for New Year's Eve that was close to an event we were attending that night. The hotel was two blocks away from the venue, so that was great. Otherwise, there weren't many, if any, pros to counteract the cons. Our room was stuffy and smelled sort of musty. There didn't seem to be a way to adjust the temperature in the room. The TV in […] the bedroom changed channels all on its own and wouldn't stop even after unplugging and plugging it back in. The walls were very thin, you could hear everything going on outside and in the hallways. There was no room service. All in all, we pretty much just needed a room that was close to where we needed to be, and the Comfort Inn provided that. 더 보기

Had to book room at last minute, due to vehicle breaking down on interstate. Staff was very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Would definetly reccomend this hotel to others.

Location was primo. Hotel is older and the rooms reflect that. Decor, beds, bedding, TV, A/C - all older but servicable. Bathroom layout was awkward - door swings in and hits the toilet. The hotel is an older building which is currently undergoing renovation. I was okay with the condition of the room, until I went to step in the shower the next morning. The floor of the tub/shower was gross. It was obvious that it had at one time had one of those glued down non-slip surfaces that had been pulled off.
