This turned out to be a good place to stay for the price, bed was a bit hard for me, but room was clean and the breakfast had a good variety of items.

Hotel service was friendly and quickly handled any issues we had. Breakfast consisted of coffee, juices, cereals, fruit and pastries, breads, nice selection to choose from. Hotel is older, but clean. Maids refresh linens each day, but don't remake the beds-kind of odd. This is in a wonderful location within walking distance (literally 1 block) across […] from the clean beaches, lots of restaurants, and activities. The room was very comfortable and close to everything but we were upset because it wasn't right the beach like we thought it was but over all nice place and we will come again

Nice staff in a rundown hotel. This hotel is located at the end of VA Beach and in the older section of town. Not a bad stop if you are just passing through, however, I would not recommend staying more than overnight.

Ok. Close to beach. Clean and comfortable.

I loved this hotel. From the street view in the Double Queen Room, to the heated pool, to the breakfast. A hidden treasure very close to the boardwalk. If you want value with ease of access to the beach, this is the place to go.

The only downside is that you cannot see the ocean from the hotel. However, a 2 minute walk will put you on the beach. Excellent service, surprisingly friendly staff, really nice rooms. Continental breakfast was weak.

Staff was nice. Hotel is located in Naval Base path of aircraft take off. Room Door ( 511 ) not seal properly needs to be re-hung. When the wind blows off the ocean it whistles threw the door and throught the room. Makes it difficult for a good nights sleep.

This hotel is a bit disconcerting as you pull into the lot, as it looks older, dated and a bit worn around the edges. However, the rooms are clean, well appointed and incredibly comfortable. Kudos also to the customer service - the front desk staff were incredibly helpful on multiple occasions. It's not a beachfront hotel but beach is visible from most of the rooms. The only problem really was the room condition. furniture is tired and outdated. cleaning wasn't up to par either but b-fast and staff's in the hotel were very nice.

The hotel was fair for the price but I had a hard time sleeping because of the noise from a loud bar next door.

Loved it! Great rate and loved the hot tub and pools on the 2nd floor.

We got 2 rooms. One room was great it was very clean and the beds were the most comfertable beds I ever slept on. But in the other room, the bathroom was not clean. The tub was discusting my brother had his 1 yr old with him and he had to bring her to my room to bath her. But over all we had a great time. A good value. This was one of those bookings where I did NOT spend time comparing all the options. I just did not have time for all that---selected one of the best value deals on Hotels.com and it turned out to be just what the doctor ordered. A good experience and decent value. Yes, I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel room was dirty,and needs remodeling. It had spider webs over the top of the drapes.

The only problem I had wit this is hotel is that when we arrived in our room, and open the microwave someone old bagel and breakfast was left in there, so that goes to show the housekeeper did not clean it, and the wifi connection was terrible. The internet service was very poor, that was the main issue had to wait for over an hour sometime to get signal, but for the price it was very good, I enjoy staying for 3 nights , kids had fun and shopping was near by.

the bathroom was not that clean. You could tell they just do the job for the heck of it. They just trough the towels on top of the rack, the beds they put back the covers on top of the beds and refilled the coffee basket without cleaning the counter. etc, etc.

Do not stay here if you plan on getting any sleep. For the price we paid the rooms aren't too bad; they've been updated recently. On the other hand for the price ANYBODY can stay there and it can get quite noisy at night. The pool is the best feature!

For the price, this hotel had awesome location. Awesome view from balcony on 5th floor of ocean. Breakfast was great! I would totally recommend this hotel!

For the price you can't beat this place.

We were there in the off season for a race. The hotel doesn't have a lot of curb appeal but the room was clean an the bed was comfortable. The room looked like it had been recently remodeled. My sisters and I were very satisfied with our stay.

I was a little worrried when I read the reviews about this hotel. The hotel is in the perfect location just right across the street from the beach also located on the strip. The staff was very nice, but they lack a big parking lott, one night I had to park on the side of the hotel. The clearners where very nice and friendly as well as very helpful. […] The beds were comfortable although the bathrooms were small it was still a great hotel for the small price I paid. Staff was VERY friendly. Couldn't have asked for anything better for the price. Appreciated the fact that we didn't have to have a 2 night minimum.

There wifi did not work

It was great. the beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet. i had no problem and enjoyed my stay here. As a young person, I spent my time mostly in 21st to 23rd streets, where all the bars are. so to walk 10 blocks was a downer. but only one downer. everything else was great!!!!

We got there around midnight and when we went to the room we were given, it was bolted from the inside.The SECOND room we got a key for was OCCUPIED(AWKWARD!) So we asked for the nicest room possible. It was roomy, comfortable & had a fridge & a microwave. The price was definitely right. After our initial mishap, things ran smoothly.

The room was overall clean,neat, & tidy. The customer service was great and the people were very helpful & congenial. The facility was somewhat "worn", probably due to age & use. I would stay there again without hesitation; the price was right for my purposes.

The price was good but the room smelled so bad like it had been smoked in for years!!! Yuck! the bed was hard as the floor but the shower rocked!!! I was glad we only booked 1 night because that was all I could take

We arrived at check in time and were quickly processed into our room. The staff was helpful and outgoing. We enjoyed the Breakfast the next morning. This was our second stay at this hotel. We will definitely return for another visit.

I had a good stay at this Days Inn. It is not plush, but everything was clean. It had a frig and microwave and good breakfast items on their free "buffet" and when I had a problem with my door lock, they fixed it immediately. There was a party going on somewhere in the hotel but I put in my earplugs and was able to sleep OK. One negative for me is that […] the maid service was a bit lacking... I only got my room cleaned once during my 5 days there. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for people who need a cheap alternative and want to enjoy a beach holiday in the winter. 더 보기

The hotel was conveniently located (within walking distance of my event). The bathroom could have been cleaner. The floor looked liked it had not been swept. There were yard chairs sitting out side of the guest room doors, so I guest the guest took advantage of this and stayed outside until 2:00 a.m. talking and smoking. Value for money place. Great location. Decent room. Tidy room and clean toilets. No frills place.

An excellent choice for our overnight stay in Virginia Beach, the rooms were very clean and more than enough for more than one nights stay. The breakfast was perfect. We were very happy with everything. Sdg

Comfortable, up to date and great location especially for what I paid. Only thing is, it being on the VA Beach strip it can be a little too loud at night. You either go with it or if you need your soundless sleep then not for you!
