Was happy with my stay, great views of the lake and parliament house. Close to the city. I lost my bag and the staff were very helpful and had found it and eased my mind thank you. Great cafe across the road called urban cafe great foe a feed and price friendly.

hotel is veryaveredge condition,linnen is clean but bathrom stinks.restorant is ripoff

As we bookked by internet, for 2 nights, we were given the worst room of the hotel, at the third stair, over a parking, behind the lifts, as the hotel was not full and we could have a better room It was really nice to hear the lifts up and down during the whole night!

Expect the noise from the renovation and the packing free, this hotal is pleasant place the stay in.

Very good deal if you can book the "advance paid" internet rate - half the rack price.

Convenient, clean and helpful hotel. On the minus side, I did have mixed messages on prices when I needed to stay an extra night. More importantly, it has a wonderful location for a walking tourist from overseas.

I had an unfortunate experience - the bathroom door was locked for the whole night and I could not use the bathroom for any purpose till the maintenance crew forced open the door by removing the lock mechanism at around 8:30 AM next morning. Staff was very cooperative. I was given breakfast to compensate for the inconvenience.

Reception staff unfriendly. More PR training suggested or visits to hotels in other States. Restaurant staff beyond reproach, attentive, pleasant, and the breakfast was not just tasty but good value for money.

No housekeeping service on Boxing Day as they were short staffed, no welcome drink for a Priority Guest member, the bar and restaurant were closed on Xmas night - apparently the front counter staff couldn't walk 10 feet to the bar to provide a bottle of wine and charge it to the room. and then the next night we were asked to move dining tables when […] we sat down as they "don't allow 'walk-in's to the restaurant" - get up, walk to the waitress at the other end of the restaurant, wait to be asked if we were dining there tonight, then walk back to the table next to the one we initially sat at. We've booked a standard Queen room and they gave us a room in the second floor which was clearly very old and nothing like the pictures on their website. so we've decided to call the reception to cancel our booking when they offered us a room in their "fully renovated floor" and we decided to give it a go! of course the room was waaay better than the […] first one as it was in the 10th floor .. and the view was better too! 더 보기

Hotel was undergoing renovations but as I was not there between 9 and 5 it was never a problem for me. Room was very comfortable and a very good size and all staff were very personable. Room Service and TV were all great.

Very convenient for my purpose of visit and wouldn't hesitate coming back.

I stayed recently and found the location to floriade great,however the hotel is undergoing major renovations which I only found out about on check in. Unfortunately the weather was bleak so I retreated to relax in my room, this was impossible do to the noise from the renovations which sounded like it was above my room it was constant from 9-5pm. I also […] went to the restaurant for lunch and there where several staff standing around chatting and I was ignored. So I left to order room service which took over an hr to arrive and the food was just ordinary. I wanted to get a prepaid card to use internet in buisness centre and the staff couldn,t find one. I was iven one that had been used by someone else,when I went to print the cartridge needed replacing when staff notified he said oh yes and that was that. Checkout is not until 11am weather still bad but the renovating noise started exactly at 9am. I think you should be notified on net before you book that there is renovations I would not have stayed if I had known. I was lucky I was only staying overnight, if I was staying for more that a couple of days and paying full price I would have been very upset, there was no discount for the inconvenience. 더 보기

There are better value for money places to stay in Canberra. The hotel/rooms are old and tired and very very very overdue for an upgrade considering room rate and advertised star rating. Nice view of the park though.

This is an excellent hotel if you are a business person and want to stay in luxury, but for the average joe blow, even if the rates are on a deal, all the extras like internet or breakfast are quite costly.

We enjoyed the comfort of a large room with floor to ceiling windows and all amenities you would expect from a hotel of this class. It was close to the venue we were visiting and was easy to locate by car. Off-street hotel parking was also a positive and not too expensive.

On arrival, it was unfortunate that a tour group presented at the same time and the 2 check-in staff were committed to them while we were made to wait while all queries were answered. The room too was disappointing. It was directly adjacent to the lifts and had no door "fish-eye". Whilst the carpet and bed were obviously new and the room was clean, […] one corner of the room was bereft of any furniture, which could have had a comfortable chair???. The bathroom was in need of a makeover with a tile missing from the bath wall and no hooks for hanging on the back of bathroom door. I ventured out on to the balcony and found it to be in need of "a fix". The rubber seals on the doors and windows were all coming away and hanging. I would probably look elsewhere to stay if returning to Canberra 더 보기

If you gripe about this hotel, you have issues.

Utmärkt hotell med god sevice i alla avseenden. Läget mycket bra om man förmår röra på sig lite. Jag och hustrun brukar gå ganska mycket. Ett av de bättre hotellen/motellen vi träffade på under vår två månader långa resa på Nya Zealand och i Australien.

周围环境不错，出门也很方便，对于旅游者是个不错的选择。
